Would definitely book this property again. - Spotless , everything you needed was there well equipped more than what you needed really very impressed. Beautiful house and front garden was perfect aswell as the balcony next to bedroom. There was nothing I could fault on this property..
- Canimo (10/5): Alojamiento totalmente recomendable - La casa esta en una zona tranquila, con piscina comunitaria que también es muy acogedora y tranquila. La casa equipada la completo, con aire acondicionado que es de agradecer. Aparcamiento privado junto a la casa. La verdad que es muy acogedora y sin duda para repetir mil veces. Podría decir que igual necesitaba un poco de poda de los arbustos pero nada que llegue a incomodar.

- Nagel (8/5): Pleasant well equipped house with delicious lemons - Bright, spacious, tasteful decoration, practicality of having two bathrooms. Very clean and no signs of humidity or mold. Very pleasant and calm area, although a bit far from shops. Strong recommendation. Small kitchen, with a tap and sink that soak the kitchen if you're not careful when opening the tap... Although the gate on the pictures suggests that a car can be parked on the premises, this is not opening. But there is plenty of street parking.

The management company/and cleaning service are really bad. - I will upload photographs (unfortunately Booking.com only allow you to upload 4 photographs) , and be able to show the disgusting furry mould due to tap leaking in bathroom for a
VERY LONG period of time - I would say lots of months due the level of dampness and mould - and I explain the shocking rancid smell in the downstairs bathroom..... Upon arrival at the house, first thing I had to do was defrost and clean the fridge freezer. It was sooo bad with ice build up it took me TWO DAYS to defrost.....
There is NO English TV. I had NO. TV for 2 weeks..... I found out after 8 days the oven did not work (I hadn't attempted to use the oven in this period) , even though the management of this house WERE AWARE of the problem with the oven, they let the house out knowing it was inoperable. Because I complained of these issues, the management company blocked me and would not respond to my messages. When you look at the photographs you will see I was not being unreasonable. 821 euros for a two week rental from hell - off season - January 2025. Management company called Sunrise Apartments in Torrevieja. To the owner of this house, you need some one you can trust fully to manage your property.

The house was fully equipped with everything you need, it is not like a typical holiday home, you can feel like in your own home.
Very good and easy contact with host.
Internet is not super fast but enough to watch tv or use laptop or smartphone.
Amazing restaurant just around the corner serving fantastic food at very good prices in a lovely atmosphere.
Very close to town centre with more nightlife options.
Very good value for money and worth recommending. A few very minor things needs to be updated.
