• Tereza (9/5): Pěkné místo, čistý a uklizený apartmán, blízko centra. - S ubytováním jsem byla velmi spokojená, vše bylo čisté uklizené, instrukce pro check-in i check-out byly srozumitelné a jasné. Také parkování bylo v pořádku (i když za příplatek). V okolí bylo možné také nabít elektromobil. Jediné, co mě trochu rušilo bylo větrání v kooupelně, které se nejspíše samo od sebe v pravidelných intervalech zapínalo a to i v noci. Nedokázala jsem jej vypnout a trochu mě to rušilo při usínání, ale nebylo to nic hrozného.

• dafco (9/5): Păcat de apartament... În rest DEZASTRUL!!! - Apartament curat, arata ca în poze Serviciu de recepție online, este foarte, foarte rău. Am avut probleme sa găsesc locația (este foarte greu de găsit ) și mi-au răspuns după 2 ore. Și când am întrebat de locul de parcare, pentru care am plătit 15 euro în plus, mi-au dat un cod care nu s-a potrivit, după mai mult de o ora mi-au dat altul... Nici un cod nu s-a potrivit și după aceaia nu mi-a mai răspuns nimeni, nici mail, nici la telefon pana dimineață asta fiind în jur de ora 21:00 Dacă vreți sa va stricați vacanta închiriați aici un loc de cazare !!! Atenție pe strada dacă parchezi și nu ai aplicație sau sa rogi un localnic să-ți plătească el la pacomat parcare, riscul de amenda este de 95%
• Pavel Kiryagin (8/5): - The apartment was tastefully decorated; everything looked great. The apartment had everything we needed, right down to detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. The location isn’t bad, but it’s still a bit far from the very center. There’s a SPAR supermarket right across the street. The entry procedure is quite complicated—it involves three steps. First, you enter a code for the front door, then there’s a code to open the door where the keys are kept, and there you have to find your apartment number and enter a third code to get the keys. But the instructions we received were clear enough, and we managed to complete this little quest and get the keys :) Please note that if you start entering the wrong code at the front door, you have to reset everything back to the beginning and only then start entering the code again A couple of light bulbs weren't working, but it wasn't very noticeable

• Ignacz (10/5): Great apartments - We have booked spirit apartments many times before and can't fault it. It's always the easiest to get to, modern , clean, communication is straightforward, spacious, close to amenities, well equipped. We will return when in the city. There were no issues so far. Just great.

• Ejder (9/5): Gayet güzel - Daireye bize gönderilen maildeki yönlendirmelerle giriş yaptık. İkinci kapıdan girdikten sonra B bloğu bulmak için bir yönlendirme tabelası düşünülebilir. Dairede ütüden çamaşır makinasına kadar ihtiyaç duyacağınız her şey vardı ve gayet temizdi. Konum olarak tramvay durağına ve Tuna nehrine çok yakın, turistik yerlere çok uzak değil. Teşekkür ederim. Her şey güzeldi.

• Zsuzsanna (7/5): Nagyon jó helyen van, könnyen tudtunk közlekedni, csendes, tiszta. - Okos lakás és ehhez nem kaőtunk kellő tájékoztatást: pl a sötétítő használata csak egy szobában tudtuk mozgatni a redőnyt. Tv csak egy dísz, egy csatornát sem tudtunk elővarázsolni.

• Ágota (8/5): Kellemes szállás, kedvező áron - Szép, modern lakás. Egyszerű bejutás hála a részletes instrukcióknak. Minden felszerelés megvolt amire szükségünk lehetett, beleérte mosógép és vasaló. Sajnos egy elég zajos utcában van, mivel közvetlenül a ház előtt jár a villamos. Ez nem a szállás hibája, viszont aki a csendhez van szokva annak jó erre felkészülnie, esetleg füldugót vásárolnia.
• Ilona (10/5): - MInden tetszett - tiszta, jól felszerelt, könnyen elérhető. A párnák nem voltak kényelmesek, bár a párnák mennyisége (2 db) jó.
• Nóra (9/5): Tiszta, rendezett, modern és jól felszerelt szállás. - Tiszta és rendezett apartman, a képeken látható módon. A konyha rész nagyon tetszett, bàr nem használtuk. Volt bekészítve kávé kapszula, cukor, mosogató- és mosógép kapszula, tusfürdő, gyakorlatilag minden volt. Nagyon jó ár-érték arány. Csendes, rendezett környezet, alatta parkoló. Nagyon modern kivitelezés. Elégedettek vagyunk. Egyetlen dolog: az ágy nem volt a legkényelmesebb. A közepe kissé be volt süppedve és borzasztóan nyikorgott.

• Anna (10/5): I'll definitely stay here again once I'm back in Budapest - A truly wonderful apartment! It exceeded our expectations! It’s spacious, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The large balcony was a great bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. It's located a bit far from the city center, but the tram station is nearby (about 5 min walk)
• Bea (7/5): - Jó elhelyezkedés , rugalmas bejutás az apartmanba Tisztaság nem volt a legmegfelelőbb . A villamos percenként jár el az ablak alatt és emiatt nagyon hangos , nem lehet aludni . Az ágy rém kényelmetlen , kifeküdt . Van tv, de minek ? Egyetlen csatorna sincs rajta .

• Pedro (10/5): Fue una estadía comoda con lugares cercas para tomar transporte y mercar asi que está muy bien ubicada. Recomendada esta - El acceso, la limpieza y las instalaciones. El acceso fue sencillo y las amenidades de la cocina y lavandería fueron excelentes. La cama suena demasiado cuando te mueves.
• Dóra (7/5): Nagy lehetőségek, tisztaság hiánya - Jó lokacio, igényes épületben. A szallasado elérhetősége is remek volt Igénytelenség és kosz volt sajnos. A szemet ott volt hagyva, felmosva nem volt az apartmanban, sőt sajnos meg a toalett is úgy maradt ahogy az előző vendég hagyta. Kár, pedig egy szép apartmanrol van szó, ahol kellemesebben is el tudtuk volna tölteni az időt.

• Jacek (9/5): Majówka w Budapeszcie - Wynajmowałem dwa mieszkania, oba były bardzo czyste i dobrze przystosowane do wypoczynku po zwiedzaniu miasta. Korzystałem również z parkingu podziemnego. Po przeciwnej stronie ulicy był sklep całodobowy i piekarnia. Komunikacja miejska również była nie daleko, 10 minut do metra i około 7 minut do tramwajów. Jedno mieszkanie miało odpowiednią ilość wyposażenia kuchennego, a drugie niestety miało braki - tylko dwa kubki do herbaty, brak kieliszkow. Mieszkania były w różnych budynkach, szkoda że nie bliżej siebie.

• Lina (10/5): - Clean, tidy, spacious, everything you need for a short stay. The bed in one bedroom creaked.
• Dilyan (8/5): - The location of the apartment complex is perfect, just a short walk or a few metro stops from the sightseeing locations. Very clean and quiet complex. Underground parking and trash room where very good. Only thing was the baby crib that has some frame damage in the bottom side structure. This caused it to sag a little bit. Parking remote did not work for us, so we were standing on the street for a couple of minutes trying to figure out what to do and contacted the owners. They replied to us 3 hours later saying we should use the inside panel of the garage to open the gate. We did that in advance but it was inconvenient how long it too to reply.

• Dominik (10/5): Para w Budapeszcie - Spokojna okolica w pobliżu pętla tramwajowa linii nr 2. Pokoje czyste, nowoczesne, bez zastrzeżeń, pełne zaopatrzenie. W pobliżu sklep 24h co bardzo ułatwia wczesne i późne zakupy spożywcze oraz drogeria i piekarnia.

Comfortable Apartment - On the plus side, the apartment was spotless, well laid out, plenty storage space and located within a quiet block, only a few minutes walk to Aldi, Tesco, Spar supermarkets, and the Metro for the airport and sightseeing. There is a lovely welcoming bar right opposite the Apartment block. The security to reach the apartment is really welcoming. The management team are always readily available via booking.com messages, and hugely polite, decent sounding people. The cleaner was hugely respectful of belongings when going about her business. Sadly, there is much work to be done in what we see as far better organisation to keep the apartment better maintained, which in itself is superbly sized and laid out, with an excellent double bed and equally comfortable sofa bed. However, a beside light socket was faulty. No sheets were provided for the Sofa bed (we recieved them on day two!). No Beer or wine glasses were provided (were told they do not provide beer glasses, so furnished us with extra large wine glasses!). The freezer Ice box was completely packed solid with ice to no use (we asked this be sorted, which was not, therefore we had to clear it out ourselves!). No instructions for the washing machine. No additional refuse bags provided. Not nearly sufficient dishwasher and washing machine tablets provided. The shower had a real bad odour coming from the drain and no where to place soap etc, no shower tray!. The Oven was in a filthy state from previous occupants (and was not cleaned despite our request!). There were no teaspoons, only 2 knives, no dishes for salads etc. No hot water in the toilet sink (the hot water inlet isolator was turned off, to which we had to locate and sort out!). No oven glove. Toilet brush was broken. Kitchen sink unit was actually loose in the worktop. An electrical socket in the living room/kitchen area was loose from the wall!. The bedroom blinds operation controls were not readily apparent. ....Essentially our list of defects, confirm the company need to get far better organised in how they check-in and check-out customers, thus ensuring a complete inventory is checked thoroughly every time, and not simply left to a cleaner. We reported every defect the instant upon finding. We only wish the team had jumped on every finding and not until following our departure. The big question however, Would we use this company again, staggeringly YES, but only if they sorted out their handover check routines, and got better organised in swiftly repairing defects the instant reported.

• Andrea (7/5): Jobbra számítottam - Nagyon modern, szépen berendezett lakás, csendes, jó környéken. Egy tisztasági festés igazán ráférne mára falakra, tv adás nincs, a kávéfőző nem működött, az ágy kicsi volt két főnek, kicsit jobban is odafigyelhetnének a takarításra (ne maradjanak szőrszálak a mosdóban).

La limpieza y el estado, llegamos a las 23:00 horas y nuestra sorpresa fue que no habían limpiado la habitación, la cama estaba llena de pelos y no todos de Cabeza, el baño exactamente igual, hicimos fotos de todo, un espejo que debía estar en la habitación estaba en el suelo en una esquina del comedor, una lampara de la mesita estaba rota y los cristales por el suelo de la habitación, después de quitar los pelos de la cama con un roll on que llevábamos y hacer la queja a la mañana siguiente vinieron a " limpiar " cambiaron sábanas y toallas pero los cristales de la lampara se quedaron debajo de la cama, hicimos fotos, la señora de la limpieza debió pensar que el roll on era del apartamento y se lo llevó, el grifo de la cocina estaba totalmente suelto, la verdad és que es una pena ir a un apartamento tan moderno y bonito y que pasen estás cosas.

• Mihály (8/5): Ár/érték arányban verhetetlen. - A lakás nagyon szép, az elhelyezkedése is jó. Szomorú, hogy az olyan apróságokra nem figyelnek egy ilyen szép lakás esetén, mint hogy a zuhanykabin ajtaja nem záródik be, nekem kellett a görgőket a helyükre raknom, hogy használható legyen és összezárjon. A mosogató csaptelepe annyira ki van lazulva, hogy 10 centit mozog jobbra-balra. Pedig nagyon szép, hangulatos, ízlésesen berendezett lakás, a tulajdonosnak az üzemeltetők körmére kellene nézni kicsit.

• Melisa (5/5): Spacious, but it needs to be thoroughly cleaned. - Very affordable. Conveniently located near the tram, metro, and shopping. Equipped with exterior shutters for complete blackout. Includes a washer/dryer and a balcony. The place was dirty, like, really dirty, with dirt on the walls, and some of the electrical sockets were falling out. We bought various cleaning supplies on the first day we checked in to clean. The bathroom vent kept turning on by itself, which was quite noisy and made it difficult to fall asleep.
• kasiaa.22 (10/5): - Bardzo ładny apartament z wszystkim co potrzeba. Idealny na wyjazd ze znajomymi ale tez i dla rodzin. Wszytsko jasno wytłumaczone. Były lekkie szkody które nie wpływały na komfort. Troszkę był hałas jak przejeżdżały tramwaje ale można się przyzwyczaić
• Roy Kolar (9/5): Value Apartment with Balcony - Excellent communication from the management company. Spacious apartment with large beds. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Two grocery stores within 3 blocks. Quiet complex. Safe with door security. LARGE balcony. ❤️ The apartment had almost everything you would need for a stay. The only negatives for me were no frying pan (but pots provided), the switch on the hotpot was broken (turned on/off by unplugging, and a shower curtain would be nice to prevent water splattering on the bathroom floor (my mobility issues prevented me from opting for a tub bath).

Vissza mentünk érte és átvettük! Nem volt dugóhúzó sajnos és a kávéfőző nem működöt
