• Sheryne (9/5): - Appartement très propre , bien placé et Check in à distance rapide. Vous avez des places de stationnement gratuites à proximité. Le bruits des voisins…. Difficile de s’endormir le soir et bruit très tôt le matin. C’est vraiment dommage.
• Edurne (8/5): Apartamento cómodo y limpio - El apartamento en general que estaba limpio tenía de todo lo básico que nosotros lo usamos dos noches 5 personas para desayunar y dormir. El tema aparcamiento para encontrar al llegar por la noche y un espejo a parte del del baño vendría bien.

• Aude (9/5): Je recommande ce lieu - L'accueil s'est bien passé. Les hôtes ont été disponibles à distance. Le logement est idéal, propre et agréable pour y être en famille. Idéalement placé proche du bus (ou du train), cela nous a permis de nous rendre à Barcelone en transport en commun. Nous avons trouvé un stationnement gratuit pour la voiture pas trop loin de l'appartement.

• Armel (8/5): Un logement de très bonne qualité. Je recommande! - Appartement bien situé et propre. La propriétaire est également à l’écoute et très réactive. Malheureusement, quelques tâches sur un drap de lit et une des lampes ne fonctionnait pas

• Xtimp (7/5): Correcto - La ubicacion y la amplitud del apartamento. Estaba limpio y acondicionado La cama de movia mucho, las patas estaban mal. Faltaban algo de mobilirio, donde dejar maletas, apoyar...y echamos de menos algo de café y agua de cortesia

• Réka (8/5): Ajánlom a szállást, kényelmes, jól felszerelt - Nagyon jó helyen van, szupermarket, sétálóutca és a vasútállomás csak pár perc séta, tágas, jól felszerelt. Az utca zaja nagyon behallatszik, a kanapéágy kényelmetlen és nyikorog. A szállás sötét, de nem töltöttünk ott annyi időt napközben, hogy ez zavaró legyen.

• Jan Ctvrtnik (8/5): - Ground floor apartment was great and fulfil our needs. Just the walls was bit thin and we can hear people speaking form other flats and street. We came to see Barcelona and just slept in apartment. Connection to airport and center is great. Basic kitchen stuff as salt, detergent for dishes cleaning towel would be helpful.
• célia (9/5): Super plan proche de Barcelone - L'appartement était spacieux et confortable proche du métro pour aller directement à Barcelone. Parfait pour une famille. Il faut faire attention à l'horaire du métro le soir pour revenir sinon il y a des bus mais c'est plus long. On s'est faits avoir.

• Leila (7/5): - L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Tout le nécessaire était présent machine à laver cafetière serviette de toilette sèche linge.... Il aurait été souhaitable qu' il y ait ne serait-ce qu'un rouleau de papier toilette. L'appartement est très sombre ce serait bien de teinter les vitres pour qu'on puisse lever les stores et volets car le manque de luminosité est très oppressant .
• Roca (8/5): - El piso está tal cual las fotos. Cruzando la calle encuentras la estación de tren de cercanías por lo que moverse a Barcelona es muy fácil. Volveremos seguramente porque Barcelona nos gusta mucho y solemos visitarla de vez en cuando, además nuestra perrita es bienvenida. No hay nada que no me gustara. Le indique al propietario como mejora que hubiera algún espejo más, en pasillo o habitaciones ya que solo teníamos el del baño para los 4, pero nada que fuese un problema.

• Natalia (10/5): It was great. - Mieszkanie było super czyste, kuchnia zawierała wszystkie potrzebne naczynia do jej używania. W pomieszczeniu gospodarczym znajdowała się pralka i suszarka oraz płynu do niej dostępne. Jest to super opcja jeśli pozostaje się na dłużej. Nam ułatwiło to mega funkcjonowanie. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Mega na plus.➕. Okolica: Lidl i lokalne sklepiki w bliskim pobliżu. Ceny normalne nie jak w miastach turystycznych. Super blisko jest dworzec centralny dzięki któremu można szybko dostać się do Barcelony. Ludzie z miasteczka mega przyjaźni i chętni do pomocy. W tym mieście można poznać hiszpańskie życie 😍 PS: klimatyzacja w pokoju z dużym łóżkiem działa gorzej niż w innych. Nie można ustawić tam niższej temperatury nawiewu niższej niż 26 stopni. Z zabawki której jakoś poprzedni wynajmujący musieliśmy wyjąć baterię bo w pilocie do telewizora się skończyły. ( to tylko informacja do właściciela ) :-)
• BAHIA (8/5): Beau séjour dans un bel appartement - Très bel appartement. Bien situé avec toutes les commodités aux alentours. L’aéroport est vraiment très proche c’est un vrai plus. L’appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons récupéré les clefs plus tôt, la propriétaire a été très arrangeante sur l’horaire de remise des clefs. Il y avait tout ce qu il fallait dans l’appartement. La propriétaire est d’une gentillesse sans nom et très disponible pour répondre aux différentes sollicitations. Le rideau de douche dans la baignoire je ne trouve pas cela très hygiénique mais ce n’est que mon avis personnel. Il est très difficile de se garer dans la rue de l’immeuble. Il faut vraiment chercher une place dans les rues adjacentes un peu plus loin. Il y a une machine à café dans l’appartement et 2-3 dosettes auraient été les bienvenue au début.

The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer all emitted a strong moldy odor. Despite cleaning them with baking soda, the smell persisted — it was unbearable. The dryer was so filled with dust that it was alarming. There were used diapers in trash bags and two garbage bins completely full upon our arrival. The moment we entered, we were hit with a nauseating stench of urine and feces. The microwave had been used and left uncleaned. The stove was filthy. The bathtub was clogged and the water did not drain. This was my first time visiting Barcelona, and unfortunately, this experience completely ruined my holiday. I couldn’t use a single glass in the house — I had to purchase disposable cups instead. Although we reported the issue with the bathroom, nothing was done to resolve it. My children wanted to swim, but I couldn’t even take a shower because after just three people used the bathroom, there was no hot water left for me or my mother. On top of that, due to the clogged bathtub, I was unable to bathe properly throughout the stay. This has been an enormous disappointment and I genuinely question who gave this place such high reviews. This was a nightmare of a holiday. All I received was an apology and an offer to send someone to take out the trash — am I supposed to wait at home for that? These issues should have been addressed before any guest’s arrival. Additionally, you should verify your listings more carefully. Many central Barcelona hotels are not even shown on this platform. Our friends found accommodation that was cleaner, better located, and more affordable. I am deeply disappointed that I was forced to endure a holiday under such unacceptable conditions — where I could not even take a proper shower. You should be truly ashamed of providing this level of service. My mother washed a pot because we were hungry and wanted to make some pasta — but we couldn’t even eat it.

The owner was friendly and always in touch, answering very quickly. 10 minutes walk to the station. Quiet place, close to many shops and cafes. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine No kettle. For a group of 5 people there was one teaspoon and 2 tablespoons. The upstairs neighbor started talking loudly to someone at 5 a.m., and we heard him as if he were walking in the next room.
