Amabilidad del personal tanto de recepción, como de la cafetería durante el desayuno. Su ubicación, está lejos del centro de Mazagón y de las playas, hay que coger el coche para todo. La habitación que nos dieron estaba adaptada para personas con discapacidad, y la ducha no tenía mamparas ni cortinas y se mojaba todo el suelo del cuarto de baño.

The bedsheets were not as clean as you’d expect which was a bit off-putting. The photos showed a lovely pool and although it was Spring and super warm weather, the facilities were not available. The pool was covered and the patio/garden was not accessible.

La habitación era minúscula. La cama incomoda y todo viejo y estropeado. No hay ascensor. Quería trabajar con el ordenador en la mesa y no había enchufes. Venía de pagar 50 euros por una habitación espectacular en Plasencia y aquí por 70 euros me dan la peor habitación que tenían y se que tienen mejores porque me he quedado antes y encima casi no había nadie en el hotel. Era mi tercera vez en el hotel y esta ha sido mi peor experiencia. No pienso volver.

- Pinto Ferreira (7/5): Estadia curta mas agradável - Gostei do pormenor de ter alguns equipamentos para a prática de exercício físico e da tranquilidade junto à piscina e do espaço envolvente à mesma Fui ao pequeno almoço pelas 10h, ou seja, duas horas depois do início e alguns tabuleiros estavam vazios e não foram novamente repostos Outra situação que me desagradou foi que a minha reserva era de 4 noites, ao segundo dia soube do falecimento do meu avô, comuniquei na receção que teria que antecipar o meu check-out e o motivo e mesmo assim consideraram que dormi três noites e só fizeram o reembolso de uma. Considero que foi um caso de força maior e que deveria ter sido analisado e solucionado de outra forma pela gerência do hotel!

- ANTONIO (7/5): PERSONAL EXCELENTE, INSTALACIONES MEJORABLES. - La atención de todo el personal con el que coincidimos fue inmejorable... serviciales, amables, diligentes... La zona contaba con mucho aparcamiento disponible. la posibilidad de hacer la primera comida en el establecimiento fue lo que nos decantó en la elección. Tanto comida como desayuno fueron excelentes. El hotel en general, al menos en aquellos espacios que hemos usado, necesita una reforma para renovarse bastante, así como la renovación de mucho mobiliario y materiales.

After a pleasant conversation with the charming receptionist, I entered my single room and I found water bottles and a nice welcome fruit basket on the desk.. TV, air conditioning (a bit dated), mini-fridge, and a tiny terrace overlooking the street and the park. Simple and perfect. Excellent and carefully prepared breakfast, with background music. Supermarket just a minute away. Highly recommended.

- Birte (10/5): Excellent! - The hotelroom was very big and the bathroom as well! It was clean and fresh. The pool is very chill and I got a pool towel for free. The buffet dinner and breakfast is very affordable and delicious. Staff was great as well! In October there are a lot of Spanish pensionados in the hotel. Very funny, but not for a long time for me.

- ssmwss (10/5): Amazing staff, convenient, efficient, good for families with the shallow pool - The staff was excellent, thank you everyone for being friendly, professional, and very helpful. It's very easy to park on the nearby streets during the off season, but you have the option to pay 5 euros per day to park in their lot. The facilities were clean, breakfast was very generous, even offering too many choices, perhaps, and the pool area was very enjoyable, even if it's a little difficult to find shade during much of the day, so you have to drag the chairs to be right under the surrounding trees. Very easy walk to the town, but without too much noise of the town. Carrefour Express was right next door, as is the gas station, so it's very convenient. The beds were comfortable, as was the crib, and generally everything was very clean. We appreciated having a free drink if we opted out of daily room cleaning, but be sure to let the bar staff know so they can keep track. Oh and the pool, especially the shallow kids pool, was very much appreciated! The room door might need some weatherstripping to help cut down on noise from the hallways, and the gym/exercise area was rather disorderly, like the busy season had just ended and they were still organizing/cleaning the area, but everything else was orderly and clean. Around the pool area, everywhere is covered with artificial turf, which is alright if a little warm in the sun, but the turf also covers things like openings, irregularities, and cables, so you really have to be careful not to trip if you are walking around the edges of the artificial turf area. There were so many choices and serving areas for breakfast, I wonder if the area and choices might even be reduced a little, so as to make it easier and more efficient/focused to operate. (It would avoid having some parts of the breakfast areas seem a little neglected, for instance the olive oil selections.)

- Julia (10/5): Nur ein Kurzstopp auf unserer Andalusien-Rundreise und dafür prima. - Überaus freundliches Personal. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, wenn auch eher bescheiden im Komfort. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat mit seiner Vielfältigkeit besonders hervorgestochen. Wir waren begeistert. :-)

- Martin (10/5): Terrific hotel, great management and lovely staff. - Fantastic staff, arriving just before 10pm the two young persons on reception were all smiles and genuinely welcoming (something not often seen these days), offered more than once to carry my bags to my room. As I passed through reception on my way out for a meal they asked what I would like to eat, recommended a great restaurant. Following morning I was delighted with the breakfast offering, I don’t think I have seen better anywhere and I travel considerably. Different reception staff in the morning, equally friendly and helpful, as were staff supervising the breakfast. I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel, rooms were maybe a little dated but clean, comfortable and perfectly acceptable. The public areas of the hotel were tastefully decorated with some interesting curios, the pool area was sparkling and inviting, unfortunately I didn’t have the time to partake of the full facilities. I can’t speak highly enough of my stay, the only disappointment was only there for a short time, I would loved to have stayed longer. I highly commend the management on their operation of Hotel Albaida Nature, a gem of a hotel with happy staff looking after happy clients. I note Erasmus students are part of team and they will go far if they learn from their experience at Albaida Nature. Although now retired I spent 20 years as an operations manger for worldwide tour operations and have experience of hotels of all star ratings (corporate and vacation), and I have to rate my stay with Albaida Nature as was first class That I could only stay the one night😭

Fruta fresca a la entrada, sandía, moras... Desgaste tapa WC,, espejo, bañera, detalles que restan, la entrada está en el lado opuesto a la carretera, para mi gusto no está señalizado convenientemente...

Con diferencia lo que más nos ha gustado fue el desayuno! Todo de primera calidad, con suficiente variedad para empezar el día con energía. Detalles que en hoteles grandes no se ven, como una licuadora para hacer zumos vegetales, variedad de semillas, avena y demás para hacerte un müesli nutritivo. Variedades de panes, aceites, galletas, cereales....el café recién hecho de máquina, muy bueno. Además hay variedad de infusiones y zumos. Los baños un poco anticuados.
- Belén (9/5): Muy buena. - desayuno bueno y lugar para el desayuno muy agradable. La piscina está bien, es pequeña pero para el uso y las personas que habia en el hotel es suficiente. Lo mismo con las hamacas. Y su ubicación, pues, algo lejos para ir a la playa si vas andando pero está muy bien, rodeado de arboles y zona super tranquila La habitación era algo pequeña, eramos tres, con mi hija, pero es adulto porque ya no es una niña. Pero bueno, no está mal. Es una cama supletoria y cabe justo, pero es agradable que ofrezcan esto porque otros hoteles pequeños debes coger dos habitaciones o no es posible ir tres adultos.
- ELENA (9/5): Estancia muy agradable - El hotel no es muy grande y está muy cómodo, si estás sobre todo en la planta baja, todo muy limpio La piscina era muy tranquila, el personal es muy amable. Se aparca fuera del hotel sin problema Las hamacas de la piscina necesitan un cambio ya No hay terraza para las habitaciones de abajo, se echa de menos para tender la ropa mojada
- Juanjo (8/5): - Hotel con mucho encanto, muchos detalles, relax total, magnífica piscina, personal muy atento y desayuno buffet muy bueno y original, nada que ver con lo que te ponen en muchos otros hoteles de 4 estrellas. La verdad es que repetiremos y además lo hemos recomendado. El precio, pero son las fechas!!
- joan (10/5): La experiencia mucho mejor de lo que esperaba - El desayuno está muy bien, puedes hacerte tus tostadas y el café te lo preparan en el momento y está muy bueno, la habitación está muy limpia y aunque no sea un hotel moderno, tiene muchas comodidades, soy muy caluroso y cuando llegué estaba el aire acondicionado encendido, lo agradecí muchísimo, ademas ofrecen un surtido de dulces y agua, he ido a hoteles “mejores” y no me he encontrado estq situación Entiendo que las botellas de agua las dejan a la vista, pero sería genial que las dejasen en la pequeña nevera que tienen en la habitación, que por cierto enfría muy bien, lo único que me sorprendió es que en el desayuno no tenían mantequilla sin sal, pero es una tontería, también creía qu el parking estaba incluido, aún así, solo cuesta 5€ por noche, lo cual no me pareció excesivo, aún así, sería genial que lo ofreciesen a la hora de la reserva online

- Suárez Hernández (10/5): Muy buena - Desayuno, piscina, entorno La recepción, el trato dado en el check in distó mucho de lo mínimamente exigible a un profesional. No sé lo que le molestaba, pero en ningún momento levantó la mirada, ni nos dio un mínimo de información, ni de las instalaciones del hotel, ni del pueblo.
