- Andrea (7/5): Bien, pero esperaba más - Los departamentos son lindos, bien decorados, amplios, con buena calefacción. Además, cuentan con un espacio para realizar distintos deportes. El alojamiento no cuenta con los implemento necesarios para hacer la estadía más confortable. Cabe señalar que no tienen servicio de desayuno y el departamento solo cuenta con hervidor, tazas, platos y cubiertos. Para nuestra comodidad nos faltó un lugar donde calentar el pan del desayuno, encimera para realizar alguna preparación o calentar la comida de mi bebé (hay un microhondas en el primer piso y los departamentos están en el 2°) y lavar la loza. Además destacar que el alojamiento queda alejado de cafeterías y restaurantes.

Todo fue muy grato. Habían comentario de gente que había visitado el lugar, y ellos encontraron que el camino al llegar al lugar no estaba en buenas condiciones, en ese caso el alojamiento no tiene culpa de ello, segundo habían comentario que decían que los departamentos no tenias ciertas cosas como cocina o algo donde lavar las tazas, si buscaban algo así, no deberían buscar ese tipo de alojamiento si quieren todo al alcance, vayan a un hotel o vean bien la descripción, no me gusto esos comentarios. ya que e lugar cuenta con todo lo que buscas y esta muy lindo 100% recomendable

The pool and courts were excellent and grounds beautiful and well kept They had 4 big dogs in dog houses right next to our room which made sleep difficult with all the barking. Thankfully they must had realized before we could put a complain since the staff showed up at midnight to relocate the dogs far from our room

- Judith (8/5): Large apartment a few miles east of Chillan - The apartment was large and comfortable. The swimming pool was nice. The staff were friendly. The location is unusual, in a kind of estate of private houses. We had great trouble finding it. The kitchen was not very well equipped.

- Roberto (10/5): Great property, if in out of the way location when traveling on highway 5, Chile. - Once we arrived at the property everything was top notch. Host was very pleasant and accommodating in every respect. Breakfast was not included in quote, however when I inquired from host as to where we could find a place to have it, he immediately said that he would provide. Next morning his mother presented us with freshly baked, gluten free bread, eggs, arepas and great coffee. All with a smile in her face. Location of property is very hard to find through the use of given address, it took contacts with host to find the property and then only with his personal guidance. I would suggest that hosts list his property as near "University Adventista de Chillan" from there GOOGLE GPS should be able to guide future guests to this wonderful host and property.
