• Monica (10/5): - I loved the home feeling. Beds were great. Had a variety of either soft or hard pillows, which I loved. Had spices but didnt use them. Had a keurig, but also didnt use it. I came for a martial arts tournament and loved not having to go to a hotel to stay at. Also I loved the lighting, you could turn the light off with a remote or turn it on. Also you could control of you want a lot of light or a little amount. Not really anything.

• Lachelle (9/5): Easy going, clean and spacious stay! - Multiple beds and very spacious Only 2 TVs.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Nice, affordable, well-located. - The house was very centerally located and it was cute, quiet, safe, and very affordable. This was a much better option for the 3 of us than a hotel. Had a nice bedroom in the basement with a toilet and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a bathroom in between. We did not utilize the living area, but it was large and spacious as well. The house was nicely stocked with anything you would need. We enjoyed this house immensely and will be using again. N/A, enjoyed it. There was a small hole in the wall of the basement when we got there, but it did not affect the stay at all. This was a great place to stay while we were on our work trip.

• Misty (8/5): I would stay here again! - Garage access, great location, had most things you need. We have a family of five, and it was perfect. It would comfortably accommodate a group with 3 couples, plus it has a good sized soft sofa. Shampoo and conditioner is provided. The bedrooms had plenty of plugins for all the things! Rooms were also very spacious. The chalk board in the kitchen is a great addition when you’re looking for things to do. It’s does have several stairs, which wasn’t an issue for us, but would be for someone with mobility issues. There were no towels or wash clothes in the kitchen. The main bathroom and kitchen weren’t as clean as I would have liked it, however we booked late, and on the same day we were staying. (So I would suspect it was last minute cleaned.)

• Cinta (10/5): Blue Heaven - Truly thankful for the home, away from home. Property was very clean and set up beautifully. Plenty enough room to spread out and work, away from everyone. I've traveled around the world, and I truly appreciate a great bed with hefty pillows (and extra if needed) and the very powerful ceiling fan. I was almost able to freeze my partner out of the room. I love all the recommendations the owner provided and the extra amenities available to the guests, especially the garage. I highly recommend this property. Nothing. I enjoyed it all.

The basement got a little chilly at night but basements are usually colder than the rest of the house. Loved the cute little kitchen and dining area. The beds were comfortable. We also loved the attached garage ♥️ The shower didn't get very hot. It was warm but wouldn't get hot enough to our liking. It seems like the sink water got hot but not the shower for some reason. We couldn't figure out how to shut the vanity light off.

The large decorative chalkboard with the WiFi password, restaurants, breakfast places, bars etc.... My brother and his wife ended up joining us. We contacted the property and they were so nice and accommodating. Great location for us. Everything was close by and we had zero issues. There was only one shower.

• Colin (9/5): A great place to stay overall - Sinan was a gracious, prompt and friendly host. The house is a beautiful place, well furnished and equipped. The complimentary muffins were scrumptious! The place is spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the garage and a safe space for the car and our belongings. The basement bedroom is next to a room with some machinery in it (boiler? central heating?) which makes noise when it kicks in. This affected my sleep to some degree.

• Gabriella (7/5): Nice spot but PROS and CONS - We stayed at the Blue House to visit family and there were some pro and cons. Pros: Location was accessible to grocery, shops, places to eat. Host was quick to respond The place was homey and had everything we needed Overall, nice place but needed more attention to the cleaning. Cons: Cleaning wasn't thorough, it didn't seem like it was professionally cleaned - we found dust/dirt in a lot of places, especially in the kitchen & bathrooms. The cleaning crew did not unload the dishwasher or dryer so for the duration of the stay we didn't know we had more plates/utensils. I attached photos for reference

It’s listed as a 2 bath, but it actually only has one full bath (shower), the 2nd bath is only a 1/2 bath. Luckily we were traveling with family, but if it had been friends it would’ve been awkward sharing a shower. It’s also a duplex & a split level. Neighbors were a bit noisy in the middle of the night…could hear them stomping up/down the stairs. No bedrooms on the ground level. That would’ve been helpful to know, as we were traveling with my elderly mother.

• Mark (8/5): If you want to feel at home during your stay in Sioux Falls I recommend the blue house. - Lots of room and a great value compared to hotel rates in Sioux Falls. Easy check in and great communication from the owner. The owner of the property has built a nice patio in the back yard with a fire pit. We were not able to use that feature due to a rainy weekend. Beds were comfortable. Big comfortable sofa. Great location to downtown. It was all good.

• Michele (10/5): Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean comfortable spacious stay. - I booked the house as my step father was scheduled for cataract surgery. He would need assistance and yet I wanted my own space. I very much appreciated. Having my own bedroom bathroom and outside seating area. He enjoyed the living room and the fact that I was able to cook for him. It turned out to be not a big deal, but my parents are older and have mobility issues. I was under the impression this residence was all on one level. The two bedrooms have about four steps and bedroom in the basement has 6 to 8. This was fine for me but an issue for my step-father. He needed my assistance going up and down the stairs, which we handled just fine.

It was clean and comfortable with everything that we needed. It was easy to check in (door code) and check out so it was super convenient. Will definitely stay again if the need arises in the future.
• Steve (10/5): Awesome place to stay in Sioux Falls - Everything is laid out with the greatest convenience for the visitor--things are clearly labeled, water, coffee, tea, and danish are waiting for you. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to lots of shopping (a large grocery store is a 5-minute walk). There's a garage. There's lots of space. The host is very communicative and helpful. I liked it so much, I decided to stay another night!
