• tomas (1/5): Never more -worth experience from South Africa - Our stay managed by Opulentia Holiday Letting was highly problematic due to major operational and health failures: Access Failure: The digital check-in system failed completely. We were locked out in the dark for over 60 minutes with no assistance from the host. Zero Privacy: The window blinds facing the public staircase were broken, leaving the inside of the apartment completely exposed. The host refused a face-to-face meeting to log a reclamation. Health Hazard: The unit is infested with pests. I was severely bitten over my entire body and developed a fever. Verbal Abuse: When requesting a resolution, the owner became extremely hostile and subjected my spouse to illegal racial slurs over the phone. Lack of Transparency: The host refused to issue a legal tax invoice, deleted the WhatsApp communication history, and changed their number.

• Narayan (6/5): - I liked the location it's close to everything and there's alot of things to do. I also felt very safe there. It's neat a place for on the go people it is only for 2 people max I feel ..couch was the best part of it There are alot of cupboard space in the bedroom I like to say this is a place I stayed at twice ..second time not too great but still good. 1. States there's a hairdryer but there is no hairdryer so note that. 2. No toilet paper on arrival, don't expect it it's not consistent ..first time I stayed here there was toilet paper now there wasn't any. 3. It is a self catering place so cooking can be done but there is barely any space for groceries not the hosts fault just letting you know it's not somewhere you can buy alot of things and store for a long time. 4. The door to the bedroom has a door stop in the middle of the walkway not very practical infact a hazard my wife stubbed her toe so badly ..so be aware of the door stopper. 5. Remote batteries was very annoying they weren't working when we arrived had to switch it with the aircon remote luckily it was chilly so didn't need to aircon that much. 6. WiFi went off towards the end of our stay. It's a good place very clean thou..that was nice ..but I wouldn't stay here for long periods of time more of a weekend getaway or if I needed to do business in the area

• Nicole (7/5): Comfortable and relaxing - It was very convenient shops and everything you need is close by. Belinda was very helpful we need an extra plug and within 15 minutes she bought one and delivered it to us. Great service It needs to be cleaned more mat and couches was very dusty and the daily check out systems with a pin is inconvenient perhaps giving a card to visitors that’s valid for their time they stay there would be much more efficient . Only 6 pins a day it’s like you limited to entry and exiting.

• Daniel (8/5): Overall a good holiday stay with minor adjustments which could make a world of difference. - We specifically enjoyed that the apartment was pretty central to most areas. We enjoyed the connivence of the set up with no disturbances. My partner and I just had an issue with mold that had been developing in the bathroom although we didn’t spend a lot of time in the bathroom it was still a concern for health reasons. We would have appreciated maybe another set of towels for the unit considering the amount of time we were there for. As well as maybe some chairs we could have used to sit on the balcony. Cutlery was also an issue as some of the utensils were very fragile or dirty. The Braai should also be cleaned a bit more extensively before tenants enter the unit.

• Aaron (8/5): - Great location, with amazing amenities, few minutes to the malls/shopping centre. Oh and Thompson and willard beach are just +-7min away. Braai area on the balcony is super convenient. Host provided enough codes everyday to enter and exit. Air freshener wasn’t provided for the bathroom 🤦🏿‍♂️ and chairs and table for the balcony could be convenient for when you braai, or for just relaxing.

• Narayan (7/5): Good Stuff - I liked the safety of the place ..it's in an estate and very safe ..it's also very central to everything ..it's spacious ..it was clean ..couch was very comfortable ..they had everything you need ..soap ..towels..TV..extra blankets ..host was very responsive and always did their best to inform me of things ..I like that they had toilet paper provided ..most places I've stayed in only had one I didn't like that the wifi didn't work the first night we were there .. The pots weren't clean on the inside I had to scrub out all the old stuff before cooking The beddings had some stains on it small ones ..

We had double parking. We loved it so much. Checking in and locating our block unit was a bit difficult but with the help of the host we managed to get through that difficult situation. Also had a situation where a dog wanted to bite me at the parking lot, I felt a bit uncomfortable.

• Du (8/5): Very good - The place was beautiful, clean, free wifi. I would just put sharp knives and forks in the place. Scissors was blunt, pots are old and stick. No outside chairs, had to go buy camp chairs and also no table outside so if you want to braai, you need seating outside. Otherwise, beautiful place.

• Takalani (3/5): Couldn’t wait to get out of the place,we just checked out at zimbali on that day and needed a place - We checked in at 3pm and checked out at 6pm on the very same day,we spent only 3hours in the property as we had a flight to catch at 8pm,it was a hasty decision which we took with my husband as we didn’t have a place to hang around till the time for our flight,we decided to cancel the booking immediately after we had made the booking,we requested booking com to ask the owner to waive the accommodation fee but we were unfortunate as our request was not met even though the owner was aware that we not even going to spend the night there,so we paid the full price just to be at the place for three hours,early check in request was also refused,we found the keys at the door,door was not located,thank God that we didn’t spend the night as we didn’t like the smell of the apartment,the microwave was not clean,the place looked like someone was on the rush when cleaning it It’s not a big place,which makes it easier to clean,maybe also use detergents like domestos,for a fresh smell,also if you could keep packets of sugar and tea,hand washing in the bathroom will also do

• Pennelope (8/5): Very good - The unit was clean and had everything at our disposal. It was quiet and peaceful. The bed was poor quality. It was uncomfortable. The planks made the mattress uncomfortable and made sleeping an issue.

• Chenise (10/5): Beautiful peaceful place - The first thing that got my attention was the lovely scent when I opened the door. The unit was so clean and neat exactly like the pictures. Perfect for a couple, especially if you looking to get away from the busy life and relax. The host was great, very friendly and kind and when above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The mall is like a minute away and which was so convenient. Great place will definitely be back Not really a major thing, but the bed was a bit too low and soft for my liking everything else was perfect.
