• Sue Alderton (8/5): Would happily stay again. - Keys in lockbox. Great little villa, well-appointed and nicely furnished. Very comfortable stay. No complaints at all. Middleton Beach is lovely - a little out of town but there is public transport around the corner if you don't want to be driving. There was a free shuttle the weekend we stayed which was brilliant. 5-minute walk to beach an added bonus. A mirror in each bedroom would have been good, particularly when its a group of friends sharing the bathroom rather than a family. The separate loo was a bonus.

• Debra (5/5): It’s a lovely house and setting but needs some maintenance. - Size and location There was no air conditioning or fans and the windows only opened slightly. The property was advertised as having air conditioning and heating. The WiFi dropped out the first night and could not reconnect. We had to phone to find out the code to the lock box as it was never provided. There were roadworks cutting the street access and we were not forewarned and provided a recommended route to access. The toilet would take a long time to fill and would make a loud whining noise while it filled.

• Jessica (2/5): Not worth the price - Good location Smelly WC with lots of ants and very noisy toilet that doesnt stop running for 10+ mins after each flush Spiderwebs all over ceiling Wifi cutting out and only allowing 4 devices to connect at a time Showed up at 5:30 for checkin after 4.5 hour drive from perth and place still wasnt finished cleaning yet even tho checkin was for 3pm, so had to drive around and come back. Bbq was dirty and had no bbq brush to clean it Oven didnt work at all Stove top barely lights, need to use a lighter to light it Only 4 forks for the whole villa

• Dan (8/5): Great location close to cafes and beach yet quiet and peaceful. - Location is close to the beach and cafes/restaurants. It was quiet and lots of birds (there was even a quenda that visited each day). Close to nature and walks to Albany and Emu Point. Bit dated inside yet comfortable Vertical blinds and carpet need replacing. Nothing that prevented a lovely stay.
• Julie (4/5): The cleanliness was a let down but staff was great. It just feels like the place hasn’t been used for a while and needs - The size and the location. The staff was responsive and helpful when I needed assistance: provided additional shower products, hair dryer and tea towels very promptly when i got in touch with them. So that was great. No indication of unit # or pin for lockers, meaning we bothered the neighbour next door as we got to the wrong unit. However, the staff was very responsive on the phone and sorted this out right away. The cleanliness is what was the big let down. For instance: the coasters and table sets sitting on the dining table were still dirty and oily from the last meal I assume. Crumbs on kitchen table. Bin was broken - we managed to fix it temporarily before it had issues again. The bathroom cabinet above and below sink not clean at all , while the shower needs a deeper clean to remove some of the mold. The biggest concern though was the shower leaks onto the corridor’s carpet, which looked like it had started to get moldy. Other things: bedside tables still had marks and dust on them, didn’t look that it was wiped, there was also some nail clippings in one of the drawers in the wardrobe, shelf in the walk-in robe dusty, some of the surfaces were wiped clean but lots of others weren’t; lots of the dishes weren’t that clean and we had to rewash plates etc. before using them; oven and grill don’t seem to work. No hairdryer although specified in the description and shower gel seemed old.
