• Matthias (6/5): Für eine Nacht ok, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht - Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist top und es gibt eine richtig tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse, die Unterkunft liegt in einem schönen, historischen Gebäude. Die Ausstattung ist für eine Nacht ok. Es ist zwar im Großen und Ganzen sauber geputzt, aber alles sehr veraltet, im Bad ist Schimmel. Bei einem Bett war das Lattenrost gebrochen, die Matrazen durchgelegen, das Beistellbett war eine Zumutung - klein, hart und mit Ritzen dazwischen.

• Andrea (7/5): Questa struttura è molto buona per la vista dalla terrazza e la posizione ottima. Da rivedere alcuni punti - La posizione era ottima, vicina al Vaticano e alla metro. La stanza era ben attrezzata, con cucina con posate, piatti e utensili vari. La vista dalla terrazza sul Vaticano è incredibile. Il letto matrimoniale aveva un paio di doghe rotte, che lo facevano un po’ cedere nella parte finale. Il bagno era molto piccolo, con nessuna mensola. Il riscaldamento arrivava da un condizionatore a pompa di calore. L’host non era presente fisicamente. All’inizio del soggiorno, l’host ci ha chiesto di pagare alla signora delle pulizie 6€ a notte a persona come tassa di soggiorno (che non ci era stata comunicata prima, e senza ricevere nessuna ricevuta).

Nie ma wentylacji przez co odpada farba z sufitu i jest grzyb. W kuchni brak noża i deski do krojenia. Patelnie mają chyba z 15 lat i są bardzo krzywe.

• Cecília (8/5): Buena ubicación y estancia acogedora, aunque con algunos detalles por mejorar - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, cerca del metro y de paradas de autobús, lo que facilita mucho la movilidad. La señora que nos recibió fue muy amable, haciendo que nuestra llegada fuera agradable. Además, la limpieza es algo que realmente se agradece. El estudio es bonito, acogedor y está decorado con buen gusto, creando un ambiente muy cómodo. Para empezar, la ubicación del estudio es en una planta intermedia. Hay que subir hasta la sexta planta en ascensor y luego utilizar las escaleras para llegar a la planta adicional. En segundo lugar, tuve un gran susto al sentarme al borde de la cama, ya que la base de madera estaba rota. Esto fue bastante incómodo y peligroso. Por último, creo que sería muy útil contar con un microondas en el estudio, ya que facilita calentar cualquier cosa de forma rápida y práctica, algo esencial en este tipo de alojamiento.

La stanza non era fornita di imposte e la vista all'interno era impedita solamente da una spessa tenda. Il bagno era piccolo e sicuramente da ristrutturare.

Sarebbe meglio rinnovare i bagni , quantomeno mettere una doccia al posto della vasca . In una stanza c'era un balcone senza ringhiera molto pericoloso per tutti e per fortuna che non c'erano bambini. Pani bardzo miła i pomocna Jedyny minus to drzwi między pokojami (oczywiście zamknięte na klucz), ale przez to słychać wszystko co dzieje się w drugim pokoju.

Camera umida e fredda, condizionatore rumoroso e coperte non adatte alla temperatura di Roma(circa 6 gradi di notte). La testiera del letto consumata ,Il bagno minuscolo e umido oltre che visibilmente vecchio. Sicuramente abbiamo pagato poco considerando la posizione ma la realtà è diversa dalle foto e la mia recensione negativa è legata soprattutto a questo. La mia stanza era la prima, le altre , dove erano i miei amici, per fortuna un poco più decenti ma il bagno proprio no e in una la vasca non aveva il tappo🤣

It was generally okay for this price The owner requested a tourist tax from us (24€ per person) last minute. It was confusing at the beginning. Then we had another trouble one day before leaving Rome. We were out of our room, when the owner texted us that she needs to change our room. She asked if she can move our personal belongings (we weren’t packed at all). We decided to come back to room. After we packed and moved our things ourselves we left again. After 1,5h she wrote to us asking when we would bring the keys to our first room. We were running back and forth for a w few times ON OUR HOLIDAY just because the owner couldn’t really explain us what’s going on. What is more, in our first room there was no toilet seat. There was also a mold on the walls in both rooms.

Milá pani odovzdá kľúče od izby a vy už bežíte na šieste poschodie na terasu- naskytne sa Vám pohľad pre Bohov, niečo prenádherné! Via Candia je plná obchodov, barov a reštaurácií, pár krokov vynikajúca talianska reštaurácia PINSA. Vatikán chôdzou pár minút príjemnou prechádzkou popri Vatikánskych múroch. Na akýkoľvek dotaz odpovedá majiteľka cez whats app. Znovu by som vybrala toto ubytovanie! 10 bodov We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Your Vatican Terrace. It’s just a 6-minute walk from Ottaviano metro station in a straight line. A lovely lady hands over the room keys, and then you’re off to the sixth floor to the terrace—where you’re greeted with a divine view, absolutely breathtaking! Via Candia is full of shops, bars, and restaurants, with an excellent Italian restaurant, PINSA, just a few steps away. The Vatican is just a short, pleasant walk along the Vatican walls. The owner is always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions. I would choose this accommodation again! 10 points.

• V4l (3/5): Esperienza complessivamente deludente - L'appartamento è una posizione strategica della città, vicino alla metro che connette direttamente con la stazione Termini, vicino alle mura vaticane, alla Basilica di San Pietro. Intorno alla via dell'appartamento ci sono tantissime osterie, bar, supermercati, è una zona residenziale e non manca nulla. Inoltre, essendo all'ultimo piano, non hai nessuno che ti cammina sopra la testa di notte e questo è un valore aggiunto. La terrazza è spaziosa ma si raggiunge tramite una scala un pò ripida (che si vede nelle foto dell'annuncio). La vista dalla terrazza è suggestiva. Purtroppo, la nostra esperienza è stata sotto le aspettative. In uno dei bagni mancava la tavoletta del gabinetto e due delle docce avevano una pressione dell’acqua insufficiente, il che ci ha creato un notevole disagio. Inoltre, l'appartamento non era stato pulito in modo accurato, uno dei bagni presentava tracce di ospiti precedenti, una federa era macchiata e nel frigo abbiamo trovato bevande e deperibili lasciati dai precedenti ospiti. E’ evidentemente l’appartamento non è stato ispezionato con cura prima del nostro arrivo. La disposizione dell’appartamento ha le sue problematiche: per accedere alla stanza singola, è necessario passare attraverso un bagno, il che rende indispensabile l’aggiunta di tappetini per evitare disagi. Alcune luci inoltre non funzionavano, contribuendo a una sensazione generale di incuria. Anche se il gestore ha risposto alle nostre segnalazioni in maniera tempestiva, è apparso infastidito, come se situazioni come la mancanza dell'asse del gabinetto fossero normali o accettabili. In un bagno, il doccino si staccava da solo dal supporto, perché evidentemente non erano compatibili, cadendo in testa a chi tentava di fare al doccia. Attenzione se avete bagagli ingombranti perchè l'ascensore è piccolo e c'è un piano da fare a piedi per raggiungere l'appartamento. Nel complesso, l'arredamento e gli accessori non erano di qualità, un problema ormai comune per molte sistemazioni a Roma, dove i prezzi non riflettono adeguatamente il livello di comfort. Considerando che anche gli hotel presentano problematiche simili, il mio consiglio è di abbassare le aspettative e cercare di godersi al meglio la città.

Toilet have no seat. The bed is uncomfortable. Doors are slapping the hole evening late. The rooms have a locked door into the neighboor room. Light coming in. No privacy at all. The photos on the homepage dont match the reality. No cleaning in 4 days. How can this place be rated so high?
• Jörn (7/5): Sehr gute Lage, sehr höfliche und nette Gastgeber - aber leider sehr laut - Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell am Vatikan und so auch schnell in der Innenstadt Viele Läden, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe Man hat eine Gemeinschaftsterasse mit großartigen Ausblick Es könnten mehr Schränke und Schubladen zur Verfügung gestellt werden Die Lautstärke zwischen den einzelnen Zimmern ist enorm Nächtliche Ruhestörungen sind leider öfters, Ohrschutz ist empfehlenswert

Muy buena vista de la ciudad desde arriba. Se oyen mucho los huéspedes de las habitaciones cercanas. El agua de la pica baja con mucha dificultad y la ducha tiene poca presión, pero no se puede tener todo.

• Vita (1/5): Det ødelagde vores ferie - Da vi ankom skulle vi betale en city-tax som vi allerede havde betalt. Der var lort i toilettet, ingen kaffe, tøfler eller balkon. Sengen var så skæv, at vi kunne have nøjes med 1, fordi vi alligevel lå ovenpå hinanden. Værelset havde en dør ind til naboen, så vi kunne høre alt der foregik derinde. Da vi kontaktede personalet om den manglende balkon, valgte de at ville diskutere fremfor at løse det. Det endte med, de stoppede med at svare os. Istedet spurgte de 3 gange, hvornår vi ville checke ud på afrejsedagen, som om vi nærmest blev smidt ud. Kan ikke anbefale det til nogen. Har aldrig oplevet så dårlig service og intet passer med billederne.

• Gabriele (6/5): Posizione Top - Ottima posizione per visitare Roma o andare allo stadio per i concerti. Fermata della metro a pochi passi dalla casa. Letto scomodo. Bagno senza bidet. Presenza di alcuni insetti sia in bagno che in camera. Camera un po' piccola. Bagno malandato con evidenti segni di mancata manutenzione.
• Kristoffer (7/5): Amazing view and location. - The location is amazing. Only a view steps away from the city of Vatican. The beds were very comfy and the terrace at the roof is also good to chill. Our bathroom was not that great. Our toilet didn't have a lid to sit on because it was broken. The number of towels and toilet paper rolls was also limited.

• paolo (8/5): Camera a Roma ben attrezzata con vista mozzafiato - Posizione, come è attrezzato con cucina, frigorifero, bollitore etc ed una terrazza comune meravigliosa. Forse è arrivato il momento di cambiare la rete del letto...ma ci può stare, fa parte della normale usura delle cose. Farlo dimostrerebbe la volontà di mantenere lo standard elevato

• Barbara (10/5): - Gloria and Giulia were so nice and understanding to my arrival delay. Thank you Gloria and Giulia for everything! The Please is super clean, simple yet comfortable and walking distance to everywhere. I felt extremely safe walking late night by myself.
