• Virginia (7/5): - La limpieza. La habitación era demasiado pequeña, tenías que esperar a que pasara uno para poder pasar el otro.
• Beatriz (10/5): Repetiría - Todo muy bien, David muy atento y muy agradable. Quizás la única pega que veo es que cobran 20€ por estancia en concepto de limpieza extra si llevas una mascota. En mi caso, que estuve 3 noches y solamente usé el alojamiento para dormir me parece algo excesivo, dado que no supuso ensuciar más que si no llevara perro. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

• Tatiiana (10/5): Anfitrión impecable con casita hermosa! - El trato del anfitrión impecable, muy amable y servicial. La casa era bella y estaba en perfectas condiciones. Estaba muy bien equipada y la zona era muy tranquila. Por poner un punto en contra, yo le pondría una lavadora, porque en ese momento yo la necesité y bueno es solamente por ponerle una pega. Pero muy feliz por el trato y por la casa tan bella que nos ofreció.

• María (9/5): - Lo que más me gustó es la ubicación (5 minutos en coche de playas,a 15 de otros pueblos con playas increíbles como la de Mogro, a 20 minutos de Santander...) aunque la habitación es pequeña si lo que quieres es disfrutar de la zona no necesitas más si eres apañado/a. El patio también es un punto a favor Se escuchaba absolutamente todo del apartamento contiguo

• Frederic (7/5): clean, could have been better. - clean room. hard to find. hard to access -code box- under hard rain. terrinle noise during hours of storm of the plastic roll vantana of the neighbour's groundfloor appartment -stoped at 03.00 AM in the night ;-(. for booking.com agents,.... pets,... at the 1 st time, surprise to discover, only after having book, the owner was charging 20 euro plus for the dog's night,... with experience now in france, spain and portugal,... not "pet friendly" conditions,.... my proposition,... "pet friendly" goes from 0 euris till 10 euros, one dog,...
• Andreea (10/5): Great stay - The apartment is amazing, very big, clean and has everything you need. It also has a massive terrace, which you can also use if it is raining as the main part can be covered. Checking in was smooth and the covered parking is a bonus. Excellent location if you are driving, not too sure if you use public transport but I believe there is a bus taking you to the city centre and airport; might be worth checking tho. It is very close to some amazing beaches. There wasn't anything we disliked.
• Sona (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, modern, comfortable room, great bathroom, I had coffee and mini muffins in the room and they let me stay until 13:00 on check out day (instead of 11:00), which was so nice of them, thank you!
• Stephen (9/5): Superb - Facilities were excellent. Host was very attentive and was there when we needed him. Location was on main bus route to Santander so you didn't need to drive everywhere. Restaurants, bars and supermarket all within walking distance.

• Javier (10/5): Exceptional - Communication with host was fast, accurate and helpful. He responded very quickly and provided all relevant information from the beginning. The room is in great condition, clean and meets expectations.
• Carmen (8/5): Good location and confortable place. - Patio was nice and big, owner was willing to help and assist with everything. Would hsve liked to have cushions in the patio furniture. Missing a bigger bed, additional silverware and dinnerware. Difficult to park until the owner gave us access to the parking. Neighbors noisy too.
