• Helen (9/5): On the whole enjoyed our stay, been to Sunflower before - favourite area - Location is good, nice and peaceful, short walk to shops Little more attention to decor could be made, Main bedroom bedside tables odd & small, only one bedside light (small), curtains don't fit and bit worn, no dressing table or shelf, nowhere to put vanity bits 2nd bedroom - curtains odd The doors don't shut.... bedrooms don't matter but bathroom should A clock would be nice

• Katarzyna (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt. - Bardzo przestronny apartament. Zaleta jest druga toaleta. Bardzo duzy taras z widokiem na ocean. Bardzo duzy basen z morska woda. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Bez problemu mozna znalezc miejsce parkinkowe. Juraj byl bardzo pomocny i kontaktowy :) Polecam ten apartament.

• Rudi (8/5): Fijne accommodatie, net buiten de drukte maar toch alles in de buurt. - Fijn en groot terras, goede locatie. De keuken is wat minder praktisch ingericht. Je kan moeilijk bij de spoelbak. Een aantal dingen zijn toe aan vervanging en/of een opknapbeurt.

• Madeline (8/5): Lovely stay, thank you :) - Spacious apartment in a quiet location, but within walking distance to the small town. A big terrace, lovely good sized pool with plenty of sunbeds, which was never too busy. Other people staying there/apartment owners all relaxed and considerate. It was well equipped, clean, with everything needed for a self catering stay. Including lots of towels, hairdryer, cleaning supplies and stuff for cooking. Host Oksana was very nice and arrived in good time for keys. It's possible to book with them directly. There is no air conditioning although there are ceiling fans. It would be helpful to have an extra set of keys for the building for getting into the pool Unexpected cash deposit was needed although there was no issue with the return at the end.
• Una (9/5): Super Apartment mit großem Pool - Im Apartment findet man alles, was für das tägliche Leben benötigt wird - Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, viel Platz zum Verstauen, 2 Sonnenschirme für Strand und Pool. In der Küche sind Öl, Essig, viele Gewürze, der erste Kaffee und eine Flasche zum Anstoßen vorhanden. Der Pool ist genial- sehr groß, tief und immer genügend Platz zum Schwimmen oder Planschen. Außerdem ist die Playa de la Arena mit Kindern fußläufig in 10 min zu erreichen, die kleinen Strände und Naturpools von Alcala in 30 min auf der Promenade direkt am Meer. Mercadona ist 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt, man hat einen gut gelegenen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Unser Ansprechpartner Jurai war immer erreichbar und hat gleich geantwortet, auch die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Apartment sehr empfehlen. Unser 3. Kind schlief im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch, dort wären Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln, wie in den beiden Schlafzimmern, sinnvoll.

• Lesley (5/5): Not as nice as we expected - Location was okay as we know the area Lack of kitchen utilities. Even some basic things weren’t there. Not very clean ( crumbs on top of fridge), bits on floor We had some issues with enjoy Tenerife who were the host company. Work started on the apartment above us and was very noisy from 8.00 am until 4 including Saturday. They were using power tools early in the morning. This meant we had to go out to avoid the noise. Not the holiday we had planned. Lack of response from enjoy tenerife on compensation. We had to leave early due to a family illness and we had a lot of problems returning the keys. In fact, we had no response from them and had to leave keys under the door. Since found out our contact had left the company. Very disappointed overall.
• Irina (9/5): Superb - Very nice, spacious and clean apartment. I especially liked the big terrace and that the kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed for cooking. Plus the fact that it had beach & sand toys, a step-stool and a child toilet seat, all very helpful when travelling with kids. The bed was not very comfortable

• Christine (10/5): A pleasant escape from the UK November weather. - We liked the space on offer at the two bedroom apartment which suited us as two friends but could equally suit a family or two couples. The additional toilet and washbasin in the laundry area would be a bonus if occupied by four people and there was plenty of seating space for eating and relaxing in the apartment and on the balcony. Both bedrooms were of a good size and we found there to be plenty of storage space. The apartment was extremely well equipped for cooking meals with plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. We had some meals out and some in the apartment. It was nice to feel that we could do the latter after some wonderful walking in the National Park. There was also plenty of cleaning equipment. The balcony got sun at intervals during the day but not constantly throughout the day which was a bonus as it gave a shady place to sit when we vacated the extremely sunny and wonderful private pool and pool area less than one minute walk from the apartment itself. (The apartment provided a sun umbrella - plenty of loungers and umbrella bases were provided at the pool area) We liked that there was always ample space at the time of our stay and the large pool was often deserted. Gorgeous Whilst it does not have A/C, the fact that it is not in full sun, plus being able to open windows at both the back and front of the apartment kept the areas cool enough even when the outside temperatures were touching 30degrees. There was a fan in one of the bedrooms which would have been essential if the temperatures had been much higher. Our host was available quickly by WhatsApp /phone to answer our one question during our stay and instructions as to the destination and actual location of the apartment block were well communicated. A walk of around 5-10 minutes took us to a supermarket and a few more minutes further to the beach and lots of restaurants. Nothing really - we had a really very comfortable stay.
• Mercedes (10/5): Wonderful apartment, well located and great host. - Our plane had an hour delay and we had problems getting our rental car, but Lukas, the owner, went out of his way to make sure we got the keys even if it was way past the check in time. He kept in contact by phone until we met and gave me the apartment keys. When we came into the apartment we loved the looks of it! There was also a complimentary bottle of wine and potato chips, and the cupboard was well sorted with seasonings, tea, coffee salt and sugar, so if you want to cook you don't need to buy them. There's free WiFi, cable tv and Netflix. The apartment is close to a black sand beach and to Los Gigantes and there are shops, restaurants, grocery stores and a supermarket within 2 km from it We highly recommend it and would not hesitate to stay with the if we come back to the island. Thank you so much for helping us have a wonderful experience. There are a few details that need fixing but that don't compromise the quality of the service or of the apartment. For example, the toilet in the main bathroom moves a bit when you sit and the flush needs to be checked, in the balcony two of the chairs need covering since the semi leather upholstery is peeling, and you almost need to slam the entrance door to close it when you leave the apartment. Other than that I didn't find anything wrong with the apartment.

• Robert (9/5): A lovely apartment with balcony and swimming pool in the south of Tenerife - We liked the location, the apartment is very comfortable with plenty of natural light and we loved spending time on the spacious balcony. We also liked the communication with the owner Oksana, any questions were answered and resolved very quickly and her timekeeping is excellent. We liked everything, the only suggestion would be that we could have done with some additional crockery in the kitchen.
