• Guest (5/5): Nous sommes déçus et ne reviendrons pas. - Seuls points positifs : Appartement agréable, bien situé, très belle vue sur toute la baie, à proximité de nombreux restaurants. L’accueil : il faut prendre les clefs à l’agence, située dans une rue piétonne, sans possibilité de se garer à proximité. Pratique quand on arrive directement de loin et chargé de bagages ! Le parking : il est indiqué dans l’annonce « parking dans l’immeuble ». Ce qui n’est pas indiqué c’est qu’il est dans une rue adjacente et qu’il n’y a pas d’accès direct à l’appartement. L’appartement : - Pas de signe de bienvenue : pas de bouteille d’eau fraiche (ce qui serait agréable après un long voyage). - La chambre n’est pas climatisée et la seule climatisation du salon ne parvient pas à la refroidir. - pas d’accès à aucune chaine de télévision en français. - Pas de casserole (pour cuire 2 œufs, par exemple), pas de poêle, une machine à café à dosettes (mais même pas les 2 premières dosettes en attendant d’aller faire les courses). - Pas de notices ou d’instructions (utilisation des appareils - sauf le séchoir à cheveux ! - , tri des ordures, …. ) Le mobilier : Il est difficile d’approcher les chaises de la table. Elles sont très lourdes et les accoudoirs très en retrait. Il faut les faire glisser une fois assis et elles sont très bruyantes. La terrasse : pas de store ou d’auvent pour protéger du soleil.
• Angelina (5/5): Passable - Very nicely located on the beachfront of Palamos giving us a beautiful unblock view of the beach. It was also on high floor so it was nice and quiet. The host were very helpful and gave great instructions for check in. The house was pretty dirty. The floor was dusty, and the mats on the floor were dirty too. It was impossible for our child to even sit on the floor. There was also huge sized silverfishes appearing on the floor and around the edges of the house every night, other bugs too. We has no choice but to keep our luggages zipped up during out entire stay. Towels were not very clean.The balcony doors where also very old. It was a shame because the house was decorated so beautifully and has it nice charm to it. Somethings such as the fishing rod also placed randomly at the back of the bedroom door. I was informed that there are some upgrade that was happening around the apartment compound but I did not realised that the construction works were a large scaled one until I have arrived. I will not return again for sure.
• Martin (10/5): Difficult to find fault. Integral Finques were super helpful. - We know the location as we visit Palamos from time to time. It is close to the old town with restaurants and tapas bars. It faces the sea, marina, fishing museum and market. Beaches are kept clean and there are lots of places to walk to. The apartment was well equipped including a fishing rod! A curtain on the side window facing other apartments would have been useful for privacy in the evening.
• Debbie (3/5): Love Palamos and the local places do not dissapoint but not happy with the apartment - The apartment had great views and great location to Palamos and was clean and had all the basic things for a stay, very basic The shower in the apartment filled with water and over flowed into the hallway so every time you took a shower you had to dry everything up with the towels provided I informed the rental company Finques Integral and they said they would send a technician out to fix but no technician arrived the entire stay so I was very disappointed. I've lived in this area for a long time and was very disappointed also because they didn't put on the ad that this was a block of apartments that are very old definitely not worth the money and very very noisy especially at the weekends you couldn't sleep very well with other neighbors shouting, plus the main road with motor bikes was so noisy. The windows were not even double glazed. I also asked if they could accommodate us as my friend was with me if we could upgrade to a 2 bedroom and they said no. There wasn't even water to drink on arrival it was very basic for this amount of money will definitely go to a hotel the next time.
