Nice outdoor entertaining areas upstairs and downstairs, huge bedrooms and a TV with all apps paid. Very good value when considering all the amenities, quality and level of comfort. Great location close to Middleton beach, a cafe and the excellent Hooked on Middleton Beach fish and chip shop/cafe. The bed was slightly firm for us but that's just a matter of personal preference. Everything else was excellent.

• Nerida (9/5): Lovely unit close to the beach with a touch of r - Beautiful accommodation near the beach with a personal touch in decor. Very thoughtful with a gift of wine & chocolates on arrival & extra spreads in the cupboard. Cleaning products in the laundry. The mattress on the big bed downstairs was not very comfortable, the sides were leaning down, so had the feeling of falling out of bed. The other bedrooms & mattresses were lovely & comfortable.
• Claire (10/5): Most gorgeous home away from home! - Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Kitchen cupboards had everything. They had literally thought of everything! Amazing location and secure parking a bonus! This seems incredibly petty even writing it….the pillow on the bed was too hard (for me) and there weren’t softer ones….oh, and no water jug, but that’s a habit from home!

• Edwin David (10/5): Don't forget to visit Great Southern Seafoods for the fresh local sea produce! WOW factor! - Our group of five active seniors really appreciated the overall cleanliness of the home, the modern interior design complete with Xmas ornaments and lights and the starter packs of food and drink provided. The neighbourhood is quiet at night, the beach is so close you can hear it breathing. Nothing was amiss!
• Irene (10/5): So wie ein Zuhause - Einfach zum länger bleiben ! - Die Kommunikation war extrem genial und ich bekam immer sehr schnell eine Antwort. Das Haus ist so gut eingerichtet, dass sie hier einfach zu Hause bleiben wollen für das Essen Wir haben alle drei Mal es genossen Fisch Barbecue zu machen und selbst die Pommes konnten man mit einer Air Fritteuse zu Hause zubereiten. Sogar eine Garage - sofort wieder würden wir zurückkommen. Danke Gina - du machst das wirklich perfekt und bist ein Host auf einem unglaublichen hohen Niveau. Internet aber nur im Bezug auf Streamingdienste war zu schwach. Sie wird das aber fixen.

• Fiona (10/5): fabulous ! We all enjoyed it. - The location is excellent. The facilities are amazing and the house is very well appointed and super clean and tidy. Very easy access having the door code so we could all pop in and out without worrying about keys. The welcome bottle of wine and chocolates were a treat. The bedrooms are huge and the beds super comfy. Dressing gowns were provided too. Our host, Gina, was amazing with making sure everything was comfortable and that we got all the information we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this stay !

• Linda (9/5): Very relaxing and we enjoyed staying in a lovely place. - Location was ideal , near the beach, close to coffee shop and other eating places. Not far from other Albany attractions. Very modern and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We only had 3 dishwasher tablets so hand washed dishes the last night and morning. Also it would have been handy if the dining table was larger. There was some traffic noise and noise from adjoining apartments.

• Lynn (10/5): Sunrise at Middleton is an absolute delight. - Sunrise at Middleton is a fantastic place to stay. Gina, our host had provided everything we could need. The beds are very comfortable. There are extra pillows and blankets, which we didn't need as the whole place was warm and cosy. The kitchen facilities are also excellent, from wine and chocolates on arrival, to a great range of appliances, including an airfryer and sandwich press. Kitchen essentials like sauces and baking paper are also provided. The bathrooms are beautifully set out and clean with excellent amenities. There are toys, games and books. We had 5 adults and a toddler in our group, and there is nothing more we could have asked for. We have already decided we'll return regularly. It's a gem!

Everything has been thought of. It’s comfortable, easy care. Great location, better than a home away from home. We were four adults and two children and everyone was delighted. Thank you, Gina. I hope we’ll be back someday soon.
• Lis (10/5): Highly recommend Sunrise at Middleton - an excellent apartment stay. - This apartment is outstanding and is provisioned with everything you require for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location at Middleton Beach is ideal, with great choices for dining, cafes and boutique/gift stores only steps away. As a group of six adults we had multiple options of indoor or outdoor spaces in which to relax. Having a fully equipped kitchen and pantry with staples was much appreciated. Top marks to our host Gina who provided extensive information regarding the property and promptly answered any queries we had.
• Janice (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, beautiful accommodation. We were a family of 6 adults and accommodation was very spacious with room for us all to be very comfortable. A number of venues for morning coffee to dinner and a drink within a short walking distance. Host also supplied a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates for our enjoyment…a lovely touch. Would stay there again. It would be great if there was a couple of portable fans for upstairs bedrooms as there is no air conditioning or ceiling fans in either room.

• Iuliana (10/5): Excellent accommodation, highly recommended - Very nice design, spacious rooms, everything new, the laundry and kitchen had EVERYTHING you can imagine, even rice cooker and poaching equipment, spices, olive oil etc. Great location, nice big garage and additional parking spots at the back and at the front. We also had a bottle of wine waiting for us. The internet was a bit slow and the tv would disconnect from wifi, so every time we turned it on, we had to connect it manually. The double glazing was a good choice, but it was useless due to the louvre window sections, allowing the noise to come through early in the morning and during the day. So a bit inconvenient if you are a light sleeper and don’t want to wake up early.
