- Britto (5/5): - Uma vista maravilhosa A lixeira do prédio fica bem na frente do apartamento e odor é forte, sem conta que nao funcionou bem um dia a TV nem a Internet ligamos e nao tivemos suporte nenhum alugam largam as chaves e qualquer problema que aparecer não tem com quem resolver eu nao alugaram novamente ainda na chegada um caução de 300 p garantir cuidados do ap até aí ok mas p pedir caução ligam mas p resolver manutenção nao o chuveiro a água quase nao sobe a descarga se puxa um pouco mais fica vazando

Quando já estava hospedada, já dentro do apartamento durante minha estadia a pessoa responsável (em contato por WhatsApp) me pediu um cheque calção, fui pega de surpresa, nunca havia passado por isso, também trabalho com hospedagem e nunca vi essa prática (principalmente sendo cobrado durante a estadia). No mesmo instante entrei em contato com a booking e me informaram que não era obrigatório. Já estava tudo pago as diárias, não entendi essa cobrança e o porque não informou antes já que estávamos em contato, me pareceu algo "preconceituoso" não me senti bem nem dormi bem nesse dia que fui cobrada. Até agora estou sem entender, enfim mas o apartamento é ótimo, só não dei 10 por essa questão.

The owner even let me use the washing machine, so I didn't have to look for the laundromat. The location is perfect; I had a window view of Copacabana beach. The security guy is present 24/7, so it's very safe. Everything was good.
