Breakfast was lavish and excellent. The swimming pool is superb. The staff all round were gracious--Sajid at the pool was especially welcoming and helpful. The package of breakfast plus dinner that we took (along with the room) came at a good price overall. An extractor or exhaust fan in the bathroom would be an advantage.

Great breakfast spread as always. The one thing that has remained consistently great in the breakfast is the banana cake, I look forward to having it whenever I stay here.

Die Dusche war geräumig, die Klimaanlage ebenso effizient, wie leise und diskret. Das Frühstücksbuffett war Klasse, ebenso der In-Room-Dining-Service. Das glasüberdachte Atrium hatte architektonisches Ambiente. Das Personal war über die Maßen freundlich. Dieses Hotel war tatsächlich der Glanzpunkt meiner Indienreise, was Unterkünfte anbelangt und für europäische Verhältnisse preiswert. Alles war super.

As an american who has travelled all over the world with my husband and 2 kids, the price here is too high, even compared to Stockholm Sweden you can get great family hotels wiht incredible breakfast for 30% less cost. Prices were inflated, should have been 2 expensive

The whole hotel is very stylish. Staff are welcoming and super helpful, for example when my room key stopped working. I didn't try the swimming pool which apparently is a cab ride away. Overall you cannot walk from here safely to DLF, as there are no pavements, you need a taxi. Of course the hotel can't help it, this is India.

• DEPENDER (1/5): Horrible stay - Nothing I specifically "requested" for a quiet room on the website and at the reception. I even requested at the time of checking for a higher floor due to my sleep sensitivities issue. Request was 100% ignored. I was put me up on 1st floor with all the Ground floor restaurant/cafe (which is weirdly not a separate area but centrally located), Karaoke and what not noises. I even called and mentioned that I can not sleep due to such loud noises, the staff did not even offer to change the room, ALL the hotels offer a room change when there is possibly no other solution. To make matters worse, in the morning i went to the restaurant and asked them to charge the breakfast to the room the lady told me to go to the reception!! First time I experienced such humiliation and hostility ever.

And the pool needs some renovations.
