• Kathryn (5/5): LISTING IS A LIE - NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE - Excellent location, walking distance of museums, Hyde Park, and good public transport links. Beds were comfortable and nice view from the balcony. When the key didn't work, the host came out quickly to sort it and gave us another pair of keys which worked fine. However when I told the host about the accessibility issues, he smiled and kept saying the apartment was accessible while stood on the steps that meant it isn't. All the rooms are a decent size. Cheap price. Towels provided were clean and soft, and got two each. The balcony has a nice table, chairs and airer available. WARNING WHEELCHAIR USERS. THE BUILDING OF THE FLAT ISN'T WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. THE MEMBER OF THE PARTY USED A MANUAL ACTIVE CHAIR FOR CONTEXT - To get the keys I had to climb over skip rubbish to get to the lock box. - The entry of the building has 3 steps, no alterative entrance and no ramp so if you are travelling alone or with someone who can't lift your chair, DO NOT BOOK. - No WI-FI - Not soundproof - There are two lifts, however if you have a wider wheelchair or powerchair, these will not fit through the door of the lift. The member of our party using the chair had to use the tyres to wheel in, as the lift doors were in contact with the pushrims. The lifts are big enough for the chair inside and a suitcase, but if travelling with another person, they will have to take the other lift. - The kitchen, bathroom and toilet aren't wheelchair accessible. - The flat lacked: tea towels, a kitchen knife (we had to cut vegetables with a dinner knife), bath mat, and any bowls - There was mould growing around the taps of the bath. - The shower head stand is broken, so it wasn't able to stay upright and we had to improvise. The shower either was really hot or really cold - The bathroom light is on a 15 second timer with motion detection, so you have to wave your arms to turn it back on - There was water in the glasses and plates in the cupboard, so I rewashed them because I do not know how long it was there. - There was multiple pieces of duct tape holding the bathroom door together -There is a hole in the wall half covered by a loose and easily moveable telephone connector box. - The shelf over the sofa is slanted and can't hold anything. - If travelling in British summer be aware that the curtains are insufficient to keep light out after sunrise (4am). If you are using the sofa bed, there are small windows along the room that will let light in first thing in the morning. Bring a sleep eye mask.

• Oliwia (7/5): Dziękujemy, było wspaniale - Lokalizacja jest świetna , ten kto jest właścicielem mieszkania jest szczęściarzem. 5 minut od pałacu kensington, wychodzisz z klatki i wsiadasz w metro (jedno lub drugie do wyboru) . Sklepy, restauracje, śniadaniownia, Starbucks na wyciągnięcie ręki. Nie jest bardzo czysto, początkowo chciałam anulować rezerwację, natomiast właściciel spełnił moje prośby odnośnie przygotowania mieszkania i finalnie jesteśmy zadowoleni :)

• Steven (6/5): Great location not so great rooms. - Great staff, location was wonderful, had internet and tv. Plenty hot water. Uncleanliness, incomplete repairs, the washer had problems, the light in one bedroom did not work(not the bulb), the beds were uncomfortable. Beddibd was worn and durty in somecases. The showerhead kept falling when turned off. The tub/shower shield leaked when showering.
• Jenny (1/5): WARNING ! Unsanitary and safety hazards - No Refund!!! Reported landlord to authorities - Nothing My experience at the Queensway Hotel in London was absolutely unacceptable. The conditions were so bad that I could not stay even one night — especially not with three small children. 🚫 Mold everywhere – on windows, bathrooms, and inside the ventilation system🚫 AC vents blowing contaminated, molded, unhealthy air 🚫 Furniture and bedding with yellow stains, strong odors, and what appeared to be urine 🚫 Dirt, hair, and grime throughout the entire apartment 🚫 Sticky surfaces with soda spills on couches and furniture 🚫 Exposed electrical wires creating serious safety risks This was beyond unclean — it was a serious health and safety hazard. For unsanitary and safety reasons, I had no choice but to leave immediately and book another hotel, paying twice. Despite this, I did not receive a refund, and Booking.com did not support the situation at all. I have reported this property to the appropriate authorities and disputed my charges with my credit card company. Please be careful when booking — no one should ever have to go through this.

• Nina Rask (2/5): - Great lokation, close to metro and Hyde park. Coffee tables are unstable and fall apart when moved The table under the television is broken. The toilet light turns on and off randomly There is running water from behind the sink in the toilet. There is only one toilet, not an extra toilet. The couchs is very dirty, there were only 4 chairs, we were 7 people. The kitchen is not functional and lacks sufficient plates and glasses for 7 people, there was not even a bread knife. There are no extra trash bags or toilet paper provided The balcony door cannot be properly closed The shower head holder is broken, making it necessary to shower one-handed. A wall shelf appears loose and unsafe Doors and walls appear to be temporarily fixed with tape Several power outlets are not functioning The water heating system has been altered during our stay, leaving pipes exposed in the kitchen Parts of the kitchen are visibly dirty There are 7 pillows but not enough duvets for all guests Small living room windows cannot be properly closed Water leaks from the kitchen sink on to the floor

Quando pedimos ajuda para resolver o responsável só apareceu 4 horas depois, não resolveu grande coisa, tentou-nos enganar e ainda foi arrogante connosco. Passou o segundo dia para resolver as coisas e o responsável continuava a adiar as coisas, sempre em tom arrogante. Apenas no segundo dia à noite conseguimos tomar um banho (incluído as crianças que estavam connosco) mas, mesmo assim, uma hora a água estava a escaldar outra hora estava fria. No geral, foi muito mau em relação preço-qualidade

The bed had been slept in and it felt unsafe. I messaged the host but there was no response, even the following day.

• Lise Vinkler (2/5): Beliggende var helt i top og senge gode. Resten var faktisk ikke i ordren. - Beliggende var HELT HELT i top. Der var virkeligt klamt ikke gjort ordentlig rent. Ingen varme på, da vi kom så hele lejligheden var nogen klamt og mega kold at gå rundt i. Ingen overfalder var tørt af og gulvet var møg beskidt. Stod der var toiletpapir det er var der ikke, så det skulle vi ud og hente sent om aften, da vi ankom. Bruseren skulle man holde i hånden og det er kun et spørgsmål om tid, hvornår blandingsbatteriet falder ud af vægge det hænger kun lige fast i silikonen. Lyset på toiletter virker ikke, så man sidder og tørrer sig i mørke. Dørene ind til både toilettet og badeværelse kan ikke lukkes/låse ordrentligt og der sidder tape på til at holde dem sammen. Der mangler stort set alt i køkkenet. Og med det mener jeg alt. Ikke engang en ordentlig brødkniv. Altanen var virkelig rodet, huller i væggende, hvor stikkontakter hænge ud og nogen lå på gulvet - ret farligt. Sofaen var virkelige klam fyldt med pletter som om nogen havde tisset i den. Og pynte puder i sofaen var endnu klammer. Synes virkelig man skulle tage fat i ulejer og gjort lejligheden ordentligt og få repareret de ting - man kan ikke være det bekendt. Det eneste positiv der er sige om lejligheden det er beliggenheden og senge. Resten kan man faktisk IKKE være bekendt at tage så mange penge for.
• अभय (9/5): Comfortable stay. - Clean was the first impression. It was enough for 8 people. It was a good feeling to enter warm apartment thank you for turning the heaters on. Good location. Not much. There was no toilet papers and hub was not working to make your own cooking. Rest was good.

• Marian (7/5): - Close to transport. Tube station across the road. Quiet and plenty of shops near apartment. Restaurants and supermarkets included. On the whole clean but the chairs and sofa need cleaning also cushions. This apartment says fully accessible for wheelchairs. There are 3 steps at the entrance which is hard work.
• IOANNIS (7/5): - φοβερη τοποθεσια για λονδινο. δυο σταθμοι μετρο κοντα με τρεις γραμμες(κοκκινη-κιτρινη-πρασινη) καθως και λεωφορεια που σε πανε κεντρο. μπορει να φιλοξενησει τουλαχιστον 6 ατομα καθολου βολικο μπανιο με την λεκανη να βρισκεται σε αλλο χωρο απο τον νιπτηρα. επισης δεν εχει κουρτινες καταλληλες για να μη μπαινει ο ηλιος το πρωι. λιγο παλιο οπως και ολα στο λονδινο .
• Marta (9/5): Muy agradable - La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, al lado de hyde park, justo enfrente hay una entrada de metro y en la misma calle cuentas con otra, así que además de bien ubicado está bien comunicado. Además, en la misma calle hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes por lo que puedes conseguir cualquier cosa que necesites fácilmente. El piso es muy amplio y cómodo, el baño y el wc están separados lo que para nosotros, que éramos 6 personas, es un punto a favor ya que no tienes que estar esperando si necesitas usarlo y otro tiene que arreglarse o ducharse. Las camas también son cómodas. Íbamos un poco asustados por algunos comentarios que hablan de falta de limpieza pero quitando las manchas de los sofás el resto estaba bastante limpio. El anfitrión es muy agradable. Por los precios de los alojamientos en Londres nosotros repetiríamos sin duda ya que tanto por su ubicación como por el tamaño y la comodidad del piso está muy bien.

• Catherina (1/5): - I can't give a good review due to how unsuitable this accommodation was for a family. Wires hanging from the wall. Broken sockets no working WiFi one the tvs didn't work. Toaster and untiles where unusable. No fire alarms no fire extinguishers. Keylock was located over an open man hole which wasn't great when it's so dark and could have caused serious injury had I not noticed the man hole. Rubbish all outside. To walk to collect the key you need to walk like a lane way which had people drinking and using drugs as we where getting the key a massive fight broke out also between this people. My kids where terrified.
• Stefano (8/5): Perfect location to explore the city center - Very spacious and in a great location, full of restaurants and services. The structure is well connected to the city center thanks to the prossimity of Underground and bus stations. The area of the building entrance is not particularly clean. Even though the staff told us the apartment was accessible, there are multiple steps before the entrance and the restroom door is very narrow, not suitable for a wheelchair.

• Zarina Tom (6/5): Superstar location Apartment - Location is Super Star. Bed is soft not bad although squeaky when one moves. Shower is strong. Rooms and beddings generally clean. Good sized 2 bedrooms apartment with 2 queen sized bed in 2nd room. Staff Ali was nice sent us a fan kitchen bin glasses and a small portable AC. Facilities are basic. Apartment needs a thorough repair lots of items broken. The kitchen door is falling. Toilet door needs replacement as the bottom is peeling. Pots and pans plates were sticky we had to re clean everything before use. Sofa also needs a sofa cleaner as lots of stains. Separate toilet from shower is too small and outdated with no water access not even a sink which was the biggest downside. Needs a new broom. Toiletries be welcome.

• Nina (6/5): Only ok! - Location, apartment size, number of beds, and facilities in the apartment were all good. There was easy access to the apartment with good instructions available for entry. Lack of basic kitchen equipment, i.e., no dish towels, not enough plates and bowls. There was no hand towel in the bathroom, the shower head was broken, and the sink and shower were not clean. The bed linen in 1 room was not clean. There were stains similar to blood on the sheets, duvet covers, and 1 pillow case. The general cleanliness was OK, but it was obvious that the apartment did not get a proper clean before we occupied it. I have stayed in a lot of apartment style accommodation in various countries, and this was the worst. This apartment did not meet the expectations of what a family requires to stay there.
• Louisa (9/5): Great stay brilliant value - Fantastic location and great value for money… secure car park is right next to the apartment at £33 for 24 hours which was perfect. The beds were lovely clean and comfortable. It fit our family very well which is 3 grown up boys,and me and my husband.Very easy check in and the hosts were great at getting back to me quickly when I had a problem. WiFi was good too. Yes the flat needs some updating but with the price and location you can’t go wrong. Only little things but tv in the bedroom not connected, which was not a big problem but would have been nice. Kitchen a little under equipped, but eat out and takeaways anyway, no tea towel… only small things as had a nice stay

It was totally worth the price, and despite for Greek salary seems expensive, for London prices it's among the value for money choices. With 2 metro stations and many bus lines within 50m, you can reach everywhere easily.

The sofa beds/beds were cosy and everything was clean, had a lovely balcony with a view and the kitchen was a good size. The host responded within minutes after my booking was confirmed with the details and sent me a video link on how to get the keys from the lock box, I found this very helpful as it could be confusing to find. Good location for amenities Started by realising the apartment which i selected due to having an advertised parking space and me being disabled was actually an underground Qpark that cost me 34£ Also advertised as having tv nd WiFi. Zero WiFi as 3 router i tried to connect to said bill had not been paid so had been disconnected. That led to the tv not working. With 3 kids we sat in silence for the evening. Due to my chronic illnesses I wanted a bath to ease pain but the water pressure was below 0 and there plug had been removed im guess to save on energy consumption. The front door handle was loose which made me feel very un safe. The plug socket in the 1st bedroom was hanging of the wall. The cleaner hasn't done a very good job as there was bits in the bed, bits on the floor dust everywhere lots of which was old dirt.

• Shanika (10/5): Exceptional - Considering the previous reviews this property was one of the best we have stayed in, the property was clean, cosy and very spacious, this property slept up to 5 of us comfortably. I think people are being extremely fussy by the sink comments,there is a sink right next door in the kitchen. Two steps away, host has done an amazing job. Price was fantastic, 15-20 minutes from winter wonderland, underground right outside. Little balcony too! Will definitely be booking again! Everything was perfect for us.

• Paige (6/5): Pleasant - Super easy check in and check out. Apartment was clean and plenty of space Location is great for transport links and hyde park. Access to a travel cot was a huge bonus. Great value for money for the size and location 👍 We had no pillow cases for the pillows and no bedding for the sofa bed. No sink in the toilet with kids this is not ideal. The table by the front door was broken and dangerous for the little one as had snapped wood. No a negative for us but if booking keep in mind this is not a quiet location at night Tv in the bedroom was not working. For us these are not huge problems and simple fixes

• Rosemarie (3/5): Would not use property again. - Fairly easy once we located the box which was hanging on a fence near the car park entrance Equipment poor , we had one pudding bowl , and an assortment of odd cutlery. There was no toilet roll or hand towel provided. Kitchen needed a good clean, grill pan unusable, covered in fat.
• Jean (7/5): This apartment is in a great location but could be cleaner and better equipped. - The location was great, easy access to tube and Hyde Park and so many restaurants. Mold in the shower, key lock box in an alley were men were smoking pot, kitchen poorly equipped for cooking.

Bedrooms were clean, bathroom and toilet too. The couches were dirty. You could see stains all over. Parking was also not easy to find.

• Barbora (5/5): We came during Eras tour, so all other relevant oprions for our group were sold out or outside of London, so we didnt re - Really great location and really nice cleaning stuff, who I asked to come twice to fix some things. Also we were allowed to check in sooner and check out later, which we really appreciated. It really doesnt look as good as on the pictures…barhroom was super mouldy, toilet was dirty from some paint and rust, kitchen same…. There is fan in the bathroom which is constantly on, even during night and you cant really lock the door from the apartment, which doesnt feel safe at all.
• Thomas (5/5): TOILET 1* LETS THIS APARTMENT DOWN ! - Spacious rooms Smashed cooker hob, wires showing from kitchen cabinet, toilet was described as being suitable for disabled person when in fact it certainly isn't. Toilet too low, within a cramped cupboard with no washing facilities to clean your hands after a poo this resulted in poo hands touching light switch, door lock, door handle and another door to bathing area before being able to use a sink. Disgusting that there is no sink to wash your hands and having to contaminate other surfaces before reaching a solution. Badly needs a sink or wet wipes dispenser to allow sanitation of hands. Floors are sticky, far too much chemicals on floors causes this. Faulty toilet light, you switch it on and before you sit down the light goes off, 1 very small toilet for the entire apartment doesn't seem adequate. I sent a message about a broken hob 3 days ago and got zero response.
• Melissa (6/5): Pleasant - Location was amazing and size of the apartment was spacious. Freshly painted. Missing some essentials such as bowls and a bath mat and basics such as hand soap, and info that we had to turn on the hot water ourselves. The bath/shower was not comfortable.

• Hani (10/5): Friendly staff, great stay for a family! - Staff were friendly and easy to reach, thank you Caroline for attending to our needs. The apartment has been newly refurbished, good point is it does have a lift in the building - some apartments in London don’t!! Perfect location, easy access to everything. Easy to get food even after midnight. Would definitely be staying again. Quite expensive for the area but very strategically located so can’t really complain.

• Erin (8/5): Very good - So close to two tube stations that cover most of London which makes it easy to get anywhere. So many facilities close buy with shops and restaurants as well as the park. Good little kitchen. Needs some maintenance with the shower head and light in the toilet that turns off and then turns on again about 10- 20 seconds later.

• Klouček (5/5): When the shortcomings are addressed, it can turn into great accommodation. - The location is absolutely great. The accommodation is most suitable for 5 people. If there were only 5 of us, I would probably give a higher rating. The host is friendly and apologized for the complications that occurred during the stay. The apartment is decent; it could be cleaner, but it’s manageable. We booked accommodation for seven people. There were three beds and one double bed available. The remaining two slept on the sofa, which we do not recommend for sleeping at all. It’s not in the best condition and is suitable for only one person at most. Upon arrival, we did not receive an adequate amount of bedding, so someone had to sleep without it. Despite being in contact with the host through this situation, it was not resolved. For the first two days, one of the rooms also had a strong smell of cigarettes, and there were cigarette butts on the balcony. The living room has poor insulation, so it’s quite drafty, and if you don’t heat it, it gets quite cold later on.

• Lindsay (3/5): Really not a great experience - bring your own toilet paper! - Location to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park is good. We stayed for the purposes of attending BST Hyde Park and it was about a 30 minute walk, through the park, to the North entrance. Restaurants and shops along the street the apartment is in. Queensway tube station about 100m away. Unfortunately a lot went wrong, which I tried to resolve with the host, with no luck. The apartment was meant to be ready for check in at 3pm, however when we tried to gain entry, we were told we couldn't come back until after 4pm as it hadn't been cleaned. We had been sent no courtesy message about this and it meant that we were almost 2 hours late for an event we paid £120 each for. When we got there, the sink hadn't been cleaned, the rubbish bins were still full of the previous guests' rubbish, there was no toilet paper and not enough bedding had been made up or towels provided for the number of guests. This was a host error, as we found out through messaging. Perhaps the biggest problem for us as guests was that there was no toilet paper provided - we had to go out and buy some, which added to the delay in getting to the gig. I do not expect to have to provide my own toilet paper! The toilet is absolutely tiny with no wash basin and the hot tap doesn't work in the bathroom. The sofa bed, which is meant to sleep 2 people in the lounge, is broken, meaning that one of our party had to sleep (or not, as it happens) on it as a couch, so thank goodness we were not relying on it for 2 people (there wouldn't have been enough bedding even if we had). All in all, not a great experience. We are hosts ourselves, so we did everything we could to resolve the issues before leaving a review, unfortunately the host was unwilling to respond appropriately.

• Moreira (3/5): Poor - Location is the best part of this property My first biggest issue was with the communication exchanged with the proprietor. In the booking information stated that there was parking available. I enquired the owner directly prior to the trip about the parking facilities because I wanted to ensure I would have arranged parking before my trip to avoid issues. The owner informed me that during the weekend parking is free. I even went further and asked how many spaces were available and if the owner was aware of other paying car parks nearby to ensure a plan B was available in case all the spaces were taken. Once again, the owner stated there were plenty of parking spaces available on the left and I would have no problem parking. Please see attached to this email screenshots of exchange of messages. Once I arrive to the property, I could not find any free parking spaces. I could see loading purpose only spaces, a paying car park on the left and permit only spaces on the back road of the property. Once I contacted the owner, she stated that there is free parking available in the car park on the left side of the property and to see the pictures of the car park on the messages sent by her (please see images attached). I could see the parking was a paying car park, I questioned the owner in which she stated again that it was free. Once I entered the park,  the car park was indeed for paying customers. I called the owner again in which she stated “well, if it says you need to pay, then you need to pay”. Her reply was unprofessional, if she does not know the correct information about her property then she should not be the point of contact. Also, an apology would have gone a long way. Due to this unfortunate incident, the car park charged me £5 just to be able to go in, turn around and leave because I could not reverse out of the car park. The balcony was unavailable. Air draft in the living room.
