- Ekaterina (4/5): Хорошая локация, но сам отель сильно разочаровал - В номере было чисто. Хорошее местоположение Окна номера на первом этаже выходят прямо во двор, где постоянно ходят люди с детьми. Звукоизоляция в номере ужасная; слышно все, что происходит рядом с ресепшеном. В отеле 2 дня не работал wifi!!! Сотрудники даже не знали об этом, а когда узнали, не смогли быстро решить проблему. В отеле имеется хорошее бистро с бизнес-ланчами, но почему-то при этом завтрак очень простенький. Наволочки на подушках в номере были рваные; в душе плохо утекала вода.

- Natalia (9/5): Exceed expectations. Highly recommended! - The size of the room was huge- really loved it (whole apartment with guest room, kitchen, bedroom)! Very attentive staff. Room was perfectly clean and daily serviced with complimentary water and tea/coffee supplies. Breakfast is something that need attention to. Very poor variety for 4 stars. Towels and ropes are very hard, maybe should use some fabric softeners. Restaurant and bar close early, so basically you cannot order anything to you room after they close, so had to order delivery.

- Alexander (9/5): В целом хорошо, но пол нужно лучше пылесосить - Просторный номер. Есть кондиционер. 3 удобные двухспальные кровати. Рабочий стол. Небольшой холодильник. Постельное, полотенца были чистыми. Душевая кабина большая, удобная. Телевизор есть, но посмотреть удалось только Youtube. Телевизионные каналы не настроены. Завтрак - шведский стол, кофе! Пол в номере был немного грязноват (какие-то крошки были)

- Denis (1/5): - Персонал на ресепшене достаточно вежливый, завтраки неплохие, номера уютные и расположен близко к центру Ни в коем случае не заселяйтесь в апартаменты. Номер находится на 3 этаже, больше номер на этом этаже нет, звучит хорошо, но это не так, как следствие у вас нет лифта (или вызывай на 4 и спускайся или ходи пешком по лестнице), и клининг к вам не заглядывает. А ещё соседи - офис в котором проводятся какие-то тимбилдинги и постоянно слышно крики лозунгов. При заселении номер был очень грязным, пришлось просить дополнительно убраться. В номере есть кухня, но она была не убрана и в ней отсутствовал инвентарь, позвонил на ресепшн и попросил принести нож, не принесли, через 2 часа пришлось спускаться на ресепшн самому. На кухне было 2 доски, 3 вилки и одна ложка... И тарелки с золотым бортиком... Соответственно есть микроволновка - но нет посуды чтобы греть.. есть плита, но нет кастрюли/сковородки... В номере 3 телевизора и 3 кондиционера и по 2 пульта, в результате приходится постоянно ходить за пультом... Два отдельных сан узла, но в одном сломан душ.. 2 сейфа, и оба без батареек... В общем хороший номер уничтоженный безразличием персонала... А ещё есть подземная парковка, что очень актуально поскольку там не припарковаться. Но нужно просить администратора каждый раз ее открывать..

- Nono (7/5): جديد و هادئ و موقعه مميز - رحابة المكان و سعة غرفتي الجناح و هدوءه و موقعه ، و نظافته الى حد ما … تعامل موظف الاستقبال حين وصولي لم يكن لبق ابدا ،، حين وصلت مبكرا الساعة 5 فجرا ،،طلبت تسجيل دخول مبكر مقابل مبلغ مادي و محاولتي بشكل كبير معه و لكن رفض مدعيا امتلاء الفندق ،، و بعد خروجي للبحث و عودتي بعد ساعتين ،في الساعة 7 لاخذ حاجة من شنطتي في المخزن ،، وجلوسي على كرسي الاستقبال متعبا (قَبل) بدخولي برسوم ،، لماذا لم يدخلني من البدايه ، رغم ان المبلغ المطلوب هو نفسه ،، لكن هذا التصرف يحكي عدم لباقته . ايضا الفطور محدود جدا جدا. بعض مقتنيات الغرفة بالصور لم تكن موجودة بالواقع ،،

There is nothing I disliked. Hopefully they will fix the coffee machine for making cappuccino as well. And will add more variety of the foods for breakfast.

- Jason (1/5): Appalling hotel. Отвратительный отель. - Clean. Appalling hotel, I really don't recommend it. I checked in on a Saturday afternoon and then at 8pm on the Saturday there was very loud construction and drilling noise from within the hotel. I complained to reception but was told manager was not around; nothing they could do. They treated me with hostility and in the end I was forced to move hotels late on a Saturday night. They then attempted to reverse charge on my card but made a mistake and charged my card for second time. I then had to find to get the two reversals done. This hotel has a terrible attitude and client service and reflects poorly on Kyrgyzstan. Never stay there. Отвратительный отель, совершенно не рекомендую. Я заехал в субботу днём, и уже в 8 вечера в здании начались громкие строительные работы и сверление. Я пожаловался на ресепшн, но мне сказали, что менеджера нет и ничего сделать нельзя. Персонал вел себя враждебно, и в итоге мне пришлось срочно переезжать в другой отель в субботу поздно вечером. Позже отель попытался сделать возврат на мою карту, но по ошибке снова списал деньги — это была вторая транзакция. Теперь мне приходится разбираться, чтобы добиться возврата обеих сумм. Этот отель отличается ужасным отношением и отвратительным сервисом. Он портит впечатление о Кыргызстане. Никогда не останавливайтесь здесь.

- Liliia (1/5): not recommended - the room was big Bedclothes and towels were dirty. Windows as well. No electricity was provided in the morning, so I had to get ready in a darkness using a lighter on my phone. I was also said that coffee cannot be provided as there is no electricity and nothing is working. Also, had to bring all my luggage myself downstairs from the fourth floor as elevator didn’t work as well. Air is heavily polluted on the street where the hotel is located, so don’t expect to have a nice fresh morning when you open your window.
- -nath- (8/5): Chambre gigantesque - Idéalement situé en plein cœur de la ville, l’hôtel propose d’immenses chambres modernes, très bien équipées. Le restaurant sur place est excellent, tant pour le service que pour la qualité des plats. Le stationnement est possible gratuitement devant l’établissement ou dans un parking intérieur payant. Malheureusement, notre chambre n’était pas propre à notre arrivée et les toilettes étaient cassées. C’est vraiment dommage, car le personnel a été très attentionné et arrangeant tout au long de notre séjour.

Very good beds and shower. Good quality. Hotel is on a central spot close to all those architectural buildings we wanted to see.

Хотелось бы в заявленных сервисах на ТВ иметь хотя бы одну подписку ( Netflix, Okko…) телевизор есть, а смотреть нечего.

Завтрак, включенный в стоимость - ланчбокс, с кучей всего, но весьма среднего качества. Ужинал в ресторане отеля - настойки разбавлены, еда на троечку

- IRINA (10/5): - отличные завтраки, блинчики, сырники, 2 вида каши -такое редко встречается. У нас было 3 двуспальных кровати! Персонал очень доброжелательный и вежливый. Кофейный аппарат явно мал для завтрака, практически всегда не работал -то нет воды, то очистить фильтр, то добавьте зерен. Его надо поменять на профессиональный.

- Guest (6/5): В целом нормально - -санузел с оснащением очень хороший, полотенца, ремонт санузла все отлично -ремонт свежий в целом в номере Если день два переночевать, то ничего -Из минусов, холодный очень пол из плитки, теплый пол только в туалете, хотя бы ковер какой нибудь постелите туда -номер не такой как на фото, они наверно все разные -это не совсем отель, это аппартаменты с администрированием в жилом доме. -никакой особо инфраструктуры в отеле -выход из отеля прямо на дорогу, никаких красивых видов
- Abdulla (9/5): - كنت حاجز غرفه في الطوابق العلوية ولكنهم اخبروني انها غير متوفرة فأخذت غرفة في الطابق الأرضي كانت واسعة ونظيفة .موظفين الاستقبال متعاونين وتعاملهم ممتاز .موقع الفندق دائما مزدحم صعب تحصل على موقف للسيارة .يوجد شطاف . الإفطار كان سيئا وغير متنوع وغير مناسب للعرب والمطعم ملئ بالخمور ، لقد كنت حاجز ليلتين ولكني ذهبت مرة واحدة فقط للإفطار .

- Marsel (8/5): - Оооочень качественный, приветливый, услужливый, обученный персонал отеля! Большие молодцы! В душе вместо душевого шланга была подводка от унитаза))), видимо как временное решение. Ресторан при гостинице слабоват- тут персонал не внимателен и очень медленный, блюда на твердью 4.
