• monique (9/5): Very enjoyable and quiet location - The outdoor facilities were superb and spacious and the 3 floor arrangement was great for friends sharing the indoor space. The kitchen could benefit from a couple of additional items i.e. kettle and improved coffee maker

• Elodie (8/5): Pour 4 jour c’est tres bien et Biago est super sympa , merci à lui . - Logement 3 chambres , piscine accessible , déjà sur place quelques affaires de dépannage , la literie , la température dans le logement , 3Wc et 2 sdb , propreté du logement mais aussi des extérieurs , la vue sur piscine et mer . Les portes qui font du bruit surtout celle de la grande chambre au premier étage dans le logement , le fait de devoir aller à la déchèterie nous même avec les poubelles . Le wifi qui est faible aux étages , plein de petites bêtes rouges sur les terrasses , l’accès à la plage qui n’est pas en face du logement mais à 15 min de marche
• Jean (8/5): Comme dans une maison de vacances. - Très bon accueil de Biagio qui s'est rendu disponible et nous a donné ses bons conseils pour le séjour à Cefalù. L'appartement est grand et confortable. C'est très pratique d'avoir une machine à laver le linge. Nous nous sommes sentis comme dans une maison familiale de vacances. L'appartement n'est plus tout jeune : les portes-fenêtres et le velux ne ferment pas bien par exemple (un peu comme dans une maison familiale de vacances en fait). La piscine n'était pas remplie lors de notre séjour - nous le savions ; il ne faut pas se fier aux photos. Le parking est en contrebas et en pente : c'est un peu sportif.

• Andrea (8/5): Schöne Zeit in Cefalù. - Wir waren im Februar hier. Zu dem Zeitpunkt sehr ruhig, nur 2/3 Häuser bewohnt . Gut gelegen, nur wenige hundert Meter vom Supermarkt, Tankstelle entfernt. In den Ort rein, braucht man schon ein Auto und erreicht ihn in wenigen Minuten. Das Lokal Oktoberfest ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen- eine Empfehlung von Biagio. Super Rinderfilet und auch sonst alles sehr lecker. Biagio war immer erreichbar. Hat alles prima geklappt. Cefalù ist ein schöner Ort. Der Sandstrand hat uns auch gefallen. Die Bäder sind etwas beengt und viele Stufen bis zum Haus ( Anlage) und im Haus. War eine Schlepperei mit den Koffern. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Ansonsten gute Ausstattung. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Nespressomaschine, Fön vorhanden. Ich hab’s überlesen… keine Spülmaschine. War jedoch nicht schlimm. Haus bietet über die verschiedenen Etagen Platz, mehrere Terrassen (4-5) Im 2. Stock 2 Terrasse - eine davon über ein Fenster erreichbar.
• Alicja (10/5): - Apartament bardzo czysty i przestronny, bardzo miły kontakt z właścicielem, bezproblemowe zameldowanie, piękny widok na morze oraz basen, apartament położony w odległości dłuższego spaceru (około 30 minut) do starego miasta Cefalu, apartament znajduje się w cichej spokójnej okolicy, supermarket w odległości 5 minut spacerem, poza sezonem auto można było beż problemu zaparkować przy obiekcie, apartament jest trzypoziomowy, ma aż 5 balkonów oraz dwie łazienki plus dodatkowe wc na dole co może byc atutem przy podróżowaniu wieksza grupą czy rodziną, szczerze polecamy :)

• Pilar Olga (9/5): - Creo que el apartamento es para un máximo de 5 personas. En la habitación pequeña era difícil colocar la segunda cama y casi no te podías mover. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien. El apartamento muy limpio y con muy buenas vistas. Las otras habitaciones amplias.

• Romina (10/5): Appartamento con magnifica vista sul mare. - Bella struttura, ampia e pulita con una magnifica vista sul mare. Molto accogliente, veranda e terrazze attrezzate con tavoli e lettini prendisole per un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Piscina molto bella. Parcheggio auto all'aperto vicino all'appartamento. Staff molto disponibile. La consiglio. Nulla.
• tamar (8/5): - הבית היה גדול ומרווח. היה לנו מספיק מקום. העובדה שהיו 2 מקלחות היה נהדר. גם מכונת הכביסה היתה תוספת מצוינת מבחינתנו. והמון המון מרפסות נעימות לשבת בהן. זה שהיינו צריכים לקחת את כל הזבל בסיום - דבר לא מובן לחלוטין. גם אין פחי זבל בקרבת מקום אז היינו צריכים לנסוע עם הזבל לפני שהעמסנו את האוטו בכל הציוד שלנו.

La piscine est superbe - très grande et superbe propre On peut profiter des installations après le checkout dont une douche en cabine dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de toilettes Le restau Oktoberfest à 5 min à pied est top - restau de viande mais ça change ;) Le fait de devoir amener tous les déchets à la déchetterie le dernier jour A 10 min en voiture Blindée de bagages ce n'est pas simple Des grands bacs au sein de la résidence serait vraiment plus simple Attention la localisation via booking est fausse- le guidage n 'amène pas au bon endroit Le parking est un peu sport mais ça va

• Eyðbjørg (9/5): Det var et dejligt ophold og en skøn lejlighed - vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage. Kommunikationen via watsapp var hur - Skøn rummelig lejlighed til familie på 5 med 3 voksne børn. Hyggeligt poolområde, flot havudsigt og skønne terrasser. Lejligheden lå lidt udenfor byen så du skal gå langs en meget trafikeret vej eller langs vandet - det var op at bakke på hjemturen hvis du gik langs vandet - det gjorde vi da det var skønnere end vejen. Vi endte med at leje en bil

We had a wonderful time at Begonie house. Biagio was very helpful and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay 10 out of 10 😀 There was nothing not to like, it was perfect
• Kerryjayne (10/5): Absolutely worthy of 5 stars ! - Loved the house and its huge outdoor areas and balconies. Air con worked perfect and everything we needed was there on hand. The communal pool was very well maintained and very clean. We had to wear swim hats, but the pool deserved that respect as it was so clean. There was snack and water vending machines near the pool (and swim hats to buy) and plenty of sun beds. There was a supermarket only 5-8 minute walk, and a great cafe open early to late in the hotel opposite the supermarket. 2 restaurants were about 5 minute walk. The walk to nicer beach part was about 15 minutes (down a big stair flight) and the town about 30 minute walk. We didn't see any buses, though i did hear other residents say there was a service from the main road. Taxis cost about €20 returning from Cefalu.

• Natasha (8/5): Great place with beautiful views, clean and comfortable. - Quiet spot at this time of the year. Great support and communication from Staff. Clean and comfortable apartment We didn’t have any hot water until about 36 hours in, but it did get sorted.
• Tim (10/5): Magnificent - Situated near Cefalu. Walking to city center will take approximately 20 minutes. Beach is near and will take around 10 minutes. Quiet environment but we visited end October. Friendly host. Thank you Biagio Perhaps the wooden doors during the night make noise. So if someone moves it makes a little noise.

• Louise (9/5): Superb - The property was just perfect for our family vacation. My only concern was that if you don’t have car then you have quite a stretch to reach the town of cefalu and buses only pass once an hour- but that has nothing to do with the property it’s self! The other slight problem for us (we had quite a particular case as my dad fell ill during our stay and had to be admitted to hospital) was that there is not a bathroom near the pool area. There are showers which was great and the owner was kind enough to let us stay and use the bathroom of the apartment after our checkout (our flight was a late one) till it was possible, other than that it was brilliant- thank you Boagio! We hope to come and stay there again in the future 🍻

• Charlene (10/5): Tranquil location - Begonie House was the perfect spot to relax, whilst still being close to local restaurants, supermarket & walking distance into Cefalu town. The 3 bedroom apartment was fully equipped with a few bathroom luxuries. Having your own terrace with sun loungers to include table & chairs made it easy to relax in the sun with everything at hand in your apartment for drinks & food.

• Harold (9/5): A great base for a sea-side family holiday, near to Cefalu and all its many sights and facilities. - Is in a small holiday complex which was lovely in May as there weren't a lot of people staying! Great swimming pool. Set above the road so a short, steepish climb to the property afforded great views over the sea. Plenty of places to park. A 20 minute walk into town along a coastal path, 5 minutes from the property. Lots of comfortable space and facilities for our family of 5, including balconies to all rooms and front and back terraces with table, chairs and loungers. Nearby places to eat is Octoberfest which has a craft brewery and great , good value food, also a winery and pizza place and a supermarket open 7 days, 4 minutes walk away! Biagio, the on-site manager, was friendly, helpful and couldn't have done more to make our stay enjoyable. Wi fi good in property except on the top floor. Garden area and flower beds very attractive but meant that we all suffered some bites! Oven thermostat not to be relied upon!. Coffee pod machine but no kettle so water for tea had to be boiled in a pan - strange as a teapot was provided!

• Jarle (9/5): Warm recommendations - Very spacious apartment. Three floors! Beautiful view and outdoor area - terrace and pool. Nicely equipped kitchen and fridge so you can eat breakfast and lunch at the apartment, if you prefer that as we do. Some nice restaurants nearby - just a 5-10 minute walk. The host, Biagio, was very nice and helpful. The location is, as expected, a bit outside the city. So it takes at least 30 minutes to walk to the nice beaches and the city.

Host very helpful. Great views of the sea from the rooms. It was a shame that we needed to wear swimming caps when using the pool.

• Emma (7/5): Clean and spacious with beautiful views - The outside space was excellent. Our favourite bit was the large terrace at the front with beautiful views of the sea. Each room had its own balcony as well and an extra terrace at the back. The pool doesn’t get filled for use until May which we weren’t aware of so we couldn’t use it til the end of the stay.
• Uwe (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is located app. 3 km outside of city centre. If you don't want to use your car (parking situation in the city) you have to walk along a very busy street with no pedestrian walks. Suicidal! Our stay was ok but, I'm sorry, not more than this. Especially the state of hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen was far about to meet our expectations. Neither the filthy glasses and mugs nor the rotten leftover food in the fridge let us feel comfortable. Nevertheless we appreciated the efforts of the manager to cure our early complains like.
