- Alice (8/5): Comfortable apartment. - Nicely appointed apartment. Spacious and well located to main tourist attractions, e.g. just a 10-12 min uphill walk to the pedestrian street. Bathroom was small with no counter space and toilet sometimes got stuck refilling with water after a flush.

- :hr (10/5): Beautiful stay in Belgrade. - The apartment was just what we needed for a short stay in the city. The apartment is easy to get to and we soon found out bearings around the city. We slept so well and Snjeza was so hospitable, always checking we had everything we needed. We forgot our travel plug and she told us where to go to get a new one. The bakery is nice and close and open very late, a great coffee shop is opposite the bakery. It was our first visit to Serbia and we absolutely loved it, we will definitely be coming back. Nothing we didn't like.

The location is really comfortable, it was easy to reach different points from this place. No disturbing noises, the working AC (in this heat it was essential), all the necessary kitchenware and towels. There was just the soap in the shower - no shampoo. We also didn’t find any washing powder for laundry, but it was not a big deal.

- Nikola (8/5): Short stay - very good location and surounded by all one need - We liked the studio, it is as it shown on photos, enetered easily with code and got key from a box. Communicated with owners, they were helpful and responsive. Location is good. There is everything in the kitchen and in studio for longer stay as well as parking, shops, coffee place and bakery around. We spent 2nights so nothing really to point out.
- Oleg (1/5): Bad - I just don't understand what happened. My check-in was supposed to be at 3 p.m. I arrived in Belgrade in the morning and spent several hours trying to contact the owner (via Booking, phone and WhatsApp) or at least find the apartment, which I failed to do (there were no signs and none of the people I met in the building knew about it). The owner never answered. Then I left and got back several hours later (when my check-in time came) and kept trying to find the apartment and contact the owner so that he would help me find it. Everything was in vain (the owner never answered), and I had to look for another apartment. It has been 2 days since all of this happened and I still have got no reply from the owner. This is my first such experience with Booking.
- Gousia (7/5): Good - The apartments were cozy, spacious and well equipped. The owner was helpful providing us with useful information. There was much dust in the apartments, but the real problem was the entrance and the indoor stairs of the building. The entrance was very old, dirty, some of the stairs were broken and there was an unpleasant smell inside the building. I believe it has never been cleaned before. It is like a scene of a horror movie with dust and animal hair on every step. The tenants must pay for a total cleaning of the building!!!

- Dave (10/5): Lovely apartment near the old city centre. - This studio apartment is one of three converted from a larger apartment. It comprises a sleeping/sitting area (with balcony - we were in No 2), a kitchenette/eating area and a separate bathroom. Everything has been done to a very high standard: the sitting area is very comfortable, as is the bed, the kitchen is very well equipped ( including a washing machine) and the bathroom is great. The apartment is in a great location, only 10 minutes walk from the central bus station (we travelled by coach from Novi Sad) and about 15 minutes walk from the old town and Belgrade Fortress. Our hosts were really helpful and were happy to provide any additional information we needed. Access to the apartment was also very straightforward. Nothing - we really enjoyed our stay!
