Stacie (9/5): Comfortable, great location, excellent for a group! - We loved how quiet and secluded it felt, all the shade and pretty trees! The swimming pool and hot tubs were really nice as well. The bedding and towels were actually cotton and really nice! There was plenty of parking (we were 3 families sharing a Farm House), and the farm houses were spread out enough that we felt we had privacy. The layout of the houses is great- there are two King bedrooms on the ground floor that share a large hall-accessible bathroom that has separate toilet and shower rooms so that multiple people can use it at one time. The bunk room and third King bedroom are upstairs and share a second smaller bath. That bunk room is HUGE and we lived that each bed has a lamp and charging port. Air con worked great, the rooms have fans, and there was plenty of light and charging spots! We were there to visit Schlitterbahn, Gruene, and the Guadalupe, and were within 15 minutes of each. The GRSP was just under an hour drive. Our only criticisms were small. The beds were pretty hard for me so I ended up unrested and with neck pain (our group was half Team Firm and half Team Soft so it’s a mixed review, ha). I would 100% stay again and will just bring a topper. We also would have liked some thin blankets or quilts as a hot weather option; the provided duvets were fluffy but too hot for a TX summer. When we arrived, the housekeeper hadn’t stocked kitchen or hand towels, but a quick message got us a stack of those delivered within 30 mins. We were looking forward to seeing more wildlife but only had a few lizards visit the front porch- not anyone’s fault and none of us were mad about the lack of scorpions. :) The only real criticism (and we could see this from the photos but didn’t really realize it) is that there is no dining table. The island seats a lot of people, but not our whole 11 person group, so we made the kids eat outside where there’s a 4 seat round table. It wasn’t a huge problem, but we did miss having a comfortable place to work, play cards, etc.

Jeff (8/5): Very good - Gorgeous area and great place to relax. Downstairs bathroom sink makes noise off and on the whole trip, downstairs bedroom fan lights come on in the middle of night for no reason and woke us several times.
Cecy (8/5): Beautiful getaway farmhouse! - I loved the location in the middle of the woods. The farmhouse itself was beautiful and seems to be brand new, it smells like it. The pool is close by and the hot tub. Overall it was a great experience. Also the young man on the property quickly came and fixed the shower when we told him the situation. On the downstairs shower, the cold water was not working, so the 1st day we had very hot showers. Could use some more trash cans, like in the bedrooms. Ran out of toilet paper and trash bags. I mean it was 10 of us, especially kids that produce a lot of trash, LOL!
Cynthia (10/5): Great house for extended family gatherings! - It accommodated our large family group comfortably. We enjoyed the pool and also the fire pit. There were also these really cool stick insects I have never before seen in Texas! And very comfy beds. It wasn't a dislike, but the top bunk beds...a rail wouldn't hurt for protecting the young ones. We just put them in the bottom beds.
Lopez (9/5): We most certainly look forward returning to this property, our family really enjoyed the place. - We loved our Farmhouse, it exceeded our expectations. I really enjoyed the spacious kitchen, openness of the common area, and definitely the views. Front windows do not have shutter blinds or curtains, this was kind of scary at night. Although it is expected to see insects around the area due to location, my girls were a bit scare of the amount of spiders surrounding the property.
