• Kushal (10/5): Comfortable stay - The villa offers ample space and privacy. It's a great option for families and small groups.
• Jaya (10/5): Excellent property for friends or family close to Dal Lake - We stayed here with family, 12 members. It was a beautiful experience with Buhayara lakefront. It’s exactly how it’s shown in the pictures. Contains a big private lawn in the front along with a parking space. The lawn has Dal Lake view. It’s a 4BHK villa, with 4 washrooms. Perfect for a family stay. Very close to Dal Lake. Javed and Jamil were very nice and their hospitality amazed us. We had amazing complimentary breakfast. We had ordered home cooked food for dinner and felt taste could have been a little better.

• Suhani (2/5): No value for money. Not recommended - While rooms and garden area is good, hospitality and service is zero. Not at all worth the money. Privacy and safety issues - bathroom windows are completely transparent with villa and huts right outside visible (very uncomfortable to use the bathroom)- on communicating this to owner and stay vista associate, excuses were given but no action taken. No hygiene, cockroaches in the room, unclean bed sheets and blankets, no living area to sit and chill (unlike it appears online), no dining area access to guests, owner extremely rude, bathroom in the bedroom does not have wash basin. Not many options in Breakfast (you would get a very good 4star hotel for same/less price with good hygiene, service and wide spread breakfast). Out of 5 things promised in breakfast, only one is provided and that too not good quality and not filling. Stay vista was a disappointment and Buhayra is definitely the worst listing.
