• Jose (10/5): - O apartamento é muito espaçoso, luminoso e muito limpo. Tudo está cuidado até ao mais pequeno detalhe. A vista para o mar é incrível e a localização excelente. Eu voltaria aqui sem hesitação. O proprietário é muito simpático e oferece um bom desconto se quiser ficar mais dias. Nada, tudo bem

Lots of equipment included like beach towels etc. Very caring and helpful all the way. Could do with some improvement of the shower. However bath was very good.

• Elane (7/5): - Location was good--beautiful seaside! I enjoyed the walk to the downtown tourist area. Also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony to take in the sunrise. Lack of cleanliness was a real turnoff. Visible food crumbs on the sofa, as well as the kitchen counter. Seeing this, I swept the floor and the amount of dirt and debris was unacceptable.

• Ursula (10/5): Der Ausblick ist sensationell. - Der herrliche Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang war jeden Tag ein Erlebnis. Unser Gastgeber war immer sehr schnell erreichbar und behilflich. Das Zentrum ist sogar zu Fuß erreichbar oder auch per Bus. Die Waschmaschine ist etwas tricky zu öffnen.

• Woodburn (8/5): Couples weekend in Spain - Views were amazing can't beat. Space was great with 2 bedrooms for a single couple. Kitchen was well appointed with all that we needed and tv area was great. Outside furniture was uncomfortable and there was no hot water in the main bathroom (bath). The water pressure generally was poor.

• Antonio (9/5): Las mejores vistas al mar - Vistas y distribución del apartamento. El anfitrión SIEMPRE PENDIENTE Y ATENTO!!! Hubiera sido perfecto con aire acondicionado y TV en las habitaciones. Solo Aire en el salón y ventiladores de techo en los dormitorios. Le falta un poco de repaso de pintura en la habitación principal porque al ser una de las paredes negras se nota muy usada.

Close to restaurants bars and supermarket on doorstep. Short walk to the tram. Fantastic communication from Jose. We were given early access to drop off our case. Lift takes you to the beach and a couple of bars restaurants. These were fully booked at the weekend and closed on Tuesday. Fantastic cafe/restaurant on the way to the tram. 25€ taxi from the airport taxi rank and Uber back 30€

• Henrik (5/5): Disruptions and cleanliness tarnished experience. - Excellent location and views. Nice apartment layout. Direct access to the beach. Cleanliness could be improved and there were multiple cockroaches. Communication could be greatly improved. We weren’t told until check-in that we wouldn’t be able to use the main bed the first few nights and that workers would be coming in to replace the bed. This process ended up taking most of a day and was very disruptive as we were working from the apartment. The host wasn’t apologetic about the disruption at all.

I particularly enjoyed the amenities. The hotel's location is perfect—just a short ride taxi from popular attractions and restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I can’t wait to return!

• Natalia (9/5): Superb - Amazing view, a lot of light in the master bedroom and in the lounge. The flat is spacious (2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms), with a lounge and a terrace. The terrace has a comfortable couch and a table. The WiFi was good. One of the exits from the building is directly to Calas de Alicante beach. The check-in time is fairly late (4pm).

Apartment is very clean & has everything you could ask for. Though a little far out, the location is quite good. Bus service is excellent & very reasonable. Beach is beautiful & just outside the lift. Can't say we didn't like anything, we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good communication from owner by WhatsApp Apartment had everything for your use.. eg washing soaps/ shampoo etc .. The apartment is on the 24th floor but no wait for lifts with access straight onto little beach/rocks .. If you get the chance I highly recommend this apartment Nothing
