- Powell (6/5): Amazing view, but terribly rude staff who ruined the stay - Amazing view! Makes the property what it is Very rude staff. We received a message the day before arriving demanding we arrived either before 12:30 or after 19:30. The check in time clearly stated 11:00-14:30 and with a long drive in the morning we were aiming for 14:00 however the rude messages from the owner informed us there would be no one to let us in so we HAD to make the choice. No apologies were provided and as soon as it turned 12:30 the owner called us asking where we were. Later that day we saw the owner in the supermarket at 18:00 despite stating she couldn’t let us in the property until 19:30. We still don’t understand how this is the way to communicate with your guests.
