• Logan (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts are extremely reliable, we forgot to check in online, and the hosts still managed to drop the keys off in less than 30 mins. About 20 min walk from town, less than 10 min walk to a supermarket. I would highly recommend the spot.
• Catherine (9/5): Everyone had a great stay in a lovely villa. - Well equipped villa in a good quiet location with a nice walk into the town. Lovely pool and garden with small putting green, nice large garden table and chairs and ample sun loungers. Pool heating was great at this time of year. Comfortable beds. Good communication from host. Would definitely return Showers kept going hot and cold. Couple of sun loungers were ripped

• Cindy (1/5): Scam Villa do not book - Different property to listing. Foul sewerage smell. Not properly cleaned with old bedding and towels. Doors did not close properly on bedrooms and bathrooms. Damage of door frames, walls - whole property in an unmaintained state. Had to access downstairs for further 2 bedrooms and games room via external door (which it does not state on listing). Furthermore only given one key to access main door and downstairs door, leaving half of our group unable to get into either part of property. The key to access property was bent so did not even work properly. Pool table disgusting and filthy covered in stains and hairs as was the sofa that was down there. The swimming pool was not private and open to the front street to many onlookers - again listing made it looked like a fully enclosed area. When we attempted to contact property to tell them about these issues they blanked us not even attempting to rectify problems telling us we could not cancel. We immediately searched for alternative accommodation, unfortunately we had to endure staying for one night because the villa we found was not ready until the following day. There was another villa behind which we suspect was actually villa luna and they had double booked so put us in the rubbish villa that was in need of maintenance - as none of the properties had numbers or names on, it couldn’t be established. Had to lodge a complaint through booking.com, yet villa luna still not not answer emails from them. We are still awaiting our refund and have requested this property be taken off the listings as it is not fit for purpose , especially at the price charged and the hosts seem to be nothing more than scam artists.
