Rachel (5/5): Thin sheets, smelly bathroom, in the flight path to airport, above a bus stop. Good fridge. - The smell of drains was in the entire apt. I let the host (a company of different people at the end of the email) know but they said nothing could be done. I had to give the deposit and tourist fee to a man who gave me the keys. The receipt from booking.com says the tourist fee is already included but the host/company said it wasn't. The host said they repaid the deposit to me but it isn't in my bank account that I paid with - they asked me for my bank details but then told me it was in my PayPal account. I don't have a PayPal account. Most unhelpful host / company I have dealt with. Never again.
