• Alain (8/5): Un peu petit pour 2 couples. Mais parfait pour 1 couple. - LA tranquillité des lieux Chambre au 2e, plafond très bas et escalier étroite; ne convient pas à tous mais pour nous c'était ok.

• Alicia Huerga (10/5): - Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, su limpieza, su olor y además los anfitriones nos dejaron varios detalles que se agradecen un montón! Chocolates, botella de vino, café, té, galletas lotus y bebidas energéticas. Todo muy ordenado y limpio! Al lado de Madrid Rio, un paseo maravilloso! Las escaleras para subir a la parte de arriba son un poco incómodas.

El acceso a pie de calle nos ecantó, teniendo en cuenta que tienes Madrid rio en frente. Autobus 18 justo en la puerta directo a la plaza mayor. No se puede pedir mas. Maria un encanto en todo momento pendiente de nuestra comodidad. Volveremos

• Guest (10/5): - A really cosy, well located, pretty looking apartment at a good price:) We had no difficulties checking in or out, commuting to the centre of the city or the airport was not problematic either. A perfect place for a weekend with friends!

• Yong Koon (6/5): Decent stay but location is far. - The hotel is clean and the kitchen is functioning well. The hotel staff are friendly through WhatsApp. Overall, it is still decent to stay here as this is a residential area of Madrid. You can see many people doing sports and walk the dogs. If you are fine to climb the bed, it's fine. The hotel is located in a residential area. It's not at the central city of Madrid. It's 2.5km to the city centre. We tried to walk to the city centre on the first day. It took about 50 mins because this hotel is located at the downhill of the city. The city centre of Madrid is on a steep uphill area. We have to take Uber or Bolt to the city centre, so it costs us more. Buses are available but you need to be familiar with the route. The supermarkets around this hotel closed at about 10:30pm, thus we need to take note of that. If you need to go to the main train station or airport, you must feature in another 20 mins for your travelling time due to the distance and traffic. There is not washing machine in the room.
• Nicoletta (8/5): - Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale. Bagno perfetto,ampio e con acqua calda sufficiente per tutti gli occupanti. Asciugacapelli fornito,saponi e shampoo e quant' altro per il bagno già in struttura. Macchinetta del caffè con capsule e biscottini Tisane e tè. Serviette fornite ( anche serviettina piccolissima per makeup!!!) Servizio chiusura e apertura posta con codice comodissimo. Eravamo in 4 persone ed è stato escluso il problema chiavi. Staff perfetto.Ad ogni nostra domanda ci è sempre stata data una solerte risposta La posizione non è proprio centrale. Per il centro città servono i mezzi che non sono proprio fuori dalla struttura. Abbiamo camminato tantissimo. Forse per 4 persone manca un posto sufficiente per appendere giacche e serviette bagnate.

• Jiří (9/5): Nice, perfectly clean accommodation near the center of Madrid - Perfectly clean, caring host, near the city center, everything worked. Just note that although the accommodation is designed for 3 people, it is very small and there is no space to store the contents of 3 suitcases.
• lou (10/5): Luxe B&B, aanrader. - Zeer mooie verzorgde B&B. Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig. Zeer voldoende koffie en thee was voorzien . Bushalte voor de deur die je naar centrum van Madrid brengt. De accomodatie was uitstekend . Spijtig geen goed restaurant gevonden in de buurt.

• Flavio Aurelio (10/5): - New property, extremely comfortable. The owners are very attentive and the reception is excellent, with coffee and chocolate. I really liked it. The property is a bit outside the city center (20-30 minutes on foot), which means some people might need to take a taxi, bus, or Uber. For me, as I walk a lot, it wasn't a problem because the distance isn't long and the terrain is mostly flat.

L’appartamento è vicino a diverse fermate del pullman per raggiungere il centro città, vicino anche a dei supermercati e di fronte a un bel parco per passeggiare o fare jogging L’host molto gentile e ha risposto con tempestività alle richieste Nell’appartamento, per noi non è stato un problema, ma lo spazio sul soppalco dove c’è il secondo letto matrimoniale è alto solo 130 cm Per un viaggio di 4 persone poco spazio dove riporre le valigie Se si vuole sfruttare l’appartamento anche per mangiare, il tavolo è per sole due persone però ci sono tavolini per mangiare anche sul divano

Specify the roof height of the loft being 130cm in your advertisement . This is misleading really not suitable for adults. Some opportunities to improve iron complimentary bottled water Complimentary milk for the first day. Where to dispose of rubbish - there were no instructions to dispose information booklet to include . metro stations . Train station . local supermarkets . local restaurants example Pizza Pasta . Local attractions - park across the road
