- Martin (9/5): The hotel is nice with minor issues but overall a warm recommendation. - I enjoyed my stay at Lost. The Hotel has a nice interior and nice staff. The rooms were well maintained and clean. WIFI worked, but it is notoriously slow (average download speed 1MBIT), which is common in Lebanon and not particularly the fault of the hotel. During my stay, it was relatively quiet. The shower provided warm water and there were some small amenity kits. The room service tidied the room every day. The breakfast was good - not the biggest portion but a good selection + taste and nice presentation. I was satisfied. I would travel again to Hotel Lost. Some minor inconveniences and room for improvement: I did not love the pillows, as they were too hard for my taste. However, this might be different for other travelers who might love it. The bed was a bit short for me, I am 186cm and I think I could barely fit in length. The bathroom: It is directly inside the room, so there is no privacy (even the toilet) and when I showered, I tried to close the door from inside and I almost locked myself into the bathroom, as there was no handle to open the door from inside. I think the prices could be slightly lower for the quality and level of the hotel.

From the moment we arrived, Roy’s exceptional hospitality and attention to every detail made us feel genuinely cared for. His lovely wife was also so welcoming and kind, adding a personal touch that made all the difference. Anthony at the front desk was super friendly and helpful every night, and George at the Lost Bar was amazing — full of positive vibes and always ready to help. The food quality is top-notch — everything was fresh and full of flavor. The pizza was unbelievably good — even better than what I had in Italy! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of cozy energy. What makes this place truly unique is that it fits every mood, every culture, and every traveler — it’s warm, authentic, and genuinely one of a kind. Thank you all for making our honeymoon absolutely unforgettable ❤️ If you visit Beirut, don’t think twice — stay here, you’ll love every moment!

- Milica (10/5): Thank you for everyone you did for us - I must say that this hotel went more and beyond , over every expectation. I came for a long weekend with my friend, room was clean, bathroom was amazing and very retro, bed was super comfortable, and location was so good. Walking distance from downtown and also in a street with so many bars and restaurants. However, on a last night of our staying, my friend got food poisoning in one restaurant in town, she couldn’t leave the bed, Roy , manager of hotel and all stuff , they were so friendly and helpful, they even extended our check out hours for a solid amount of time. Although we wanted to pay additional day , because of all situation- he didn’t even want to hear it. Such a nice people and it felt like a home and family. For sure we are recommending this hotel and for sure I will come back for another trip! Thank you, thank you!

The room is always too cold. There’s no staff available to call if needed. Hot water wasn’t working most of the time. Not enough drinking water in the room, and no refrigerator. There’s no elevator, so I had to go up five floors. Housekeeping is always late to clean the room.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Atmosphäre – stylisch, lebendig und perfekt gelegen. Die Bar ist fantastisch, das Essen und die Drinks sind hervorragend und das Frühstück war eines der besten, die ich in Beirut hatte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Eigentlich nichts – alles war rundum gelungen. Vielleicht könnte man nur erwähnen, dass es abends durch die beliebte Bar etwas lebhafter wird, was aber auch Teil des besonderen Charmes ist.

It was all smiles from the moment I walked in—even at midnight, the staff were warm, welcoming, and happy to help. I first checked into a room on the first floor, and the window faced the street. Whenever a motorbike passed by, the noise was loud enough to wake me up. I asked to be moved away from the main street the next day, and they relocated me to the third floor. The new room was excellent, except the bathroom window let in morning light and I couldn’t cover it.

Very clean, great service, great breakfast and coffee, and convenient! We especially want to thank Anthony, for being responsive and helpful throughout our stay - including from the first day arranging a cab for us when we were stuck at the airport (!) Elie, who served us most mornings, was also great. He was friendly, and always helped us out without us having to wait much at all. Their cleaning ladies and Lost cafe staff were professional and friendly too. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Beirut!

Walking distance to downtown and to a whole lot of great little restaurants and bars around the Gemmayze. No elevator but the stairs were a blessing after all the food and drinks to be had.

The hair dryer, the kettle and few other things were left in the common area and meant to share between the guests. Also, they shouldn’t advertise that they have a pool available in the property where it is not the case.

- Maryam (8/5): - اللوكيشن حلو، والمكان حلو ب شارع جميزا، يعني كل شي حولكم .. لكن في بارات وهالشي ازمني الصراحه.. خفت بالبدايه لكن السيفتي 100% الدخله بروح و لازم كرت و لمن اصعد في باب سيفتي و لازم ابطله بالكرت بعد، عشان اقدر اوصل حق الغرفه، مافي اصنصير هالشي مُتعب ، بس التجربه حلوه جداً و جداً استمتعت بالأثاث و الشكل القديم و راح اكررها اكيد.. كل شي يمي و ما احتاج حق سياره، إذا احتاجه ممكن حق ال downtown 💙 مافي اصنصير، بارات وايد

- siham (8/5): Super pour un long week-end - L’emplacement, l’accueil et le personnel, le service, la deco tout était super Les chambres sont TRÈS bruyantes, la rue est en fête tous les jours jusque 2h du matin au moins!!!! Très difficile quand on a besoin de dormir
