• Martina (8/5): Bonito monoambiente en pleno centro - El apartamento está súper bien ubicado, buena calefacción y un bonito balcón. Los dueños tienen buena comunicación contigo desde el momento que reservas. Solicité cambio de sábanas y los dueños tienen buena predisposición para dar respuesta. Gracias!

• sebastiao napoleao (6/5): - The bathroom was clean a good, the bed is good and it was clean, the internet was good The owner moved us to another apartment that was far away from the first one (the first one was better located). No soap os shampoo was available and the A/C in the room does not work. And the A/C in the living room worked, but I need to do a lot of things.

Terrazza che potrebbe essere molto bella ed un valore aggiunto è sporca e trasandata
• Fausto (5/5): Bello, peccato non si applica. - La posizione è sicuramente ottima, vicino allo snodo della rete stradale e all'inizio del paese prezioso da visitare. Appartamento bello luminoso, arioso. La gestione dei servizi, il non supporto della proprietaria e le difficoltà a vivere l'appartamento: A iniziare dalla comunicazione che ci ha invitato a fare il check in alle 13. per poi farci entrare un'ora dopo. Abbiamo avuto una serie di problemi che non sono stati risolti: un lavandino (piccolo) non scaricava: quasi inutilizzabile. La doccia si allagava e allagava il bagno. L'asta della tenda(senza tenda) si è rotta (cascata in quasi in testa) e nessuno si è degnato di sistemare. Abbiamo chiesto un asciugamano in più che era finito in terra nel lago e non ci è stato fornito. Neanche un tappetino, per cui anche pericoloso con il rischio di scivilare. Impossibile pulire l'appartamento per le cose basilari, come briciole cascate in terra, perché non era presente neanche una scopa. Abbiamo chiesto un strumento per asgiugare o spostare l'acqua, non pervenuto. Va bene uso cucina o lavatrice, ma anche lì nemmeno una goccia di detersivo. Bellissimo terrazzo, ma per metà non utilizzabile a causa di un improvviso e casuale getto di aria calda che usciva dal muro (probabilmente uno scarico di condiziontatore altra casa) proprio dove era posizionato il divanetto. Bastererebbero pochi accorgimenti per rendere l'appartamento veramente funzionale e accogliente.

• Monia (8/5): Posizione centrale! - Appartamento comodo, ci si sposta a piedi perché vicinissimo al centro e ai vari mercatini. A 5 minuti di auto dell'anfiteatro di Cartagine. Bella terrazza dove poter mangiare e ammirare la moschea e il viavai cittadino. Nel bagno sarebbe stata comoda una mensola per appoggiare gli effetti e gli asciugamani, 1 solo rotolo di cartigienica... Camera un po' stretta.

• Gou (6/5): Pleasant - Location is good, close to Sidi Bou Saïd and Carthage ruins, all walkable distance We were here during the winter, it was really cold with the AC on, the heaters doesn't work. The toilet was very smelly, made the whole apartment smell like it. :(
• Gerard (5/5): Great location, but dirty place - Great location and wonderful terrace with views. The place was incredibly dirty: pubic hair on the bed; food leftovers all around the floor; sticky and greasy cutlery and plates. The owner, when giving me the keys, said 4€ charge was for the cleaning personnel. However, they didn't clean at all (and for a while) the apartment before my stay. Quite disgusting, to be honest.

• Valio (9/5): Wonderful place for rest and cultural tourism - Spacious, very large apartment in a very communicative location with spectacular views of Sidi Bou Said and the entire capital equipped with all modern amenities and new kitchen equipment spacious living room and terrace to relax. Located at the beginning of the tourist area in a peaceful and quiet location with services at your fingertips-post office, banks, currency exchange, lovely cafe, large supermarket and small restaurants with delicious food. Friendly and helpful hosts.. For me it is good to have stairs/the apartment is on the 2nd floor/, something normal in accommodations, but for people with disabilities it would be a difficulty.

• Mustafa (6/5): Pleasant - Acceptable location. Not prepared & no fixed appointment. I waited outside for significant time. Not helpful. I asked about some orientation however the owner was not very helpful in this aspect as if She was busy.
• Julie (1/5): DISGUSTING, my photos say it all. - Having stayed previously in Sidi Bou Said we were familiar with the pretty area and had stayed in a lovely little apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Shame the same could not be said for YoYo house. Finding the place to start was not obvious, no name or number on the property. Luckily a nice person used their phone to call the owner who arrived to let us in. There was a problem with the lock and the owner could not let us in so we had to wait for her husband to solve the problem. The apartment was overall big, but the bedroom was small and you could not sit up in bed and read as the radiator was in the way. We had to make our own bed and these sheets were dirty. I was still contacting the owner to provide clean sheets at 8pm. We also found the tableware was dirty, so we did not take advantage of using the kitchen we paid for. The kitchen was also under equipped, so not functional. When eventually the clean mismatched sheets arrived and I had to make our own bed, the blanket that was on the bed was also soiled. It is a given that hygiene is paramount when staying in any style of accommodation, no one pays to stay in a dirty place. Sadly I can not find the photos I had of dirty sheets, so I have provided the top blankets and plates. See for yourself. I have repeatedly contacted booking.com who have failed to solve this problem and keep asking me the same questions and we are going around in circles and now they just don’t respond to any communication. There was mention of a 9€ refund which frankly does not compensate us for staying in a dirty apartment. We are still waiting to hear from the owner.
• Lara (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. Everything was close what we needed. Large terrace. The kitchen has almost everything you need. The hostess allowed late check-out. the floor was poorly cleaned, there was sand on it. The water in the shower does not drain well, the shower is combined with a toilet. There is no kettle, no Turks to make coffee or make tea. There was no remote control for the air conditioner. The TV didn't work. There is noise from the street both day and night. There was no closet for clothes and other things. There are a lot of furniture, but there is nowhere to put our things.
