Dang Nghia (1/5): - Đặt phòng từ trưa, được xác nhận từ Booking và không nhận được cuộc gọi nào từ phía cho thuê. Tưởng đâu mọi thứ ổn rồi. Nhưng đến 4, 5h chiều, phía cho thuê gọi lại báo ko còn phòng, và đưa ra offer khác. Sau khi thỏa thuận, đồng ý và chuyển cọc, nửa tiếng sau, phía cho thuê tiếp tục báo lại phòng cũng không còn vì chủ đã cho thuê và yêu cầu trả cọc lại. Cho dù là lỗi từ booking hay phía cho thuê, nhưng cách làm việc cực kỳ bất ổn và ép khách vào giờ chót này khiến cả đoàn mình phải chạy như vịt để kiếm một chỗ lưu trú khác. Một cảm giác khá tồi tệ và bực mình.
