Un panneau dans la salle de bain serait plus utile pour avertir mes étrangers qu'on ne peut pas mettre le papier wc dans la toilette.

JO CHEN (1/5): - 真的是超級爛的飯店！想到就一肚子氣！這麼大間的飯店，晚上8點洗澡到一半突然完全沒有熱水！全部都是冰水！超級冷！是要怎麼洗澡？而且房間內竟然沒有市內電話能跟櫃台聯絡，只能人親自到一樓櫃台詢問，當時頭髮都還是濕的！櫃台人員只回覆：喔那應該是熱水用完了，等1個小時後就有了！結果我們一直等到晚上11點了，還是沒有熱水能用！！當天也有其他客人遇到跟我們同樣狀況，沒有熱水可以洗澡，大家都很生氣！這個狀況絕對不是第一次發生！房間價格這麼高，竟然連最基本的熱水都沒有，真的有夠離譜！櫃台人員一副理所當然、不然你能拿我怎麼樣的態度！這間飯店我絕對不會再住！親身經歷分享，提供給各位避雷！！

진희 (7/5): - 주변에 유채밭이 있고 성산일출봉 차로 10분 거리에 있어요. 우리는 마을 뷰였고 일출봉이 보이지 않았지만 따뜻한 날씨와 유채로 매우 기분이 좋았어요. 성산일출봉 주변에 카페와 식당이 많아서 늦게까지 즐길 수도 있었어요. 호텔은 so so 했어요. 4성급은 아닌 3.5성급 정도인 거 같아요. 트윈 룸에서 묵었는데 간접 조명이 부족하여 타인에 방해 요소가 있었어요. 테이블이 없는 것은 매우 아쉬웠어요.

Lin (8/5): Compared to other nearby hotels, this is 1 of the better ones in the area. - The rooms were big. I booked the expensive rooms with view of Ilchulbong. All 3 of our rooms had great views of horses and meadows in the front and Ilchulbong in the back. Beds were comfortable and good size (twin and queen). We didn`t have breakfast at the hotel because there were many better choices for food within 10mins drive. You can only stay here if you rent a car, public transit would take you forever to reach here. Parking is big and lots of space outside. Even with a 9-seater, we didn`t have trouble finding a spot. The bath towels were too old, a faded blue color and some were ripping on the edges. There are way too many mirrors in the room (even the shower area doors were complete mirrors), which made me suspicious of being watched. The rooms/hotel felt old. The pictures on booking.com did not reveal how worn out some parts are. For ex., the hardwood floors were all scratched, the wallpaper had lots of stain/marking from previous guests, etc. Don`t be misled, this is not a new hotel.

해리포터 (8/5): - 성산일출봉과 섭지코지가 가깝고, 근처에 편의점, 음식점등이 있어요. 주차는 주차장이 만차일 경우 바로 맞은편 오일장주차장에 주차할 수 있어서 편리해요. 방에 냉장고, 티팟과 컵이 있고, 전기레인지도 있는데 아싑게도 조리기구가 없네요. 침구도 깔끔하고, 수건도 넉넉하고, 매일 수건을 교체해주는데 사실 매일 대형타올을 교체할 필요는 없어서 환경적으로는 조금 낭비라는 생각이 들었어요. 제 방은 도심쪽이라 전망이 제로.

Hay muchas plazas de parking por lo que no hay problema si vas con coche. La ubicación es perfecta ya que se encuentra cercano a sitios de interés y muchos restaurantes para cenar o comer Eché en falta un poco más de limpieza tanto en zonas comunes como en la habitación.

younjung (2/5): 제주 여행 최악의 실수 - 리뷰를 전혀 안쓰는 사람인데 고급 호텔이 아니긴 해서 기대할 내용은 아니지만 첫 도착해서 키오스크로 체크인을 하는데 제가 잘 하질 못해서 안내해주는 직원분들이 다른 동급 호텔 대비 애티튜드가 불편한 친근함으로 대해주셔서 상당히 불편했습니다. 겨울철 방문이라 성산일출봉에 가긴 부담스러워서 있다 뷰로써 가성비가 좋은 호텔로 선택을 했습니다만 성급이 높은 호텔이 아니긴 한다지만 직원분들의 복장 역시 여행객인 저희보다 캐주얼한 느낌의 복장이 왜인지 다소 낯설고 불편했습니다. 방에 들어갔는데 들어가자마자 환기가 전혀 되어있지 않고 고기를 구워먹었던 객실인지 기름 냄새가 가득했으며 테이블에는 컵자국이 남아있고 화장실에는 청소를 하지 않았는지 미끄러워 넘어질뻔하고 욕실 바닥엔 바디 용품 미끄러움인지 아니면 곰팡이, 미생물의 미끄러움이 청소가 되지 않은듯 너무 불쾌했습니다. 화장실 실리콘에 곰팡이는 당연하고요. 더불어 침대 시트는 다른 상태들에 비해서는 깨끗한 편이었지만 침대 두개가 붙어 있는 객실에서 같은 사이즈의 침대가 매트리스 퀄리티가 다르고 높이도 다르며 한 침대는 침대가 아니라 간이 소파베드 형식의 저렴한 스프링 재질로 잠자리까지 너무 불편했습니다. 이것은 투베드 방이라기 보다 원베드인 객실에 간이 침대를 엑스트라로 오더한 정도의 수준이었습니다. 해외에서 체류중이라 한국으로 들어와 제주도에 방문하여 첫 숙소이기도 하고 제주 뷰맛집으로 유명하다고 좋은 평을 읽어서 기대를 잔뜩하고 간탓인지 모르겠지만 오히려 뷰라 할것도 없는 혹은 뷰가 좋지 않더라고 그저 냄새가 안나고 청소가 된 객실을 가는편이 낫다는 생각이 들었습니다. 객실내 퍼니싱도 모두 노후되고 스크라치 이염 오염 등 지저분하고 연결 콘센트도 4인이 지내는 방에 화장실쪽 1개 티비 옆 1개 침대 쪽엔 찾을수 없었으며 너무 불편하였습니다.
Mok (3/5): Far from as expected. - Breakfast is very good with food and sevices. Room size is too small and gloom. Room didn't have bedside cabinet, chairs and table. Washroom didn't have useable table but only washing basin, which can't meet lady for make up.

Edwin (9/5): Superb - breakfast was pretty good. many different selections. They provide us the big Tangerine, which was very delicious, but it was cut a little too thin. Pretty descent room. Comfy bed. location is a little far from the Sangsan town, require 20-30min driving, but there are some restaurants close by.

tae won (6/5): 그럭저럭 솔직한 후기 - 솔직한 후기 올려봅니다. 4인 가족 패밀리 스위트 1박 이용. 가격이 저렴해서 이용했는데 역시 가격 만큼만 하는 호텔 일단 지하에 편의점 있어서 사용하기 편리 지하주차장이 아니라 주차타워나 외부주차장 이용 날씨 고려하여 사용해야함. 비포장 주차장 캐리어 끌고 이동하기 불편 홈 사이즈는 넓은 편임 위생상태 그럭저럭, 온수방식이 전기 온수기를 장농에 박아놓고 사용하는데 황당 역시나 4인이 한꺼번에 씻기는 불가능 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않아 카운터 문의하니 그제서야 온수통에 온수를 다 사용하면 뜨거운 물이 안나온다고 함. 기다리면 나온다고 함. 기다리는데 뜨거운물이 나오지 않아 다시 카운터에 문의. 결국 빈객실에 키를 주면서 샤워만 하라고 키를 주는 것으로 마무리 전말은 성산 일출봉 전망이라 나름 괜찮음. 조식은 기대가 되지 않아 이용하지 않음. 주변에 치킨집 술집 있어서 이용하기 편리
Hyunju (8/5): 관리소홀의 아쉬움 - 옆사람이 조금만 뒤척여도 그대로 느껴지는 더블침대는 힘들었습니다. 최초엔 훌륭하게 지어진 호텔이었음이 느껴지지만 지속적인 관리가 부족하게 느껴져서 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 성산일출봉뷰 하나는 끝내줬습니다!

Tiffany (10/5): Exceptional - We love no.12 room to see the Sunrise and the mountain everyday. Many restaurants and convenience shops around hotel. A 5-day market at the opposite side of the Hotel which you can find a lot forest food. Many parking area. Overall are more then we expected excellent. Will stay here next time travel to jeju again.

HYEONG-BAE (10/5): - 관광지랑은 조금 떨어져있어서 걷는거 좋아하시면 1시간이내로 성산일출봉까지 걸어갈수도 있어요 조용히 쉬었다가기 좋았습니다 주변 편의시설이 잘 되어있습니다
