• Paul (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay. - The property was so relaxing. Very quiet. Short walking distance to the hustle and bustle but far enough away not to hear it. Really spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor lounge and kitchen. Pool area was great.
• Zoe (8/5): Very good - Loved the pool and the outdoor living space!! Provided drinking water which was a bonus. The villa was cleaned every day which was amazing and the host was very quick at responding when we needed him. Location is a 10/10 close to so many shops and good cafes and restaurants. A few cracks in the windows and doors didn't fully shut letting a lot of mozzies in. But overall wasn't a real issue more just an inconvenience for having to spray insect repellant everywhere and having to watch for mozzies.

Needs a really good clean, repairs and replacement of furniture. - Good location. the villa was close to a main street with lots of restaurants and shops but far enough away to be very quiet at night. Really disappointed with the state of the villa. it would have been nice when first built but has not been maintained. skirting boards coming off walls, holes in floor. the kitchen was dirty - the tap had disgusting residue on it and the tea towels were stained. we didn't trust the water filter given the state of the kitchen. chairs around the dining table were so worn and dirty we didn't use them. lounge cushions were very dirty, makes you wonder whether any of the villa is properly cleaned. we knew this villa had an open lounge area from the photos but didn't realise that only the bedrooms could be closed off - no living space is closed off to the heat and mosquitoes. the doors on upstairs bedrooms had holes in them and verandah doors didn't close well, plus the master bedroom windows had gaps at the top - these all allowed mosquitoes in. the kids ended up with lots of bites despite using coils and sprays. we also had an ant infestation on the first night. overall we would not recommend this villa at all. needs a drastic deep clean and refresh.
• Glenn (8/5): Great choice in central Seminyak - Great central location and good size for a family. Lovely pool and good functional kitchen. Minor maintenance/groundskeeping (pool waterfall not working, grass area wasn't cut for our arrival).

• Baskara (8/5): Huge Space Villa for A Small Road Entry - The villa design is beautiful, with very large bedrooms and bathrooms for each. The living room and the kitchen area is great place for gathering with family. First is the cleanliness. The kitchen area seems dirty, especially for the exhaust above the stove and the cupboard. The shower head in main bathroom cannot be hanged. Also the bathroom is very hot in the noon, as the sun just above the clear roof and shine directly to the WC and shower. That makes us uncomfortable. Overall, it is a great property. We understand about the location, we cannot say much. But other than that, please improve it for your guests comfortabilities.
