Guest Reviews
- Stephen (2/5): Very poor - You can't park on the road this building is on and have to find a way around the back and then faced with long walk to get in. The building itself is in very serious disrepair and looks ready for demolition. The underground car park for the units is permanently closed. There was no toilet paper provided in the unit. There were no sheets for the sofa bed.
- Jayatu (5/5): Manageable for a single night. - Host was very friendly and helpful. The property is a bit dated and will benefit from some care and cleaning. The sofa-bed was not easy to use. Parking could be tricky to find.
- Lubomir (3/5): Poor - Size of bedroom. Close to shops. Smell of humidity everywhere. Without aircondition its during the summer catastrophe. 30 degrees of celsius during the night in bedroom - lets try to sleep. Full of mosquitos outside and you cant open the windows because there are without net. Locality is not very nice also.
- Erhan (3/5): Poor - Only close the Coop market The bed is not so comfortable and clean. The bathroom is so small and have much more humudity. The tools of the kitchen is not enough. For example there is a oven inside home but there are not any tray in it.
- Giedrė (1/5): I would not recommend anyone to stay in this apartment. - The beds were comfortable. The apartment is close to the city centre. It was the worst experience ever. A cramped flat where you can't open the windows because then hundreds of mosquitoes attack. At 12pm, it's 28 degrees Celsius with a terrible smell of mould. There is no air conditioning and no mosquito nets in the windows. All walls and ceilings are smeared with mosquito residue.
- Bakhtiyar (5/5): Passable - The bed room is ok the wifi is very good There is no air conditioning and one single fan not working well .
The electrical plugs not working and when we open windows it was very noisy and mosquito we couldn’t sleep
- Sylvia (5/5): Disappointing, needs some maintenance - One block away from grocery store, 10 min busride to town, bed was comfortable, kitchen utensils were adequate when we arrived, shower and bathroom functional Unbelievable number of mosquitoes that kept us awake at night and no screens on the windows. two of the four burners on the gas stove didn’t work, had to close the plastic Rollladen as the front window didn’t close properly or lock, no plug for kitchen sink. We notified the manager through booking.com but received no answer or action.
- Denys (8/5): Very good -
- Bogdan (7/5): Ok - Good communication with the host
Big supermarket close to the apartment
Bus station just a few meters away
Clean apartment The neighbors were quite disturbing, a lot of noise up till 12 - 1 AM. Also the door and windows are quite old, made from wood so you hear everything that happen on the street.
Kitchen area is quite small, if you use the bed, there's barely any space left to use the fridge.
- Björn (8/5): Very good - Huge supermarket and nice cafe very close by. It is a bit of an industrial area, but that is not the fault of the host. The house was a bit creepy as some parts of the block seem to have fallen out of use. But the apartment was clean.
- Gabriela (7/5): Overall, the staying was good - We had all the facilities we wanted and the apartment was clean. The apartment was small and it was located a little far away from city centre.
- Eni (10/5): Exceptional - Host was very welcoming and helpful for everything.
Apartment was very clean and only 1.4 km from the centre.
- Milo (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment was perfectly clean and just what we needed. The owners were friendly and made sure everything was in order for us to have a good stay. It's located a bit away from the city centre but the walk from the city centre to the appartement is lovely. A real recommendation price/quality wise.
- Gareth (9/5): Pisa flat, excellent set up. - The apartment came with towels, cold water and some sweet touches such as olive oil and decorative features. The internet was very good, TV good, and the fridge freezer was excellent. There is a washing machine. The bedroom is very pleasant and had a fan. The kitchen, also used as a bedroom for us, needed a fan for sleeping. The approach to the flat from the car space is a little rough and ready - a little TLC from the owners of the whole building, or by organised residents, would make it neater and tidier.
