• Adam (5/5): Great location for the price. Place is a bit rough though. - Location was the best part. Walking distance to all the main attractions. No hot water. Bathroom smelled like mildew.
• Carolina (4/5): Aceptable - Buena ubicación, puedes ir a todos sitios andando. Tiene cafetera y tostadora para poder tomarte un desayuno antes de salir. Anfitrión aceptable, te enseña todo con detalle. No habla español, pero nos comunicamos por traductor. La mampara del baño es muy difícil de abrir y cerrar. Aunque en general el apartamento estaba limpio (suelo, mesa, etc.), las esquinas y la ducha daban sensación de suciedad. Si eres muy escrupuloso con la limpieza, quizás no sea este apartamento la mejor opción.

• Guest (8/5): Séjour très agréable - Appartement très bien situé : à 20 minutes à pied du Colisée, 15 minutes de la fontaine de Trevi et 22 minutes du Panthéon. Tout le nécessaire est fourni (serviettes, réfrigérateur, cafetière, grille-pain). Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

• Guest (1/5): Decepcionante - Nada En la descripción del alojamiento solo se indicaba que el check-in era hasta las 14:00 h, y que después había un recargo, pero en ningún momento se especificaba el importe exacto de ese suplemento. Nosotros sabíamos que debíamos pagar 48€ al llegar, y le dijimos al propietario la hora de llegada y el propietario nos dijo en un mensaje que teníamos que pagar 55 € al llegar, pero no detalló qué incluía esa cantidad. Al final, al llegar de noche, se nos cobraron 65€ extra aparte de los 48 € pendientes, es decir, 113€ en total, lo que consideramos un abuso, ya que no se nos informó de ese importe antes ni se indicaba en la reserva pública. Aunque la descripción del alojamiento y las fotos en su plataforma daban una impresión adecuada, la experiencia ha sido muy insatisfactoria por los siguientes motivos: 1. Falta de limpieza: La limpieza general del apartamento dejaba mucho que desear, especialmente en la ducha, donde lamentablemente he contraído hongos debido al mal estado higiénico. 2. Cama en mal estado: La cama hacía ruido incluso al sentarse, lo cual imposibilitó descansar correctamente durante la estancia. 3. Ropa de cama deficiente: Las sábanas no tenían gomas ni se ajustaban al colchón, por lo que se movían constantemente durante la noche, dejando el colchón al descubierto, lo cual me resultó muy poco higiénico y desagradable. 4. Estado de las almohadas: Estaban muy desgastadas, hundidas y nada confortables. 5. Costes de check-in tardío confusos: El propietario me comunicó que debía pagar 55 €, pero inicialmente entendí que se trataba de los 48 € del alojamiento más 7 € por el retraso en la llegada. No obstante, el cobro final fue mayor y no se informó con claridad sobre este aumento, lo cual considero poco transparente. Solicito el reembolso del importe extra (al menos parcial) o una revisión del caso, ya que no autorizamos ese cobro y fue una sorpresa desagradable al llegar. Gracias por su ayuda. • Zoltán (5/5): Passable - Location was great The owner was really rude with us and acted like we were stupid,we had some questions we wanted to ask but he never answered his phone. The only positve thing about this was the price and the location. Overally I would not recommend coming here!
• Maria (4/5): Good location but I wouldn’t recommend this room - The location was very good I had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. Unclear and unfair check-in policy – The check-in time is officially from 1-2 PM, but they charge €5 per half hour if you arrive later. This crucial detail is only mentioned in a message after booking, and it’s not clearly stated, making it easy to miss. Hidden extra fees – We were charged €6 per night for a tourist tax, which had to be paid in cash. When I asked for a receipt, the host assured me we would get one, but in the end, we received nothing. Room and bathroom in poor condition – The room desperately needed renovation, especially the shower, which looked awful. Limited heating – The heating was only available for 10 hours a day, so the room was quite cold at other times. The air conditioning only had a cooling function, making things worse. Serious hygiene concerns – The toilet paper was already open, meaning it had not been replaced from the previous guests. I would not recommend staying here. These issues made our stay uncomfortable and unprofessional.
• Shakhova (2/5): I will not come here again. I do not recommend it. - The location of the apartment is convenient, not far from the center and the train station. But... But the owner's attitude towards us was disgusting (I think it's the same for everyone). We couldn't check into the apartment until 15:00. The website says check-in is from 13:00 to 14:00. The owner wrote in a message on the platform that check-in is from 13:00. He waited for us for exactly 2 minutes. At 13:02 he wrote: where are you? We arrived at 13:20, he was already gone. He told us that he was at work and would be back only at 15:00. No apologies followed. The sanitary conditions, especially in the shower, are disgusting, it was unpleasant to go into it. The windows are dirty, the windowsills are dirty, the blanket is without a duvet cover. I will not come here again. I do not recommend it.

Hosted is very aggressive without education and requested additional money.

• Kolev (3/5): Terrible host ! - Nice location. Dirty bathroom. Not comfortable bad. Small apartment. Host was terrible ! He was very rude, didn’t answer his phone and I was “fined” with 10 euro for being “late” one hour, when he was warned about my plane landing time.
