- Nazareno (10/5): Excelente relación precio calidad. - El lugar está muy bueno, el departamento está totalmente equipado y muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Se encuentra a solo 15 minutos en bus del casco histórico y del puerto. ¡Súper recomendable!

- Drago (10/5): - Our host nicely greeted us and gave us the key, ready for our eventual questins about our stay. Everything was clean and spacious. Closest beach was some nice 15min walk down the street. Public parking (with no charge) by the building was also a great plus. :)
- Charlie (9/5): Fantastic flat and host - Clean, very well equipped, great location and a very friendly host and friendly vibes throughout. The kitchen and bathroom are very both well equipped and the lounge area comfortable. The location is fantastic, with transport and a supermarket is less than a 5 minute walk away. The washing machine did make the bathroom smell for a short while until we had run the taps, but clothes were perfectly clean coming out.

Washer, kitchen, bathroom, etc. it was clean, good enough internet, good restaurant recommendations, etc. location was perfect for what I needed. The outside second door lock seemed to be a fire hazard. No air conditioner in the bedroom was a big deal. I needed to sleep on the sofa as it was just too hot. I know you can’t change the appearance of the building but might be a shock to some travelers. Might be a good idea to prepare travelers somehow. More pictures of possible building entrances would be helpful. My taxi driver and I couldn’t find it a first. So though the property was a good value I would not rent again in summer due to air conditioning situation. Hope this helps.

- Tone-lill (10/5): Great place to stay while in split! Super good host - My friend and I spent 5 nights at Happy fish, and we had a great time! It was such a nice place, with everything you need.A full size kitchen with everything you need (and more) to make food. The host had even left us a cold bottle of water, ice cream, some snacks and even a little box of useful toiletries! She was always available during our entire stay and super helpful if needed. It is close to several big markets like Spar and Lidl, and on the right side of the building you come to a great walking street with lots of cafees, restaurants and bars. Going to the closest beach (Trestenik) also did not take long. It is west from the Old town in Riva, which is the main strip with most of the suvernirshops and such. It was so hot when we went so we took bolt/uber a lot, but when colder you can definetely have nice walk to the old town (a must see in split). We would really recommend Happy fish! And i wish our hosts the best! Thank you for having us. The aircondition does not reach til the bedroom, but with the blinds closed, bedroomdoor open and the ceiling fan on, it was fine. (Might have just been the extreme heat for when we went (34°+). And the mattress could have been a little softer, but that might also just be a preference thing.
