• Pavlo (10/5): A fantastic stay in the heart of Madrid: comfortable, well-located, and highly recommended! - The apartment was spotless, stylish, and very well-equipped. The location in La Latina is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants, tapas bars, and easy access to the main sights. The space felt like home from day one. Really appreciated the modern interior and the comfortable beds.

• Veronica (7/5): Bajo sin ventanas - Muy bien ubicado, cerca a La Latina A tener en cuenta que es un bajo comercial convertido en habitación, sin ventanas y con acceso directo a la calle, la puerta no tiene llaves ni cerradura para cerrar desde dentro ni cuando nos íbamos de turismo, generando sensación de inseguridad, puesto que la puerta tiene acceso con clave y ya esta.

• Goubau (7/5): Compact, proper verblijf. Jammer van de veiligheid en het heluid van buitenaf. - Het was heel proper en ordelijk. Klein maar ideaal om er te verblijven voor 3 personen Ik vond het niet 100% veilig omdat onze kamer net aan straat was op gelijksvloer. We konden binnen gaan met een code dat je op straat moest invullen. Moest iemand die code kunnen zien kon die zomaar in onze kamer binnengaan. Gelukkig is dag niet gebeurd. Er was ook veel lawaai van buiten (zeker rond 22u-23u) en dat maakte het onaangenaam.

• Salvador (9/5): Buena ubicación, limpio y cómodo - Buena ubicación. Se trata de un estudio (tienen 2 disponibles en la misma ubicación, nosotros alquilamos ambos) que tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy a gusto. No cocinamos, pero dispone de microondas, cocina y una buena nevera (no hay horno). Las camas (2 individuales) cómodas, al igual que el sofá cama. Nos ofrecieron una habitación para dejar las maletas tras la salida (que es a las 12:00 h, sin posibilidad de ampliación en nuestro caso). Son locales reformados como viviendas, por lo que se encuentran a nivel de calle. Más que un problema del alojamiento, es una cuestión de civismo: la noche del sábado algunas personas pasaron gritando bastante. En mi caso, no tengo problemas para dormir, así que tampoco supuso un gran inconveniente.

• Andreea (1/5): - Galagia peste nivelul acceptabil. Se aude orice pas/ stranut facut pe trotuarele ce imprejmuiesc apartamentul. Apartamentul este de fapt un fost spatiu comercial cu iesire la strada. Intrarea se face din trotuar direct dormitor. Jaluzelele care asigura intimitate impiedica existenta unei surse de lumina naturala. Usa si geamurile sunt foarte prost izolate. Daca afara bate vantul cu putere se misca draperiile de la geamuri. Daca cineva fumeaza pe trotuar, in fata apartamentului se simte mirosul de tutun in apartament. Saltelele sunt puse pe somiere cu roti, ceea ce determina deplasarea patului. Nu exista o sursa adițională de căldură. Bucataria nu este echipata cu cele necesare, de baza (furculite, linguri).

• Nina (9/5): Super! - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr schön und sauber, und die Gastgeber sind uns jederzeit entgegengekommen. Der einzige Nachteil für uns war, dass sich die Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss befindet.
• Aranda (3/5): No repetiria - la ubicación Durante l estancia han entrado dos personas distintas usando el codigo, fue muy incomodo y pasamoa miedo a la noche, no me habia pasado nunca, luego el apartamento es bonito pero se escucha todo lo de fuera por si te cuesta dormir de noche, el agua si sois tres teneis que esperaros media hora entre persona y persona para que salga caliente, honestamente lo de que entren personas mientra estabamos dentro, donde queda la seguridad?

• Marlena (9/5): udany, polecamy - lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko metra, podróżowałam z przyjaciółką i jako dwie dziwczyny czułyśmy sie bardzo bezpiecznie. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, dużo sklepów otwartych 24/7 w okolicy. Polecam ;)) Jedynym minusem może okazać się fakt, że mieszkanie znajduje sie na parterze centralnie przy ulicy. Okna wychodzą odrazu na drogę więc rolety muszą być zasłonięte żeby nie było widać środka, wejście do mieszkania również jest odrazu z ulicy

• Edgard (2/5): Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido alquilado un apartamento en mi vida - El apartamento fue renovado hace muy poco y está muy moderno. Tiene una además de una cafetera, un secador de cabellos y una plancha. 1) el piso que nos dieron estuvo en a nivel de la calle. Se nota que antes aquí era una tienda que fue modificada en un apartamento. Lo que hace que todo lo que pasa en la calle se escuche en tu cuarto. 2) en frente del cuarto hay muchos bares donde la gente se sienta afuera hasta tarde a tomar y fumar. Es igual si cierras o no las ventanas todo se escucha. 3) como la esquina en plata baja donde está el piso tiene un pequeño muro antes de las ventanas los jóvenes se sientan en ella a hablar y hacen pipi en al lado de tu ventana. 4) las camas fueron muy incomodas 5) la calle siempre huele a Pipi y la gente que vive allí ni siquiera recoge la basura o pupu de sus perros, no importa si lo hacen al frente de tu puerta..

• Lars-Erik (7/5): Modern feel apartment in good La Latina location. TP shortage, - The apartment is nice with a modern feel. The location, in a relatively quiet part of La Latina, is excellent. There are a few negatives that the owner / manager easily could correct. The kitchen has plates and drinking glasses, but no silverware (forks, knifes, etc.). After a couple of days the place ran out of toiletpaper. I notified the manager, but no response. I picked some up in a local store, so not big deal, but I expect the place to come with TP! Correction: I have stayed at VR Latina twice and I stay corrected. On my second visit I did locate the silverware. It's in a "hidden drawer" inside another drawer. I would highly recommend the owner / manager provide a "house manual" where quirks like this can be explained, but the important think is that silverware is indeed provided!

• Tom (9/5): Great apartment, great area, recommend - Great apartment, clean, comfy and good location in a fun area of Madrid close to amenities and attractions The flat above played Reggaeton loud until 3am, next night did the same until I banged on the ceiling and shouted. The smell of weed came through the bathroom ventilation. Not the owners fault, just bad luck, the tourists above were younger and liked to party

• Baek (9/5): Very good apartment but not next time with my own reason - I felt unsure about security since door lock was with numbers and no key for the apartment room door from inside to feel more secure during the night, I was alone and I felt anybody could get in if the numbers on door lock isn't 100% secured from hacking or any other means. Everything else was perfect, but with the reason above, I will not choose this apartment any more. I want to feel safe in foreign city while stay, especially for my possessions and during the night..I recommend extra key for the guest from inside apartment.
• Manuel (8/5): Very good - Apartment was very clean and the location is really good surrounded by some nice tavernas. The apartment is badly soundproofed especially when the neighbours flush the toilet or take a shower. But we didn’t noticed noise from outside the apartment. The bed was slightly unstable but comfortable to sleep. The code didn’t work on the day of arrival. But the contact number solved the issue very fast.

There were everything required for a comfortable short stay. - It is a tidy apartment with all required It is zero floor and entrance is just directly from the street, you can see people walking just near the windows, it can be an bit uncomfortable for people with security issues. I felt a bit unsafe since there is no lock from inside but just electronic lock. But the location is quiet.

• Dieu (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has everything that we need during our stay. It's clean and the furniture seems still new. We can easily travel around with public transportation. It's not really at the city center but almost close to it. However, public transportation is directly nearby so this should not be a negative point.
• Ingrid (7/5): Convenient location, clean - Good location in the Latina area. easy walk to main sights. Recently renovated apartment so everything new and clean. Beds comfy. Shower good and strong. Hosts responsive The location is at ground level, with people walking past. So you really can't open the shutters and curtains so it is pretty dark. It's fine, just feels a bit of a dog box, but we were sightseeing all day and night, so it was perfect for a comfy bed in a good location.

• Jenkins (9/5): Superb - Excellent apartment located in La Latin, a lively neighbourhood full of character. All the furniture/furnishings were brand new and spotless. Compact but good use of the space. We were two adults and two children and it was perfect for our short stay. It was easy to contact the receptionist and gain access using the door code.
