• Stefan (5/5): - Amplasamentu hotelului La ultimul etaj al hotelului funcționează un club , in seara de vineri si sambata nu s-a putut dormi in camere, muzica a fost foarte tare, pe holul si scarile hotelului au fost foarte multe persoane galagioase .

• Shayan (10/5): Bästa och recept full. - Jag har varit i hotellet 12 dagar och jag var väldigt nöjd av personalen speciellt tjejen som sitter i receptionen. Dom var väldigt respektfulla. Läget är bäst 5 minut promenad till gamla basaren och 5 minut till mallen Galatasport som finns bra matt med välkända matt äffarer. Läget är nära många gamla historiska ställe och det var allt perfekt. Ingeting att klaga på.
• Ozden (10/5): Perfect locatie! Schoon en zeer vriendelijk personeel - De locatie perfect, openbaar vervoer in de buurt met veerboot, bus en tram. Receptioniste Ayse was zeer behulpzaam en aardig. Mijn grote dank aan haar. Kamer was schoon en zoals op de foto precies hetzelfde. Werd heerlijk wakker, geen verkeer voor de deur. Was mijn eerste ervaring hier, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. :) dankjewel Ik heb geen negatieve ervaring gehad!

• Pamela (4/5): Would have been a 10 but if you can’t sleep it should be a zero. The efforts of the very nice staff clawed some points - Good location. Really nice Staff who did their best to help in circumstances. Nice room This place would have been perfect but for a nightclub on top floor (4th) so loud there is nowhere in that building to escape the thumping noise which lasts until well past midnight. In addition, loud drunks ploughing past your door until the wee hours. It was absurd. Lying in your bed and the decibels were through the roof! If your stay is not over a Friday to Sunday night - then highly recommend. I could be wrong but have a feeling the top floor business is separate to the hotel business because people working the hotel seemed as frustrated as the guests and no control over the noise factor.

• Shakhizat (5/5): Noisy - location, room is spacious on the 4th floor (top floor) they said they have a restaurant but it is more like a club. 3 nights we stayed there (Fri to Sunday) they had events with loud music and noise until 12:30am - very disturbing, no joke. first day we arrived we found floors dusty. we had an infant who liked to crawl - his hands and feet were all black from dirt.

• jessica (6/5): - A good location - handy to lots of restaurants and close to major attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious Several small things and one major issue. Small things such as tv not working, curtains coming of track. Major issue of noise- we stayed for 7 nights and on 3 of those-(fri- sun) there is a restaurant / dance club—on the top floor and from 9pm until the early hours of the morning they play loud music and you can hear people.Yelling. dancing and making general loud noise. The restaurant is accessed through the hotel so the stairs are in constant use with a lot of noise from the people going up and down . I think this should be known about before you book as it would have influenced our choice of stay. If you are party goers however it may not be an issue

• Vincent (6/5): Décevant - La suite était conforme à la description. Cependant la chambre Deluxe était très très loin des standards et de ce qui avait été vendu sur Booking. Heureusement que le gentlemen de l’accueil le deuxième jour savait parler anglais. Notre chambre était bruyante, malodorante et tout simplement mal organisée. Climatisation qui ne refroidit que le salon et pas la chambre. Lit double dont nos pieds touchaient les murs. Pas de draps dans la chambre. Un accueil en Turc uniquement avec des chambres toujours pas prêtes malgré une arrivée après 20h… La liste est longue

• Oben (1/5): It was far away from my expectations. - Breakfast was horrible. They do not even serve coffee. Food is bad, service is bad. When asked for salt and pepper, they said that they did not have any.
• Anna (8/5): We would definitely stay here again! - This hotel is in one of the best areas to stay in Istanbul. Still easily accessible to all parts. A quick walk to Galata area, lots of restaurants and cute shops nearby, and easy to walk or take public transport to the Aya Sofya area. The rooms were super cute, clean, and had a good view; we loved it. We had 2 rooms, one for our kids and one for us. Our room smelled a little smoky but I never told the hotel until we left. Also, the TV's in both rooms did not work but we didn't want to watch TV and the hotel would have fixed it had we said something. The beds are in a loft area that seemed small, but we still enjoyed our room and the separate living area below the loft.

• Basit (7/5): Good - The Location is very nice. The staff are helpful. The breakfast at luna resturant. The roof height is quite low for the standard seiling. Standard room is small than expected. The bed is also of small size in standard room.
• Jonathan (9/5): Good choice for Karakoy - A nice little boutique hotel with large, comfortable rooms. Everything looks very new. Staff are helpful. The restaurant on the top floor, Coco, which is run by an outside concession, serves up very good food and offers a nice view of the water. Prices quite reasonable compared to the restaurants on the waterfront. It would be nice if the breakfast timing was a bit earlier. 9am is quite late for people on holiday who want an early start to their day.

• Bruce (9/5): An excellent stay at Palazzo Suit Karakoy - Breakfast a typical turkish breakfast, it was good. Location is excellent near the ferry and Tunel and Galataport. Wifi is excellent. The staff was really nice. Cihan, receptionist in the evening, was outstanding. Just a note that I did not expect there would be stairs to a loft bed. It was fine for me, but maybe some older travellers would have difficulty. Perhaps mention that in the description.

• Josefino (8/5): Nice location, good facilities, elevator should reach up to where the restaurant is.Receptionists need to communicate at - Close to Galata port, restaurants and walkways Stairs to restaurant on the 4th floor was quite steep. Elevator only up to third floor. Receptionists could not speak English. I find it very difficult to communicate.

Strangely the hotel only had bath towels on our first night , removed them even after we hung on the radiators and then told us they only have hair towels for the next 4 days

The stuff helped me after 3 times asking 3) the smell in a toilet was bad: first 3 days it was smell as a sewerage and next like somebody smoke 4) before of the arriving I asked to prepare for me the sofa downstairs. Nobody did, but responded before that they would 5) the construction outside was noise (close to hotel is building a new hotel) 6) nobody inform me during if check in simple information about hotel: WiFi, breakfast, check out and so on 7) attention for the details: close to bed upstairs just one socket, downstairs there is no socket close to the sofa. They prepared one bottle of water. Even in reservation it was said how many people it would be. No capsule with coffee, but there is coffe machine

The room was large and well furnished The bed was comfortable The hotel had a lovely scent and the veiw from the breakfast room was awesome. Breakfast was filling and wholesome. Location is key, and the Palazzo suite is very well located with quick access to public transport and attractions. I would choose to stay here again. More attention to cleaning can be given. The internet didn't work on our last day. Our room didn't have the coffee maker as offered.

Foody street ! - Room was great, with the view of the water and the main mosque on the other side of the bay. I liked everything, and location is the best around. Very close proximity to the taxi, water, watertaxi, tram, water ferries, and all the main architectural niceties of the Galata and Istanbul in general. Best location! Soap and other toilettries were real olive organic stuff. Inexpensive. 30 restaurants very close, real native fish market where they grill for you the fish you pointed, and cheap. Great, definetely go there again and soon... Could of have couple more lights, Pillows were too firm.

Location is the best - 100 ft to the wateredge, there 3 other hotels but they way more expensive. Penincula is $1,100/night! This one is $100/night for the 430 sq ft room. Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. I like the room so much that extended my stay more than once Pillows were too firm. No access by the car - walk to the street or taxi stand about 100 ft. Other than that I liked everything. When in Istanbul in Galata port thats the best location and very good stay

Palazzo Suit stands out with its special design and new spacious rooms, with a stylish and inviting atmosphere, making you feel right at home.

• Jean (6/5): Pleasant - This feedback is for the hotel management, below I describe the reason for giving a low rating. I hope I'm helping to ensure this doesn't happen to future guests. What happened: we received a suggestion from the hotel to hire a transfer service from the airport, and we accepted. When we were already in the car, on the way to the hotel, we were informed that our hotel was under renovation and we would be taken to another hotel. It was our first time in the city, we chose our hotel because we loved what we researched about the Karakoy neighborhood. The driver (hotel owner) told us that the change would be better for us, that we would stay in the city center, but it wasn't what we had planned, in short it was a very bad experience. We know that unforeseen events happen, but I don't believe that a renovation is decided to be done so quickly that it is not possible to notify guests. Honestly, the feeling was of having been deceived, of not being able to stay at the hotel we chose. Finally, the hotel we stayed in was great, well located, we just had to be notified in advance, it was a serious communication failure in my honest opinion.

• Anie (10/5): Perfect stay, perfect location friendly peopel - Perfect place, super good location, to pier to tram etc. This place is new tuck in a colourful happening of Karakoy yet quiet. i love that it has a small window, having lift and the good homey smell they put on. Their staff are all friendly and consoling after i shared my misfortune trip. The fact that this place at flat area really help when you have wheeled luggage and in my case i travelled light. Totally recommended and will stay again. Nothing, just i had issue to turn on the floor heater or i just dont know how but i can sleep properly because the place well insulated.

It is on the offshore and neer to main streets and touristic location. The staff were so wonderful and very friendly. They made our staying experience very special. My daughter burned out the sofa, and they did not even charge us. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone. We thank staff members and manager every thing was perfect

• Kappa (10/5): Accommodation that feels like 5* hotel - Brand new accommodation, we were first guests to stay in our room. All rooms are super-clean, so spacious, bright, modernly designed, with paintings, beautiful rugs and sculptures that connect its modern design with the city of Istanbul. Ideal location, great wifi, 24/7 reception, combination which is very rare to find, especially for this price and at this location. Plenty restaurants which offer good Turkish breakfast and food are literally few steps away. Right next to public transport, ferry station, Galata bridge, close to Galata tower and brand new Istanbul modern sites that were build just recently. Floor heating and great A/C. The whole accommodation can easily compete with 5* hotel. Even the entrance and corridors have air diffusers that give whole place pleasant scent. On the top of it, the biggest value of this hotel is its wonderful staff that made us feel like we are staying at best friends' place. They all speak English and are willing to help with everything. We are so happy that this place is built and that we found it as it tick all our boxes and we plan to stay here every time we visit Istanbul. I wish successful future to these wonderful people in the business they just started as they did everything right at the beginning. We loved absolutely everything about this place. We don't have one single complaint.
