• Catherine (7/5): Adequate - We didn't stay in this caravan as it was changed to another. It was dog friendly and suitable for our needs. There were activities on site. The kitchen equipment all needed cleaning before we could use it, we couldn't use the outdoor area as it was dirty (it had a lovely deck area on 2 sides). The information on booking.com could inform you that to use any of the facilities, everyone has to buy a pass (over £20 ppl including children) , there is no beach access as advertised, and it should state clearly that there is a £50 cash deposit to be paid on arrival, but no guarantee that you can get it back straight away on departure.
• Kieron (6/5): Pleasant - Very spacious room /kitchen , close to the beach Needed a very good clean inside and out as the patio table & chairs were covered in green moss, so we were unable to use these . Inside the cutlery draw needed a good clean and also new cutlery as it looks like odd pieces have been thrown in. Had to eat my fish and chips with a spoon as there was only 3 forks 😞 . Dining room table and chairs need replacing as there nearly falling to pieces and very uncomfortable. Also a musty smell . A good clean and a quality dining room table and chairs and this would be a great caravan

• Kevin (5/5): Passable - Bedding was clean and the clubhouse was ok The welcome we got from cleaning staff who left fag ends on the grass for us. Also a dirty grill pan,uncleaned microwave, toilet wasn't clean round the rim and was loose...bird droppings all over the ramp and decking. I have photos to prove this. I called earlier in the day to ask if we could possibly go in a little earlier to which they said they would try...Great stuff I said as my wife struggles to walk now. On arrival a lady came up with the keys and made it quite clear about the check in time and told us we shouldn't have turned up any earlier. No hello and welcome and here's the keys. It's up to us what time we arrive on site...we made no approach to go into the property at all. Very rude.
• Williams (4/5): Feel a bit ripped off. - Good to be near the sea Host changed our lodging at last minute as they said they had double booked. (Despite having our booking a week already) Property smelled like it had been smoked in and not at least aired before we arrived. Had to pay an extra £20 per person (£100) to use the pool and any park facilities. Not even able to enter the bar without paying so the advert from the property is misleading. Park Management made us feel unwelcome as we ' Booked though a private host'. Could not book activities for the kids as we had no applicable reference number as we 'Booked through a private host'. No towels be warned. Stove only had one plate that worked.
