- Sam (10/5): The Nicest hotel in Nice - Beautiful, friendly, spotless, relaxing. The staff, especially the kind man at reception, went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome. The spa was exceptionally refreshing and the rooms were immaculate. I would actively recommend a stay here and would be delighted to come back. The only minor caveat is that there is no elevator, so may pose a bit of a challenge for some!
- Jill (8/5): - We had a lovely stay at the Naomi Nice. This is a small hotel with only a few rooms, it felt very safe and private. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The steam room and sauna were a nice bonus and started our days off right. The breakfast was a great way to start the day and the staff prepared everything for when you want it. They are very attentive. The rooms are quite small, but I believe that is normal for Nice. Only downside to this hotel is the 3 flights of stairs (no elevator) which didn't seem to be that bad until you've made several trips up to the room and walked around Nice all day. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again!

We could walk easily to the water as well as the train, restaurant and shops. No elevator and reception and rooms are on the third floor. Liked not having a key as everything was passcodes. Room was well decorated with shower open/ glass to the room if that’s important to you. Needed counter space around sink to make it more practical. Loved having breakfast included. Would stay again.

Rekommenderar verkligen att välja rum med balkong där man kan äta frukost eller ta ett glas på kvällen. Allt var toppen och personalen samt städarna var fantastiska. Varje morgon fick vi god frukost levererad direkt till rummet. Det enda lilla minuset var sängarna och att det saknades hiss, men på det stora hela var det verkligen ett perfekt boende!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Double room is too tiny & the stairs are no joke - I had a different opinion than other reviews. It seems from photos some rooms are bigger so this review is for our double room. I wouldn’t stay here again; only two reasons stairs and room size. The room we had TINY. The glass shower in the bedroom was not my fav but ok and we knew from the photos it was like that, but having the sink to wash your hands not with the toilet is terrible. For us it was across the room next to the coffee maker at the foot of the bed(and nowhere to hang a hand towel at all). While the door to the tiny, no air, toilet (which does have a door albeit very sticky to open and close) was by the head of the bed. The description says laptop friendly work space however there is no chair or table so unless sitting in your bed counts this description should be removed. As everyone has mentioned the stairs are not fun but the place is sleek, stylish, clean and the door code instead of a key is brilliant. The staff was super lovely! The breakfast was a great way to start the day with fresh fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice brought to your room. However with the room being so TINY, we had to eat on the bed. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. When leaving the wonderful man at the desk carried one of our heavy suitcases down and I couldn’t have thanked him enough. So so appreciative! The location is also amazing. But we didn’t have space to open our suitcases, move and the toilet door arms length from my head made it unpleasant.
- Robert (6/5): - If you are looking for a traditional hotel, this is not for you. The room was small but very nice with all the needed amenities. If I were rating the room alone, I would rate in higher. I also want to mention that the location is excellent, convenient to anything you would need including the beach, Old Town and public transportation. HOWEVER, the hotel is on the third floor and their is no lift. There is no doorman, you are completely on your own. The front desk is staffed until 7 pm but I stopped two different times during this time frame to make inquires and there was no one there. Clients receive a code to get into the vestibule on the 1st floor, a code to get into the hotel on the third floor, and a code to get into your room (all the same code) and so there is literally no contact with a human being. If you are expecting a more traditional hotel with human support, this is not for you. If you are independent, have all the resources you need to enjoy Nice and can carry your bags up and down three long floors, this is great location with a nice room.
- Jennifer (8/5): - Nice, clean property with friendly staff and in a good location near shopping, restaurants, old town and the beach. The room set up is odd with the sink and shower in the main suite. Only the toilet is in a room on its own so not an ideal set up if travelling with anyone other than a partner/spouse. We found that the power would go out several times a day for few minutes, requiring us to re-login to the wifi after each outage. The staff could not give an explanation for the outages. We booked the hotel knowing there was no elevator so be prepared to walk up several flights of stairs to the third floor every time you come and go. There is a coffee station in each room that they stock with a bag of candied nuts and a chocolate treat. We only found out after opening the bag of nuts that they were NOT complimentary and we felt like we had been tricked by the setup.

- Tan Ivana (10/5): Great Place to Stay in Nice - I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Nice and couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s right in the center of the city, so everything you want to see or do is basically at your doorstep—cafés, shops, the beach, all just a few minutes’ walk away. The room itself was spotless, really spacious, and had a modern, stylish look that made it feel extra comfortable. It was a nice place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The staff were fantastic—super attentive and genuinely friendly. They made me feel welcome and were always happy to help with any questions. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs. It’s not ideal if you have heavy bags, but honestly, the overall experience made up for it. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Nice!

The staff were super friendly and welcoming and made great recommendations in the area. Lacking for us were bathroom amenities like body lotion, conditioner, etc. all of these were in the Hammam area, but you had to pay to use those services. The space was spotless and we felt very comfortable and relaxed there: would recommend and would return *sidenote, which was not an issue for us, but would be for many. The hotel is in a 4 floor walk up without an elevator/lift.

- Oliver (8/5): A lovely stay in the heart of Nice, France - Fantastic place to stay in the very heart of Nice, France. At first, it can be a little challenging to find as the hotel appears to be a set of converted former apartments on the fourth floor of a block. But when you get up to it, it’s fantastic. Clean, modern, comfy bed along with a very nice shower. The staff were multilingual and very friendly too. I’d certainly recommend staying here. Only small issue which didn’t affect us but could for someone else, the hotel is on the fourth floor and there’s only stairs to access it so it’s not really suitable for those with the inability to walk stairs or are disabled.

Otroligt snygg design och stilfullt. Sängen skön, ett plus var två kuddar. Killen I receptionen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Enda minuset att det inte fanns någon hiss och hotellet låg högst upp. Skulle absolut bo kör igen.

- A A (6/5): Good but needs to work on some points - The hotel is new, with stylish, comfortable, and quiet rooms in a fantastic location. It also includes a fridge and a safe, which are convenient. Also it has very nice sauna. However, there are several areas that need improvement: Cleanliness: The floors lack carpets, leading to wet surfaces and shoe prints, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. Cleaning is minimal, with only beds tidied and floors mopped. The coffee machine was dirty with used pods and leftover water. Facilities: The sink is inside the room, causing frequent water splashes. The shower door lacks rubber sealing, leading to water spilling into the room. Service: Tea, coffee, and sugar supplies are insufficient, and there's no staff after 7 PM or an emergency contact number. Accessibility: The hotel is on the third floor with no elevator, making it challenging to carry luggage upstairs. The location, design, and added amenities like the fridge and safe are great, but cleanliness and service need significant improvement.

La douche très sympa aussi mais il faudrait ajouter un joint a la porte de douche pour éviter de mettre de l'eau partout. Quartier sympa. Beaucoup de moustique malgré son soit déjà en novembre. En revanche hôtel situé au 3eme étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur. Préparez votre cardio ce sont de vrais et grands étages. Et on entend absolument tous les bruits des chambres quand on est dans le couloir (douche, toilette, discussions...). Et certains bruits du couloir quand on est dans la chambre (discussion et portes qui se ferment). Cela reste un très beau séjour malgré tout.
- Albert (8/5): - The room was smal but for me as solo traveller ok. I liked the design etc. I missed a lobby and the 6 stairs to the 3rd floor were with my luggage a nightmare, I had a heavy suitcase and not 20 anymore ;)
- Heli (10/5): - The hotel was in the central, easy access to everywhere! The rooms were clean and nicely high. Newly renowated. It was a bit hard to find the location first. No big signs but in the end found the door. Rooms are in 3th floor and no elevator. Consider that. But overall a pleasent visit and would book it for sure again! In the same street a nice coffee place and also a grocery.

- Meela (10/5): - This hotel was in a great location, close to everything by walking. Have to walk up to 3rd floor from ground level in industrial building but once on the hotel floor, it was beautiful remodeled/renovated. Would highly recommend!

- Leo (8/5): - Superbra läge! Lite tunna väggar bara annars perfekt för 2 pers.
- Aysel (6/5): - The only big problem is that they don’t have an elevator; large suitcases had to be taken up to the fourth floor and brought down. And the hotel staff are not helping
- Kristian (8/5): Bra - Fint hotell med fine rom, litt misvisende bilder med tanke på størrelse på rommene. Hotellet ligger i 3 etasje i et bygg uten heis, dette var ikke opplyst Vennlig personale.
