La camera non era pronta al nostro arrivo nonostante l’orario ci era stato confermato tramite messaggio, il gestore ha cercato di rimediare dandoci una diversa camera (da apprezzare il problem solving) ma questa camera non era per niente pulita. Le stoviglie erano sporche, così come le pentole e la spugna per i piatti.

- Sander (10/5): Een ontspannen en prettig verblijf op een rustige locatie in Montesilvano, perfect om even helemaal tot rust te komen. - De accommodatie was erg schoon en modern ingericht, met een mooi zwembad en comfortabele ligbedden. De rustige ligging in Montesilvano maakte het ideaal om te ontspannen, maar tegelijkertijd was het strand en het centrum binnen enkele minuten bereikbaar. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor we ons meteen welkom voelden. De keukeninrichting had iets completer gemogen, vooral qua kookgerei.

La pulizia della camera è da rivedere poiché noi abbiamo trovato il terrazzino molto sporco con vecchie foglie ammucchiate e una bottiglia con dentro acqua e mozziconi di sigaretta dei clienti precedenti. vetri molto sporchi e stendino da cambiare perché pieno di ruggine.

L’accueil a été vraiment chaleureux et professionnel, ce qui fait toute la différence dès l’arrivée. L’appartement était confortable, bien équipé et très propre. Le lieu est agréable, bien situé et permet de profiter de Montesilvano en toute tranquillité. Nous avons tout apprécié, de l’accueil aux prestations. C'était l'anniversaire de notre petite, on avait prévu de faire un apéro en terrasse sur cette soirée étape après une journée de route, voir peut être rester une seconde nuit pour profiter de la plage pas tres loin. On avait réservé un appartement avec une chambre... on nous a donné à la place un studio sans extérieur, l'unique fenêtre donne sur un couloir sombre avec les gens qui passent, le marbre noir allié au manque de lumière naturelle, aux ampoules blanches et le plafond mansardé donnaient une ambiance oppressante. Pas de chambre, mais un lit escamotable (nos oreillers tombaient derrière toute la nuit) et un canapé lit. La climatisation faisait du bruit c'est désagréable. Les plaques de vitrocéramiques ne fonctionnaient pas. Deux petites cuillères pour 4. La vaisselle sale. Et pour finir la piscine pour laquelle il faut ajouter 30 euros sinon veut en profiter... une belle déception

Credo fosse la luce dell’ androne o qualche altro dispositivo elettronico, questa cosa è totalmente da rivedere.

Il bagno grande, comodo e la doccia perfetta. Asciugamani puliti. Wifi funzionante e Tv grande e in posizione corretta. Aria condizionata funzionante e prese elettriche a entrambi i lati del letto Il divano letto non è allo stesso livello di tutto l'appartamento ma comunque abbastanza comodo.

Le richieste non esattamente esaudite, abbiamo richiesto più volte una scopa, uno stendino e mancava la macchinetta del caffè che era promessa nella prenotazione. Per quanto riguarda il check-in siamo arrivate verso le 12.00 e ci hanno fatto aspettare fino alle 15 per avere l'appartamento e questo non era specificato durante la prenotazione. La mia stima va ai ragazzi che si occupano di manutenzione e pulizie. Bravissimi
- Marcel (5/5): Für 2 Nächte in dem Zimmer ertragbar, für uns leider nicht noch einmal - Die Austattung im Badezimmer und die der Einbauküche waren in Ordnung und schienen der Inseratsbilder zu entsprechen. Das ganze machte von Außen einen gepflegten Eindruck. Wir haben 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und das reichte uns auch. Der Online Check-In war okay, vor Ort dauerte es einen Moment länger bis der einzige Mitarbeiter vor Ort sich uns mit voller Aufmerksamkeit widmen konnte um uns zu unserem Zimmer zu führen und uns die Pin für die Zimmertür zu verraten. Hier hätten wir eine klassische Schlüsslkarte doch eher bevorzugt, da es scheinbar keine Möglichkeit gab den Pin selbstständig ändern zu können und das Personal nur mittels Masterpin oder Karte hätte eintreten können. Wir haben die Tür dann nachts abgeschlossen. Da es im Internet keine richtige Auskunft dazu gibt: Vor Ort wird KEIN Frühstück angeboten, auch nicht gegen Aufpreis. Danach gefragt wurden wir mit einer groben Himmelsrichtung von dannen geschickt wo wir morgens ein Cafe finden sollten um dort zu Frühstücken. Am nächsten Morgen sind wir zu Fuß los, konnten aber auch nach 1km Fußmarsch nur eine Patisserie und eine bei Motorradfahrern beliebte Bar mit Lottostelle finden. Wir sind dann mit dem Bus in die entgegengesetzte Richtung gefahren und haben und im fast 2km entfernten Supermarkt ein paar Kleinigkeiten eingekauft. Für die Nutzung des Pools, 2 Sonnenliegen, 1 Sonnenschirm und der CityTax haben wir knapp 70€ gezahlt. Das Geld für den Sonnenschirm könnte man sich theoretisch sparen. Diese stehen alle an der Außengrenze des Anwesens in unmittelbarer Nähe der fast 3m hohen Betonmauern die die höher gelegene Straße abfangen und sind an einem Draht befestigt, sodass man die Position nicht verändern kann. Die Schirme helfen einem am Vormittag und noch kurz um die Mittagszeit herum, danach findet man nur noch Schatten neben einem der Pergolas die man für 55€ am Tag mieten könnte. Ob und wie kontrolliert wird ob man etwas gebucht hat was man nutzt, konnten wir nicht feststellen. - aline (4/5): Très mitigée, déçu - La localisation, l'espace des chambres, la decoration tout en marbre et le parking facile d'accès et grand. Accueil de qualité. Une partie de notre groupe ( 6 sur 8) a été surclassé dans un appartement plus grand que prévue pour 6. Bonne surprise. Notre studio n'avait pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'exterieur mais sur le couloir et les escaliers. Impossible d'aerer la chambre. La fenêtre etant face au lit nous avons été réveillés toutes la nuit par le passage des clients ( bruit et declenchement de la lumière devant notre fenetre sans rideaux occultant la lumière, juste un rideau blanc). Reveil avec Impression d'être en plein jour. La climatisation juste ai dessus du lit était très bruyante. Un bruit similaire à une cafetière nespresso durant 10 secondes de manière aleatoire ds le temps. Réveil en sursaut assuré!! Dans les 2 appart : Des cheveux ds la douche, tache sur la cuvette des wc et au sol a côté de la poubelle. Si un supplement menage pour les chiens était annoncé comme "possible", le prix de 2 euros le m2 n'est pas indiqué et nous semble tres abusif (surtout vue la qualité du menage). Si nous voulions manger tous ensemble ds le grand appartement nous devions payer 90 euros pour une nuit. Ce n'est plus un supplement !! (Nous avons payé 57 euros par humain...). Nous avons donc du rester ds notre studio pour ne pas craindre de surfacturation. Enfin, 29 euros par famille pour acceder à la piscine.... Nous ne reviendrons pas.
- Crisstina (7/5): Good value for the money - The building is new, there was water in the fridge, the bed was ok. Communication in english was not straight forward, but the staff was extra helpful by sending someone efor the late checkin. There was a strong air freshener in the room and the fact there were no windows directly outside made it hard to get rid of the smell. I would suggest not to put any of it. The code to the room seems to be the same for some apartments...big security risk.

- Antonio (1/5): Incubo - Nulla non ci siamo più andati e abbiamo annullato la prenotazione perché ci hanno chiesto con una bambina di 5 anni e saremmo dovuti arrivare dopo le 20.00 di pagare 40 euro per l utilizzo della cucina...perché con 67€ cosa vuole lei deve solo dormire... Personale disgustoso. In viaggio verso la struttura incontriamo un incidente che ci fa perdere diverse ore. Contattiamo la struttura per riferire il ritardo e ci comunicano 30 euro dopo le 20.00 come extra. Sul sito dice 20€. Poi chiamandoli ci dicono s3 vuole usare la cucina sono altre 40€ e cosa vuole che per quei soldi lei può solo dormire il resto va pagato... Gli faccio presente che siamo una famiglia con bambina di 5 anni che deve cenare e a quell ora non ho tempo di andare in giro visto il ritardo e mi dice se vuole pagare gli extra venga altrimenti libero di cercarsi altro con un accento non so siciliano. Gli faccio presente che mi sta facendo annullare la prenotazione perché non si può prenotare una cosa e poi dopo chiedere soldi per l uso della cucina compresa nella stessa e che mi sta facendo dormire per strada a poche ore all arrivo presso la struttura partiti da lontano e mi fa....lei può dormire dove vuole non mi interessa ho tanti clienti e i soldi non mi interessano meglio annullare la prenotazione che avere clienti insoddisfatti. La faccia tosta di chiedermi 40€ per l utilizzo della cucina e poi dire che i soldi non gli interessano. Tramite booking nel frattempo dopo lunghe attese telefoniche denunciando il fatto mi viene detto che gli extra sono 30 per il ritardo 40 per la cucina e 85 per il cane mentre telefonicamente mi aveva detto 40piu iva.... Un vero incubo Meno male che ho prenotato.presso un altra struttura 4 stelle che ci hanno accolto subito e calorosamente ci hanno dato l uso della cucina e accettato il cane senza extra in più una colazione da sogno a buffet gratis pagando gli stessi soldi e ringraziandoli per non averci lasciato per strada. Non meritano di poter trattare così le persone meno male che ho gestito tutto tramite booking che registra le telefonate.
