- Brian (10/5): There is nothing like waking to the sunrise over the ocean and enjoying the scenery from the balcony. - The view is stunning. The focus on cleanliness is incredible. Every morning while enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony I noticed staff cleaning the pool, sweeping the parking lot, and even wiping down the white fence surrounding the pool. Wonderful experience!

The bed was super comfy and the ocean view from in the room and the balcony were fantastic. Also the location was perfect - an easy walk to many restaurants/stores and just a few steps to be on the beach.

- Jew (6/5): Pleasant - The view. The location. The host was very accommodating. Its pretty run down. Comfortable bed and lovely little added touches like coffee and some cooking basics. The view is wonderful (or will be once the pool is back up and running). Toilet ran, shower fixtures are loose, drawers fell off the track but it was fine for an overnight stay and it was priced fairly well.

Yes, other reviews talk about the building n the hallway, but that's not what you're renting....Once you walk in the unit and see the view, u fought all about the hallway.... At least we did.. The balcony was so peaceful no matter the time of day. Will definitely return!!! Yes, the building could use some maintenance, but the rental unit is amazing

Most of all the sound of the waves from the beach was so relaxing and over the top After we left, a cleaning staff member or at LEAST claiming to be told me I forgot to leave the parking pass. I RETURNED THE PARKING PASS TO THE ROOM AND HUNG IT UP WHERE I FOUND IT PRIOR TO DEPARTING. EXCUSE ME!

- Anonymous (6/5): It was an okay place but there is better out there. - The property was clean and very close to center of Daytona. The balcony provided a wonderful view of the beach. The room was incredibly hard to find and no directions were provided. It took us 30 minutes to figure out which room we were in only thanks to the help of a kind resident and a single property worker ( who informed us there is typically no lobby service to help with directions/questions).The pin we originally used to get in the room did not work the second time and we had to contact the owners to get the correct pin, which was also not provided in any email. The property listed it had a private pool however the pool is out of service long term because of a storm. There is no direct beach access.
