- Sadie (10/5): The most incredible place in the most beautiful location - Everything ❤️ the place was spotless. The towels smelt lovely and so did the bed linen. The kitchen had everything apart from Prosecco glasses that I had to purchase. The view is incredible. We had a real pinch me moment sitting watching the world go by. Such a beautiful place in the most beautiful location. The rock point pub is our favourite and the food is incredible. Will definitely be returning. Nothing

- april (3/5): A huge disappointment due to the housekeeping, Not the relaxing break we desperatley needed - Great location & fabulous views All bed & bathroom laundry had been put in corner by the previous customer, bud sadly they were still there. The bed had not been made up, no clean towels in the bathroom, the bathroom bin not emptied, only 1 loo roll.
The kitchen sink had food in the plug hole, left over food still in fridge, the ice box in the fridge too full of ice to put anything in.
I ended up making the beds & doing the bathroom from the items I found in the airing cupboard & sorting out the other bits.
Nothing was folded in the airing cupboard & I sorted the kitchen.
Contacted the host from the number found in the informative folder, who explained she would look into it, photos were provided, but we have not had a response since.
There was severe rain the following day (no problem), but a massive damp patch on the wall above 2 electric sockets. Sadly by that time I'd given up.
- Andy (9/5): Fabulous apartment and location. - The apartment was a good size with fantastic views. Great location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very comfy, we absolutely loved it. Nothing, we had a great trip and would love to return.
- diane (9/5): High Tides - Amazing location with brilliant views!
- Elizabeth (7/5): We had a lovely time at High Tides because the location was stunning. Didnt feel it was value for money however given th - Fantastic central location and wonderful views. Some things not cleaned well (egg on table cloth, sink sieve not clean, faeces left splashed in toilet). Very low quality bedding.

- Naomi (9/5): The views are stunning - The views were amazing and lovely to have a treat box ! Great location loved it! Really made our stay
- Mark (9/5): -
- Alan (10/5): - Such a lovely place to stay, the views must be one of the best in Lyme Regis. Everything we needed. Parking and shops nearby.
- joanne (9/5): We loved it !! Such a nice town too - Location and apartment with ocean views outstanding ! Throw rugs dangerous ( slide around especially at front door .
- Aina (10/5): An absolute delight! - Perfect location- brilliant perspective- so lovely to look out and see the sea and hear the wash.
I couldn’t recommend this flat highly enough - so close to the beach and all amenities- a joy. Nothing- at a struggle - a bath.

- Wendy (9/5): Relaxing and comfortable. - The location was amazing being amongst the shops and so close to the seafront. The views from all the windows were fabulous. The apartment was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with a real coastal feeling. The bed was comfy, the shower was excellent.. There were lots of extras which are so handy in a self catering apartment i.e. salt and pepper, scourer, washing up liquid and toiletries. It was difficult to fault! I know you can't do anything about the seagulls but it was a shame that the windows were all a victim to seagull poop.
- Nikki (10/5): Great place to chill by the sea. - Excellent location, spacious apartment great views Nothing
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location. Beautiful views. Spotlessly clean. No parking but there's an NCP car park 2 mins walk from the apartment. With the app, you can top up the parking from the beach! Cost £12.95 for each 24 hours. Nothing!!!
- Mark (10/5): Looking forward to the next visit. - Brilliant location. Spotlessly clean and central for Lyme. Couldn’t be better.
- Jl (9/5): Superb - Really good location with fantastic views across the bay to the cobb. Although very central for shops cafés and pubs it was very quiet.
The accommodation was clean and had provisions and amenities as described.
The property having an historical connection to Jane Austen was a bonus. The step up to the WC in the bathroom could be hazardous.
- Linda (7/5): Good - Great position, fabulous views, very clean accommodation No parking info supplied had to ring host to find out nearest car park. Needed clearer directions to premises some landmarks would have been helpful. Had key issues both on arrival and departure with security box.
Windows in apartment covered in bird poo.
Plumbing during night noisy.
No washing up liquid supplied.
Settees were uncomfortable and also bed it was very low.
- Andrew (10/5): Excellent property - Great location and superb views Nothing
- Richard (10/5): Fantasitc location with fabulous views. Convenient for everything that Lyme has to offer. - The location is fantastic. Stunning views from every window. All good. Very minor point - could do with a full length mirror.
- Lawrence (10/5): We loved our time in Lyme Regis and this property made the stay even more enjoyable. - Excellent location and outlook. We were not there long enough!
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (8/5): Beautiful apartment with incredible views - Beautifully decorated apartment & amazing views of the Cobb/harbour & beach from the windows. There was some confusion over our booking & when we arrived the bed wasn’t fully made up however this was rectified the next day.The only disappointing thing was that there were marks on the bath towel & the tea towel although clean was full of old stains.I think in a property of this high standard they either need replacing or washing at a higher temperature possibly.
- Joanna (8/5): Beautiful place central to the town stunning views of the sea - Instructions clear and easy to follow The instructions and information regarding the heating and towel rail as although heating was not required during the day in the evening it was chilly as well as a need to dry towels. An electrician was supposed to attend but didn’t and the issue was left mid air really as suddenly the heating came on in the middle of the night ….. this was the only issue
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (9/5): Comfortable stay at perfect location - Amazing location overlooking the beach with views of the gardens and across to the Cobb. Right in the heart of town. Nothing
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing views, location and all around wonderful stay in a beautiful town. Nothing to note
- Alan (10/5): Great location. Amazing views. Lovely modern and clean apartment -
- Karen (8/5): Very good - Fab location, Amazing view really sells this apartment. There’s a coffee machine with pods, spacious and nicely furnished. Bed comfy. Shower good. Heating system good Lock box so high up , hall lights bit hit and miss . Front door doesn’t self close as it should. Towels were a bit skimpy expected better for price range.
Tv basic smart tv , we had an I pad so didn’t use .
- Carol (9/5): Superb -

- Tom (9/5): Superb -
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Megan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gill (9/5): Will come again I hope. - Fabulous location. Some fresh milk and coffee would suit this lovely property.
The key box is too high for a five foot nothing person.
- Helen (10/5): Perfect - Amazing stay in an amazing apartment
- Lisa (10/5): Absolutely perfect - Property was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was perfect with stunning sea views Nothing not to like!
- Kay (8/5): Great being so central and close to sea in a very clean and comfortable place. - Outstanding location right on the sea and the Main Street. Lockbox up high and hard to reach for shorter people.
- Helen (10/5): Fabulous stay - Excellent location
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional - Views /central location/ coffee machine/comfy bed! No
- Richard (10/5): Fantastic locations and beautiful apartment with amazing views. - Wonderful location and beautifully appointed apartment.
- Simon (9/5): Superb - Great location with amazing views of the bay and cob. This was our second visit using this apartment, and we weren't disappointed. Perfect for a couples getaway for a few days.
- Siobhan (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location, lovely views out of every window. Large airy comfortable rooms.
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (10/5): Beautiful views - Perfect location Close to the beach and town .
- Janet (10/5): We stayed 4 nights to celebrate a BIG Birthday and had a fantastic time. The apartment and its location in the resort ar - The views of the beach and sea from all 4 windows were amazing
The apartment was spacious and had everything you could possibly need - home away from home The television was complicated and we struggled to find normal channels
Parking was expensive and a problem finding a space in the Broad street car park which was limited to 3 hours so the day we stayed in Lyme Regis we had to relocate the car to the main car park up the hill which cost £15 for the day and was a good distance from the apartment.
- Helen (10/5): Amazing property and great service - Superb accommodation! We can’t fault it 🥰 very helpful agent
- Susan (9/5): Wonderful views in a delightful and well-equipped apartment - The decor was modern, the views were fabulous and the kitchen well-equipped including a coffee machine and a range of pods Nothing! It was all wonderful
- Sarah (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all as didn't get to stay there Rude and abrasive host who despite having full payment cancelled our holiday the night before
- Michael (9/5): Great accommodation in the lovely town of Lyme Regis. Would definitely recommend. - Brilliant location with large airy rooms with great views . Car parking a bit difficult( as expected )but for long stay we used Charmouth Road Car park ,ten minute walk, with no problems.
- Sharon (10/5): A wonderful find in Lyme Regis! - Beautiful flat. Overlooking the beach and The Cobb. When you went to bed at night you could hear the sea! Flat was very high standard and bigger than the photos suggested. Absolutely love this place and can’t wait to return. Although the external building work was finished and the scaffolding down, the inside of the windows were not finished off, as in large areas of plaster needed repairing and sealing around all the window frames. This didn’t really impact on our stay but it was disappointing for a supposed luxury property and we had not been made aware that work was still to be finished prior to our arrival.
- Linda (8/5): Fabulous central location with great sea views. - Fantastic location very close to the beach .Great sea views from living room and bedroom. No parking at the apartment but good paid parking nearby.
- Joanna (9/5): Really relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will rebook because it was a lovely apartment. - It was close to the beach and had lovely views from every window. It was clean and homely. The scaffolding was still up at the windows, although I didn’t know about it until til I’d booked and read a review, they did keep me informed after I asked. So it wasn’t a surprise. It did spoil the view somewhat and the windows were filthy.
- Rebecca (8/5): Beautiful apartment. Shame about the scaffolding. - A front line property . Beautifully presented internally. Extremely clean. Easy access The scaffolding is still up around the dirty windows from the work men. Blue netting and scaffolding poles. No conformation was given that this was still erected before arriving. . Extremely disappointing .
- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (8/5): Lovely flat, amazing location and really comfy bed! - Location was great. Decor lovely. Bed very comfortable. View incredible There were external building works going on at the property so there were builders walking around outside our living room/kitchen window from 8.30am, with plenty of drilling noises etc. I understand maintenance needs to happen but when this has happened at other properties, I’ve had least had prior warning of it, or a discount to account for the inconvenience.
Also some of the crockery was dirty despite coming straight from the cupboard. Perhaps a dish scourer rather than brush might encourage better washing up?
- Ann (9/5): Relaxing break in a fantastically comfy, spacious stylish apartment smack in the centre of Lyme - It's a lovely, super apartment - location, views, amenities, comfort, cleanliness and style were all excellent. It combines being modern and spacious with warmth and comfort. The views were amazing and the location couldn't have been more central. It was a pleasure to come back to every day and had everything we needed. There are only a couple of quibbles (apart from the towel rail, which we couldn't get to work - probably our incompetence!). We had a little difficulty communicating with the owner at first and so getting in was not totally straightforward. In the past, I have received messages from property managers through Booking.com via my own email address. I didn't realise that the owner had been communicating with me via the Booking.com app messaging service - indeed, I didn't even know that facility existed! (Another chap was trying to get into the building the following day and was also having problems. I wondered if there was similar mis-communication going on...) Having said all of which, once we'd established communication, the responses from Emma were very swift and helpful. The only other quibble was the work on the building which happened to coincide with our stay. We had been warned about the scaffolding around the property but more intrusive was the blue netting attached to it which got in the way of the views slightly. Also, we could see the workmen going up and down right outside the windows and their legs were a bit of a feature! We could hear them talking to each other and one morning they had their radio on. These are quibbles which in no way seriously marred our stay which was overwhelmingly positive.
- Vilma (10/5): Perfectly located, sea-view property - The location was absolutely perfect - right on the main street, but still very quiet as it looked onto the seafront. The property was spacious and extremely clean, and the instructions left by the host were clear.
- Dscooper (9/5): Relaxing break in a perfect location - Perfect location right on the Main Street of Lyme Regis.
View of the sea from the living area.
Close to all local amenities.
Several cafes, bakeries and coffee shops within a minute walk from the front door, as well as Tesco and Co-op supermarkets.
- Yanwoon (9/5): Superb -
- Dave (10/5): Exceptional - Great place. Great views.
- Noel (10/5): Absolutely fantastic. - The views were amazing. The decor and quality of the fixtures and fittings was fantastic. Nothing.
- Emma (9/5): Superb - The view is simply fabulous. It was spotlessly clean.

- Kevin (10/5): The perfect surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday. - The views were outstanding, the property was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Nothing.
- Alan (9/5): Very pleasant - Very clean and great location on the front. Could do with a non-slip mat in the shower for older people. Lack of long term parking, the nearest was not very far but up a fairly short, but very steep hill.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional views over the nicest seaside town in England. - The location and views are exceptional. The apartment was really nice. Very happy with everything. We will be back.
