• Chloe (2/5): Very poor - There was a plumbing issue within the property which meant our stay had to be cut short by 5 nights. I understand this is to no fault of the property manager but we were in the property less than 24 hours before the issue arose. Upon requesting a refund to my surprise, we were informed we would be charged £170 for a cleaning fee, despite the fact we’d been in the property less than 24 hours before the issue arose and the inconvenience we endured whilst at the property. We were unable to bathe the baby and had no use of kitchen or bathroom facilities. We then had to stay up for an emergency plumber to arrive. He arrived at 9:30pm, he was crashing and banging which woke up the baby. We then had to spend another £300 finding alternative accommodation last minute. When we finally received a refund more than 2 weeks later it was less than 50% of what we paid for the stay due to the £170 ‘cleaning fee’.

• Monsurat (3/5): Poor - The location is in greenwich The apartment is an old apartment and the rooms were so tiny , not comfortable and not worth the value being charged for it. The beddings were old and furnitures also very old. Not worth a try
