Carrie (10/5): - The pool was so clean, and it was warm even though it rained all the days we were there. It has seating and a ledge all built in. There are 6 beds throughout the house. The living room was comfortable, and well set up for conversing or watching TV.
Colin (5/5): We had a good time but would look elsewhere next time in SW LA. - The house was very clean and reasonably well located for us in Broussard - it was an easy drive to Lafayette or south to New Iberia, Avery Island, etc. We also enjoyed the pool. The house did not feel well prepared, especially for a larger group (we were 7 people). One of the twin beds did not have a top sheet, and we had to buy one at Walmart. There were not enough spoons or forks for our group, nor was there a spatula in the kitchen. While parts of the house (including the bathrooms) looked to have been recently remodeled, there were missing towel bars (just the bare brackets) and only one closet available for the entire group (with just a few hangers).

Christopher (10/5): Stay here if you want a good experience - Pool was amazing and well taken care of. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds! New appliances, wonderful fenced in yard. Would absolutely recommend. Very nice location right near grocery stores, restaurants, and plenty to do. Only real downside, there were not quite enough blankets for the amount of beds. We had young children, and there seemed to be wasp nests everywhere. Underatandable since it is south Louisiana, but something that could be taken care of easily as well.
