• Partha (5/5): - 2 bed spacious flat. Washing machine availability for private usage. The comforters were dirty and stained. The staff lacked basic courtesy, never greeted or offered no help to load stuff in a taxi etc.

• Indrani (6/5): Comfortable stay with family - Value for money The bathroom attached to the master bedroom was stinky. Zomato delivery for other apartment rang the bell to our apartment at 3:50 am in the morning. This is a security issue.
• Aishath (1/5): Not a comfortable stay due to poor cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unwelcoming staff. They were upset when we left, d - Only the location Didn’t like the rooms. Toilet. Beds. Sofa. It was bug infested. Cockroaches and bugs on the sofa and bed. Toilet was dirty. Very outdated. Not a good place for money. That’s why changed to another place. Taking a sick woman there and staying there wasn’t a good idea
• Sayandeep (8/5): Comfortable and safe stay - Clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with sofa, dining table, TV, AC , drinking water, hot water geyser, kitchen and cooking facilities along with washing machine and clothes drying facilities. I had a wonderful stay and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. A perfect apartment for vacation. I loved the apartment and the facilities. They should keep individual AC remote in each bedroom. Sharing 1 remote for 2 bed rooms is very difficult. Bedsheet and pillow covers can be improved.

• Kiran (6/5): Good flat, but beware of the rats in the parking! - The apartment and the caretaker were good, nothing to complain about, and pretty flexible. There are rats in the parking and it will spoil your vehicle .It attacked my car and unfortunately cut the wire goes to sensor, had replace the whole set and being diwali its was really tough.

• Ismail (3/5): It was not pleasant - I never had a pleasant stay in this place. The property doesn’t have the amenities that they have mentioned. And staffs are not at all pleasant except that reception staffs.

First time he enquire after one hour of check in and again in the morning. He came to room at 12 PM and asked when we are about to leave. Not comfortable with the behavior of the staff and the way he handle things.

• Dhruv (10/5): Exceptional - Worth for the money in prime location of south Bangalore which is close to software companies like Oracle, VMware, Accenture, zerodha, byjus, bounce office. Many pubs n breweries, corporate hospitals, maals are close by. Recommend this for any sort of stay.

Host is least bothered, after reaching there after travelling around 350 kms, he simply says its not available. It took 2 hours from 8-10 pm talking to Booking.com representatives to get it resolved.

Fridge had stinking food left overs when we arrived. Two double bed rooms had two single blanket, asked for extra blanket in the night and was told we will only get it in the morning. Cleaning services were not provided, no security guard downstairs and no reception.

But this service apartment provides 2 rooms with attached toilets, spacious hall, balconies, kitchen. As usual, TV, sofas, AC, kitchen utensils, broadband connection, power backup, security, car parking are additional attractive in this service apartment. So overall 2 BHK furnished flats comes for 4k rent per day. I personally feel opting service apartment is more worth than preferring Hotel for stay.

• Yogi (10/5): Exceptional - It was a an amazing stay at Elite Peak Serviced Apartments. 1)Prices are in the range of 4k to 5k per flat per day 2) Each flats has 2 bed room with attached toilets, AC, TV, washing machine, refrigerator, well equipped kitchen with gas connection, broadband connection, cott n cushion beds, cushion sofas, dining table, security round the clock, 24 hours power backup. 3) This property is very close to temples, VMware Oracle zerodha, Accenture software companies, eateries, breweries like pump house, India beer house, by the peepal, uru, brahmas, blr breweries and so on I strongly recommend this service appartment for long term as well as short term stay.
