Dan (10/5): מלון בוטיק מעוצב יפה וממוקם טוב - מיקום בתוך חומות העיר העתיקה וסמוך לטיילת של האגם. היחידה מאוד יפה ומעוצבת. ארוחת הבוקר טובה. למי שיש בעיה עם מדרגות היחידה הזאת היתה עם קומת גלריה שם היתה המיטה. (לנו זה לא הפריע)

Eleni (8/5): - Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο μέσα στο κάστρο των Ιωαννίνων. Πολύ ωραία διαμορφωμένοι εξωτερικοί χώροι. Φιλικό προσωπικό. Χρειάζεται λίγο μεγαλύτερη προσοχή σε λεπτομέρειες, όπως σκονισμένες επιφάνειες στα δωμάτια, μηχανή καφέ εκτός λειτουργίας κλπ.
Susan (10/5): Wonderful stay in a stylish hotel in ideal location, inside the old city and next to lake and center - Wonderful staff, perfect location, charming hotel, and excellent breakfast. Our suite was very spacious. This is a duplex so if you are not prepared for stairs in the room this is not for you.

Besnik Ligaçi (10/5): Lovely experience - Lovely experience, and special thanks to Violeta at reception, she really made our stay more enjoyable. The location and service are awesome. We were also travelling by car, and Violeta provided us with a parking permit for the duration of our stay. Almost forgot, the breakfast is also very nice and tasty. I think everything was fine, nothing to complain about really.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι μέσα στο παλιό κάστρο, έχει ησυχία και πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια, χωρίς την ανάγκη να κάνεις χρήση αυτοκινήτου.

MARIA CRISTINA (9/5): Ottimo... - We stayed in IALNA for 3 days and had a great time. The welcome from Violeta was excellent and also the assistance during the stay. The room was very comfortable and quiet, as it is inside the area of the Castle of Ioannina, right in the center and very close to the beautiful lake. Very good bed to rest and abundant breakfast with fresh and good quality products. Ioannina is very beautiful and rich in history and it is worth visiting!

RAY (9/5): Relaxing haven within walls of old town - Location within Kastro walls meant being in a haven of tranquility. Historical atmosphere location. Interior of hotel is contemporary, good taste. The staff were helpful, friendly and informative. One of our conversations to plan our activities was with Violetta who was memorably engaging and helpful. Nothing significant. One relatively minor irritation was the piped music in the corridor leading to roomsI know “music” is seen to give atmosphere but for our taste, piped music is always unwelcome. I know we may be a minority view!

Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, στο θέμα του πάρκινγκ σου δίνει λύση του ίδιο το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεις πάρκινγκ μπορείς να παρκάρεις οπουδήποτε μέσα στο κάστρο πάρα πολύ σημαντικό. Με λίγα λόγια τέλειο.

Kleres (7/5): A place with a great potential but unfortunately ignored… - Great location close by shops, restaurants, museums etc. Nice interior design and spacious room. Very polite crew. Let me try to describe what a $120 per night bought us at this hotel. First let’s start with the cleanliness of the room. We arrived at around 09:00 which we knew it was was way early for a check in but the receptionist very politely offered to keep the suitcases for us until the time of check in which it was at 15:00. We came back by then and the first thing we saw when we walked in the room was the coffee station, where opened sugar packets were opened from previous tenants and were still left on the tray and sugar spilled on the tray. Spider webs were on the ornaments on the top shelve (just trying to explain the picture of the wooden forks and spoons, just zoom in the picture). The light sensor of the living room was state of the art covered with scotch tape ( they really MacGyvered that out) We had some perishable stuff with us so we proceeded on putting them in the mini fridge that was in the living room only to find out that the mini fridge was wormer than the room ( even other guests had their milk containers placed outside their windows which proved to me that it wasn’t only our fridge that wasn’t working).Than we proceeded to the bedroom and the bathroom. Floor was dusty not swept nor washed with hair still sticking on the wall, this was not for the first day nor the second or the third, them floors were never cleaned during our 6 days stay. During our stay the lotion or conditioner that we found the first day were never replenished during our stay. The bed was made everyday but the pillow covers were ripped off and holes on the bed sheets every time they were changed, I don’t have a word for that…. On the room description was mentioned mini bar which it was no where to be found not sure what the management meant by that, to me a mini bar means a mini fridge filled with beverages for a price perhaps they were lost in translation and never filled it up or never was any in the first place.
