• Erik (5/5): Verblijf op Gran Canaria was prima verblijf in huisje matig - De tuin beviel ons het meest. Pannenset is aan vervanging toe. Zeker de koekepannen Geen wifi in huis. Huis kan niet aan de binnenkant op slot!!!!!!!!!!! Geen lamellen of iets raam badkamer (moest er een handdoek voorhangen) en het zelfde voor de douche ruimte Wasemkap defect doorgegeven niks meegedaan!!!!!!! Zwembad in tuin dreef veel in ( palmbomen stonden er naast) Handdoeken sumier 1 handdoek 1 badlaken pp en wel 1 theedoek. Zitmeubels binnen en buiten aan vervanging toe.
• Tom (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf voor 2. - Buitenruimte, douche en slaapkamer/ garderobe. Een goede stoel om even achterover te zitten aan een tafel. Een ovenschaal was fijn geweest.
• SRXX (4/5): Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht - Es ist eine geschlossene Anlage. Zugang nur mit Code oder Schlüssel. Ein fester Parkplatz, da viel zu viele Urlauber da waren. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert sehr gut, Die Ausstattung und die Fotos entsprechen nicht der aktuellen Gegebenheit. Es fehlten eine Infomappe, der Wasserkocher, der Wäscheständer und eine zweite Bettdecke. Die zweite Bettdecke wurde trotz Anfrage nicht gebracht. Laut Beschreibung verfügt der Bungalow über ein Bett und ein Schlafsofa. Es war auch keine sonstige Decke vorhanden. Wir haben dann eine Bettdecke gekauft. Die Handtücher waren fleckig und mussten erstmal gewaschen werden. Die Dusche ist am zweiten Tag übergelaufen, da das Flusensieb voll war. Reinigungsmittel gab es nicht und Reinigungsgeräte lagen lieblos außen in der Ecke. Die Küche ist recht spärlich ausgestattet. Ein Deckenspot in der Küche funktionierte nicht, einer flackerte ständig. An der Ablufhaube fiel ein Knopf ständig ab. Der Kühlschrank macht 24/7 Geräusche und der kühlt mal zu viel, mal zu wenig. Man kann den Bungalow von innen nicht verschließen, da das Schloss kaputt ist, was ein ungutes Gefühl beim Schlafen gibt. Im unteren Bad befand sich Schimmel an der Außenwand. Im Schlafzimmer ging die Beleuchtung am Bett nicht. Der Außenbereich ist lieblos hergerichtet, die Kissen fleckig, zwei trostlose Pflanzen in der Ecke, der Grill war nicht nutzbar. Der Essbereich hat keinen Außensteckdose. Der Holztisch und die Bänke brauchen auch mal wieder Pflege. Der Poolmann kam OHNE vorherige Anmeldung/Info im Dunkeln um 07.15 Uhr auf das Grundstück. Fast hätten wir die Polizei gerufen. Hier muss einfach eine Info gegeben werden, an welchen Tag und zu welcher Zeit die Reinigung des Pools erfolgt. Der Hauptpool in der Anlage ist sauber, aber eisig kalt. Der kleine Pool am Bungalow nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos und ebenfalls kalt. Die Anlage ist sehr laut. Man hört die Nachbarn. Wir hatten während unserem Aufenthalt zwei naheliegende Baustellen in der Anlage. Der Hausmeister nutzt für wenig Laub einen nervigen und lauten Laubbläser. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft nicht das was man auf den Bildern erhoffte zu bekommen.

• Frida (4/5): This could be a nice place but it needs cleaning - Nice area, friendly neighbors and good kitchen We stayed here for a bit over a week, and I wouldn't recommend it. Upon arrival, we found a dead cockroach, there were large stains on the stairs, the blinds downstairs weren't working (we couldn’t adjust them at all), and the small pool was dirty. I contacted the landlord, and her response was more or less, "Not my problem." She said the cockroach was from pest control, the spare parts for the blinds hadn’t been delivered (for over 2 months, if earlier reviews are to be believed), and the pool was dirty because of "the wind," but it would be cleaned on Monday. The pool wasn’t cleaned on Monday, and I had to follow up again. At the same time, the washing machine broke down and started leaking. I was told they would install a new one, but that never happened, and we were unable to do laundry for the remainder of our stay. Aside from this, the whole place felt a bit worn down and really needs a thorough cleaning and some updates. I completely understand that you don’t buy the most expensive things for a rental, but the pillows on the outdoor furniture were dirty or had rips, with the stuffing falling out. We made the most of our stay anyway and had a nice vacation. But I would have rather paid a bit more for a clean apartment and working facilities. Maybe a lesson learned for next time
• Jacqueline (9/5): Beautiful place everything you need close to shops every private felt very safe - I liked the it was so private and had everything I needed Bed was too small and it was hard to find stuff in the property had to keep messaging which I didn’t like doing but they were so happy and helpful .would definitely stay here again
• Deividas (6/5): To summarise the stay I would rate 6 out of 10. - It was spacious place and nice out door area that’s about it. Lack of essentials. Such as tea towels , pillow’s there were only 2 of them and super uncomfortable, washing machine not working properly and making very loud noises, blinds broken, no privacy on the window when stepping out of shower. Also it wasn’t clean to my standards but maybe it’s my standards only I spend 1,5 hour cleaning before unpacking. Remote control for tv sticky dust everywhere toilet downstairs wasn’t clean properly.
• Thijs (9/5): Nice bungalow with private pool near Maspalomas - We were super happy with this place, having found a nice bungalow with a (small) private pool near Maspalomas to enjoy our relaxing vacation. The bungalow is exactly as shown on the pictures, so we were not surprised by any shortcomings. Overall we were very happy with our stay! One minor point for improvement would be the bed, which was not the most comfortable and was a bit small (probably 1.40m x 2.00m, which is a bit small for two adults).
