• Perseas1300 (9/5): Πολύ καλό. - Το σπίτι είναι ξεκάθαρα υπόγειο σε ένα μικρό καθαρό και ασφαλές δρομάκι. Χρειάζεται 15-20λ να κατέβει κανείς στο κέντρο κα αυτό με τα πόδια μας κα αστικό λεωφορείο σπάνια περνά από εκεί. Έχει πάντως στην γειτονιά 4-5 καλές και οικονομικές τρατοριες και μια πιτσαρία στα 400μ. .... Οι φωτογραφίες είναι ακριβείς και μένουν άνετα ένα ζευγάρι με μικρό παιδί. Για ξεκούραση και μπάνιο είναι εξαιρετικό... Ευρύχωρος λουτηρας Δεν είχε δεύτερο κλιματιστικό στο καθιστικό ή έστω ένα ανεμιστήρα δαπέδου Έλειπαν από τα κουζινικά μια βαθιά κατσαρόλα και ένας τρίφτης τυριού... Το παράθυρο του υπνοδωματίου είναι πάνω στον δρόμο και ως υπόγειο, αν κάποιος το πρωί βάλει μπροστά ένα σκούτερ περνά ο θόρυβος μέσα. Ευτυχώς δεν έχει σχεδόν καθόλου κίνηση...

• Miroslav (10/5): Friendly owners, lovely and comfortable apartment, no problems with parking - The stay in Catania was excellent, the owner was friendly, the apartment was excellent, clean, tidy, modernly equipped, with new furniture and furnishings. The only minor complaint is that the apartment is like a semi-basement, but given that we were on vacation, that we spent very little time in the apartment itself, that we used the apartment to sleep, bathe and rest, this detail was not important for our stay. In addition, we were aware of this detail through previous guest comments. To compensate for this position, the owners have installed bright lighting in all rooms, so this detail does not bother you in any way. If we were to come to Catania again, we would definitely choose this apartment again. We stayed for 13 days and at any time of the day or night we found parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, on the first large street, without any problems, most often in the natural shade of the trees. Il soggiorno a Catania è stato eccellente, il proprietario è stato cordiale, l'appartamento era eccellente, pulito, ordinato, modernamente attrezzato, con mobili e arredi nuovi. L'unica piccola lamentela è che l'appartamento è come un seminterrato, ma dato che eravamo in vacanza, che abbiamo trascorso pochissimo tempo nell'appartamento stesso, che lo usavamo per dormire, lavarci e riposare, questo dettaglio non è stato rilevante ai fini del nostro soggiorno. Inoltre, eravamo a conoscenza di questo dettaglio grazie ai commenti degli ospiti precedenti. Per compensare questa posizione, i proprietari hanno installato un'illuminazione intensa in tutte le stanze, in modo che questo dettaglio non dia alcun fastidio. Se dovessimo tornare a Catania, sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo questo appartamento. In general, we have no complaints, except that the owner promised, but forgot to replace our towels and bed linen after a few days and she didn't have a big knife to cut the watermelon :) In generale non abbiamo nulla da ridire, tranne il fatto che la proprietaria aveva promesso di sostituirci gli asciugamani e le lenzuola dopo qualche giorno e non aveva un coltello grande per tagliare l'anguria :)

• Nikolay (10/5): Enjoy your stay - The apartment is located in the central part of the city, within walking distance to all attractions. It has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. It is located on a quiet street. The hostess is very responsive and helpful with everything. 😀
