Lorena (10/5): Such a lovely place, warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully done. - We had a great stay here. The cabin was cozy, stylish, and felt brand new. It was snowing when we arrived, and walking into a warm, comfortable space made it even better. You can really tell everything was done with care and quality.

Mallory (10/5): - Really enjoyed this stay. Wish the directions for the fireplace were more clear, as we couldn't start it since there were no instructions for a particular part, and there also was no shampoo, which was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, the stay was great. They had a delicious breakfast that they happened to be doing which as really nice and the bedding was very comfortable. Amenities were great. Will be back for sure.

We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the porch. A little of the expensive side. Wish there was a store and/or restaurant on site.

Deborah (6/5): Pleasant quiet self-contained unit in a newly developed setting with good tiny kitchen & porch. - The unit was very clean. The blind control worked. All the appliances worked. The landscaped path between units was cute and the porch fire-pit was a nice touch. The bedside lamps were good. The property night-safety lighting was really bright inside the unit., The unit stairs were very steep, The toilet was set quite high, and was therefor uncomfortable to use. The Staff didn't know about the trail advertised as having a connection to the property. The AC/Heating unit seemed to be always on warm and so it was hard to sleep at night. Neither of the beds were particularly comfortable - soft and unsupportive.

We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and walking on the bike paths to downtown Truckee. These are a bit on the expensive side, but worth a few days. The landscaping they are working on is going to be nice when it fills out. We would stay here again.
Jessie (7/5): Cute. Not worth the price. - They were new and nice on the inside. Good size shower. The couch smelled like urine- we had to switch out the pillows. The dryer took hours to dry the clothes. It was just a bit too small (I hated the steep/slippery stairs)

Jim (9/5): Wonderful New Space / Very Clean / Ultra Modern - - This is premanufactured Tiny home is within a campground / RV Park. The home has the latest modern amenities that give a vision of living in the future. Good free wi-fi. Close to historic downtown Truckee ~ 1 mile. There is easy highway access to I-80 without hearing highway noise. Very clean, it's a great large space for a single person. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Beds took up most of the space in both bedrooms - i.e., difficult to walk around the beds. The advanced modern home features were a bit over the top for me personally but found it very easy to not use wi-fi washer / dryer / fridge feature etc. Second bedroom is a loft with low ceiling.

Ethan (10/5): Modern cabin, much better than a hotel room. - Great modern cabin. Very efficient use of space, kitchen had pots and skillets supplied, everything was clean and new. Kids had a great time in the upstairs loft (would be a little cramped for adults though). Patio area was a good spot for leaving ski equipment to air out, or hang out with decorative (gas) fire pit.

Julie (9/5): Lovely Modern and comfortable tiny house easy access fte 80 and to all the Truckee spots - Super cute and modern tiny house with great amenities. The huge windows gave us great views of the sky, trees and snow. Check in was super easy, snow removal much appreciated and the cabin was mostly comfortable. The upstairs bedroom has a 4ft ceiling so difficult for adults and the compressor unit is right outside the bed so if you hate white noise be warned! It’s noisy. All appliances are brand new and work great once you figure out the stove top. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

So happy we found this place and will definitely be back again! Highly recommended for couples, small groups or families!

Rosa (10/5): - Contemporary and new prefab style cabin for our stay in the ski week perfectly. High end appliances, cookware and best use of the sqf to fit 4 ppl total. Though it's in a mobile home and RV park, it's quiet and safe.
Penne (8/5): Perfect location, nice amenities - These are new "cabins", they feature top-notch designer appliances (Bosch) and bathroom features like heated floors make a person feel special. They are for sale (I read somewhere $450k!), it looks like maybe they're renting them out in the meantime. It doesn't matter, they were perfect for our needs, but we were shocked at the sticker (sales) price. Snow removal (guy with a shovel) starts early, so don't expect to sleep in. We appreciated the clear walkways. Some reviewers complain this is an RV Park. I grew up in Florida where RV Parks are Joe Dirt communities. These RVs cost most than my San Francisco apartment! They are nice, the community is spotless, and the people were very friendly. We felt this place was over-priced for what it was. Also, be prepared to be hit with a slew of emails. It made it hard to find the really important email needed for checking in! I just counted 20 in one week, telling us about snow in Flagstaff?! Oof. It took about 6 hours for the space to heat up. Because it has a loft, the ceilings are very high. All the heat went to that space first, leaving us in our winter gear for much of the night while the loft space sleeping area was an oven. They should install ceiling fans to move the heat around. No extra towels or blankets. I feel they should stock extras, especially in winter. There's a coffee table with storage, we thought maybe the blankets were in there. I think that would be a value-add. There is a washer and drier but they are right next to the TV. Seating on the couch for three, no other lounge space for movie night. Toaster was broken, we didn't call it in. I feel confident they'd replace it if we did. Community Center closes at 5. We hoped to use that space to play a board game or two, the space looked inviting (and warm). When we did, it was being used for a private party. WHAT? Ok. If you have a large group of well-off friends or family this would be a perfect opp to rent several units as the patios with the firepits face one another and there's a great play space for the kids. Bring your own extra blankets.

I would definitely want to come back if it was chea - I liked the modern cabin feel, how close it was to downtown Truckee and the privacy for each cabin. I didn’t like that there was no cooking oil to cook food with and the microwave did not work.

Bridget (4/5): cold and noisy exhaust fans - The place was nice looking but freezing (the heat pump in the living room did little to heat it up). The constantly starting and stopping fans (allowing the house to "breathe", according to the brochure) in the walls made too much noise at night - they were loud and could not apparently be turned off. The cabin is very tiny - cozy or claustrophobic depending on your expectation. I got very little sleep due to the noise level.

There were some communication issues, ie never did get a response to a message sent a week or two before the reservation, and got text alerts that I would get emails that I did not receive re how to check in. Called and was told that was an issue that they were aware of. There seems to be some variability as a friend’s unit of the same room category was amazing, whereas ours had some broken cabinets and no upgraded touches. Overall, convenient location and not a bad place to stay in Tahoe

The bathroom sink leaked significantly when we turned on the faucet, flooding the floor. We also couldn't light the fire pit the first night. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach anyone for assistance after 5 pm. We did appreciate that the issues were promptly resolved after we visited the office the next morning. Perhaps improving communication channels after hours would be beneficial."
Jorge (10/5): Great getaway - It was a really nice cabin it had everything one needs. The bathroom had heated floors and a defogging mirror. The main room was small but really cozy. The living room had a tv with many channels included that made watching a movie really easy. The washer and dryer were a big plus. We didn’t bring back any dirty laundry. The kitchen area had everything to make cooking fun and fast with a good size refrigerator to keep snacks and drinks fresh. Overall it was a real pleasant stay, so much so that we already booked our next trip.
