• Agnes (5/5): - L"emplacement dans la ville. Logement à l'entresol 2 petits gateaux de Naples offerts Le bruit, bouchons d'oreilles obligatoires car pas d'isolations phoniques. L'hôte nous informe que la machine à café est cassée sans en avoir prévu une autre. Le mitigeur douche très ancien et impossible à régler soit eau bouillante soit eau glacée. La moitié des trous du mitigeur sont bouchés donc pression très/trop forte.

• Paola (9/5): Perfetto per la nostra “prima volta” nel cuore di Napoli - In pieno centro, a pochi passi da metro Duomo, a negozi, bar pizzerie e ristoranti e ai maggiori punti di interesse del centro storico, tranquillo per essere nel centro di Napoli, piena collaborazione e simpatia della padrona di casa. Appartamento funzionale e dotato di ogni necessità per soggiorni brevi e anche più lunghi. La cucina ben attrezzata con bollitore e bustine di the, macchina del caffè e cialde, acqua, succhi di frutta e anche sfogliatelle di benvenuto! Il letto matrimoniale molto molto comodo. Il letto aggiuntivo non molto grande. Pulizia della casa e della biancheria molto buona. Posso dire che non c’è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto, ma fornirei queste informazioni ai prossimi ospiti che potranno aiutare: riscaldamento con condizionatore; sciacquone del water un po’ lento nella risposta; luce esterna che filtra di notte (noi abbiamo dormito benissimo!)

• annie (10/5): Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour - Logement idéalement placé au coeur du centre historique. A 1,3 km du metro Duomo. Pas loin de la gare pour Pompei. équipements très satisfaisants. Hôte très sympathique et attentive à nos besoins. Seul bémol, Naples est une ville bruyante la nuit.

• Cristina (9/5): - La ubicación, está cerca de la parada de metro y a una estación del tren. Y también se puede ir caminando al centro de Napoles. La dueña un trato excelente. Una sola habitación con dos camas, la de matrimonio genial pero no tanto la cama individual.

La signora Carmen è stata molto gentile e ospitale e ci ha fatto trovare nell'appartamento un "dolce" benvenuto e tutto l'occorrente per la prima colazione. Lo consiglio!

• Kathleen (4/5): Disappointed - Location is good - though somewhat noisy day into evening. Recommend ear plugs if you are light sleeper. Able to walk to Metro and shopping and supermarket which is very nice. Landlord did leave Mexican sweet cakes for our enjoyment, which was nice. Be aware-check out time range is not by latest time- it is what landlord will tell you. We were TOLD we were leaving at 9 AM on departure day. She started telling this to me right when we got in apt. I just thought I had read the checkout time wrong, so checked Booking.com where it clearly stated that we had until 930. I did point out policy on booking.com to her with screenshot. Sue stated that it is between those times, again not by that time. There was no discussing it with her. She stated she saw no problem and I must understand it is high season. Must I? Suggested she be clearer in booking policy. Other : -Apartment more appropriate for two people, not three. -Single bed is like a rock. -Washing machine very convenient though No laundry detergent. (Landlord brought over Softener - 2 hours after she stated a time. She did tell us of new time, after the first designated time had already passed. And then arrived 20 minutes past the second stated time with… softener. ) We ultimately had to go to market and buy our own. Also no written directions for washer. There is a drying rack. More… No toaster. Mold by the shower. Not adequate place for bathroom bags. Single bed very very hard. Double bed just OK. Wet cleaning rags in drawer in kitchen, ??? (Yuck). Food baked into one pan, tried to wash-would not come off- pointed this out to her as I thought she would want to know. Nope, she told me I could wash again and scrub harder….1. Not my job as a guest 2. Yuck 3. What?? Again location good but does not outweigh negative
• Vasiliki (9/5): Best place to stay in the historical centre of Naples - The owner, Carmen and her husband are lovely!!! Very helpful and discreet. The apartment is very convenient. It is in walking distance to all major center sights, bars, restaurants or the metro station. Also it was warm during the winter which was very important. The kitchen was also well equipped for quick meals and the wi-fi was very stable and fast. Staying there you feel the city's vibe!! Great choice!!

I was waiting a lot to check in. The owner of the house wrote in advance that she could arrive only at 2:45 p.m., even though the conditions of the apartment stated that it was allowed to enter from 11:00 a.m. But she apologized and brought some very delicious bakery

Perfect location within a walking distance from historic center, tourist attractions, a supermarket and the metro. Spacious yet cozy apartment. New air conditioners in both rooms. Basic groceries like olive oil, coffee, spices. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy bed. Shower water temperature is a bit tricky to control. No shelves for clothes in the closet.

• Camden (10/5): Memorable location with everything you need to have a good time! - AC goes as cold as you want it to and it has all the amenities you need. Full kitchen, great WiFi. mostly soundproof regarding the rest of the building. In addition, the host was the best we have had in our now 8 week experience through Europe! The kitchen didn’t have spices and the button for the toilet had to be pressed many times to get it to flush. The street could be a little loud before bed but got better when it was time to sleep.
