Faltaban utensilios de cocina. tuvimos un problema de inundación en un baño y tardaron un largo tiempo en solucionarlo y limpiarlo. el servicio de recepción fue malo, porque solicitamos un late check out de solamente una hora, y nos lo negaron, pese a los problemas que tuvimos a la llegada.

The apartment was very comfortable and nice and the staff was very accommodating and responsive :-). Everything was smooth and without complications. We really enjoyed our stay here and we are planning to make it our go-to-place in Panama city. The hot/cold water is a bit tricky in the shower. This is the only reason why I'm giving it a 9 and not a 10.

There was no-one at the desk and i called many times with no answer. I had to book another place close by instead and went back after my meeting to cancel my booking and not to be charged.

The room had a super view of the water. The showers were great with plenty of hot water. There was plenty of stuff if you wanted to cook breakfast. The restaurant that was near was expensive and did not have a lot of menu items for breakfast. I found myself going next door to another hotel and buying their breakfast buffet.

Heavy windows blocked most of the noise coming from the busy boulevard below. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and access to an excellent pool on the 11th floor. Once we checked in, staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. We did not know that even though the payment was confirmed as usual months before our arrival through Booking.com, the payment does not go automatically from the credit card and there was confusion when my colleague checked in before me and they said the room had not been paid. We stayed on two different occasions, both inbound and outbound from more rural areas in Panama. Inbound the kitchen was small and not very well equipped in terms of utensils beyond basic cutlery, though it had good appliances. The fridge had both an ice maker and ice water dispenser, but neither worked. Outbound the kitchen was large, but still with few utensils (no spatula!), and there was no couch at all in the living room and no bedside lamps in the bedroom. Power outlets were rare.

- Guy (10/5): I would 100% stay her again - The location overlooking Avenue Balboa and the Sea was fantastic. While the Balboa traffic was noisy you only heard it on the balcony. The view was worth the noise. The rest of the apartment was nice and clean and the kitchen had everything. We stayed five days it could have supplied more toilet paper and a smaller towel like a wash rag. Just know this place means it when they say check-in is 3 pm. But the hotel held our luggage till we checked in. The elevator is going up to the apartment. We rented were faster and well lit while the elevators through the lobby of the hotel were really dark. So dark that I needed to put on my phone flashlight to see the buttons which were not well lit.

- CS (8/5): Need to work on check in but a great stay. - The unit itself was very modern and had a hotel-style air freshener, plus a washer and dryer, which was great for a week-long stay. It’s located right across the street from the waterfront, and there’s a pool area, though I didn’t get a chance to visit it. The general area features postmodern art installations, plenty of seating, and a flavored water station during the day. Decent location for travel around the city. I would come back here. I didn’t like that when I checked in, the front desk staff did not direct me to the correct tower. Since the key wasn’t left downstairs, I had no way to recall the elevator once I reached the 25th floor. I ended up having to walk down 25 flights of stairs with my luggage to get to the correct tower and floor. My host also never followed up about this issue (the elavator fob is on the key chain) even after I messaged them on WhatsApp. Coming off a international flight made deduct my rating for this inconvenience.

The hosts are excellent and very serviceminded. The apartments are of high standard with big space and beautiful interior. The view is breathtaking and the balconies are very private. It has absolutely everything you need as a demanding guest, at the spot or in the nearby surroundings. I have stayed 4 times at Yoo, and it's a pleasure to be there. The neighbourhood makes you feel happy and its full of nice places. Safe area! After countless travels and 150 countries I can surely tell Yoo is top draw!

Pedi apenas mais 30 minutos para arrumar as crianças e não houve perdão, às 11h em ponto o funcionário estava na porta do apartamento. Na localidade não há opções de restaurantes com bom custo benefício, é uma zona cara.

- Howard (9/5): Superb - The location was ideal for ease of access to walking paths, restaurants, and other sections of the city including Casco Viejo. For a five day stay, the amount of shampoo, body wash, and paper towels was not sufficient. In-apartment washer and dryer was a nicely appreciated amenity.
- Panamicag (9/5): We live Santa Fe, Veraguas. Yoo is a great place to stay when we need to come to Panamá. Convenient - Yoo is a mix of residents and renters. Everyone is very polite. I travel with 2 dogs and nobody was offended, VERY pet friendly! The proximity to Cinta Costera/Parque Uracá was great for good walks! We stayed for 5 days and a mop would have been nice. Not enough towels in the bathroom and not enough hooks or bars to dry the one's we used. SUCH an easy, cheap fix.

View of the bay is great … but, of course, traffic is noisy because if you face the bay you’re right above a major thoroughfare. Traffic noise… though it was a known and acceptable trade-off for the view for us. We also had an initial mix up with our unit but the staff sorted it out and were always helpful, professional, and proficient.

Restaurant staff did not know what we wanted from them. Staff at reception in lobby was helpful and took care of it . Problems with paying with card as it did not accept my card (amex, visa) . Would be better if booking com would handle it, as it had my details already.

- Nicole (9/5): Amazon stay at the beautiful Yoo! - The Yoo Panama is a beautiful building with all the facilities you need; pool, spa, gym, several restaurants and an excellent location. There are restaurants around, as well as coffee shops, food market, pharmacy, etc. We loved the design and space of the apartment, very well equipped and lovely. Luis and his team were great hosts, it was very easy to check in and out and they were very communicative. Thank you! Please note that the building is on Avenida Balboa, which makes it a great location but it is also next to one of the largest roads in the city, so that produces some noise. The mattresses seem to be a little older and hence, softer.

The light next to the bed was burned out, there was only a tiny garbage can in the bathroom, and we only had one hot shower the entire time we were there.

- Petr (1/5): These guys should sell appleas at the street market. But not accomodation business. - Location If you want to experience prosion feeling in Panama, then you should book with them. They sell it as yoo but its private. They allowed 3rd party to enter the premises for collecting information about a guest. When I asked for different room they told me its not their problem. The filt of that place is beyond measures. View like from prison. So I requested refund. Denied. I left the room half way to my check out. I let them know. They act as if nothing happened Also, sending my regards to Tovek.

- Deoki (6/5): Will Stay in the area again but not likely at this building and definitely not in unit 44C. - I like the location being in the core of the city. However I did not enjoy the noise of the highway. Not sure I would stay here if I was visiting for an extended stay. The most disappointing thing is that the gas was off in the building which means I had to have cold showers everyday, the stove was not operational - which was my main reason for staying in a condo vs a hotel. The owners must have known the gas was out and still took the booking - they did offer a discount but I did not find out about this issue until the evening before I travelled. I didn't have time to find alternative options to stay. I learned from the folks in the building that it's been off for at least a month - long before February 20th when I arrived. To top it off the shower does not drain, the tiles are installed uneven causing a puddle in the middle of the shower which results in mold buildup from the constant moisture. I informed the owners, a maintenance person came and said he's going to fetch tools and never came back.

- Sophia (5/5): Don’t feel welcome or valued - Great central location, 24 hour reception, good security and amenities like gym, pool, classic stylish apartments Very disappointed w stay and lack of service to this return customer, payment taken without informing me of apartment supply issue then I was given apartment that less size and standard than I paid for. Poor service continued as I was left hanging trying to sort for 2 hours+ while others priorised, I was Expected to set-up alone in apartment that not prepped and had smelly aircon. William and Cesar try their best but No upgrade offered to sort although Yoo fault and no one onsite w authority to sort…I then had to leave 1N early as gas switched off for testing so no hot water, laundry etc and 2 weeks+ to get refund although I’m immediately out-of-pocket w top last minute hotel rate w changing places.

- Wilson (10/5): Exceptional - This stay at Yoo Panama was perfect. I stayed here with my family for 9 days. The view was to die for!!! The location was perfect and access to many amenities such as cafes, supermarket less than a minute walk behind the building, restaurants and close to the malls. The staff was really helpful and accommodating, pleasant. The apartment was well equipped, even had washer and dryer which was a plus and it is very spacious. There are no hidden fees at all. We ended up extending our stay after staying for the first night :) there's has a beautiful lobby area that you'll spend most of your time at lol 😆 if you're thinking about booking, stop thinking and book!!! Definitely won't regret this stay!

It did not notify the ARBNB renters and when contacted they could not provide instructions on how to evacuate . This is a serious life safety issue.

Lot's of options for ride services My only complaint is the ocean view is about 6' wide and yes you can walk to the beach but it isn't a beach you would want to go to

- Steve (10/5): Best choice for any length of stay in Panama City. - The Yoo Panama is in the perfect location to enjoy the best of Panama City. Whether you have an ocean facing unit or city skyline view, it’s breath taking. You have easy access to groceries behind the building and all of the top restaurants, Casco Viejo and the Cinta Costera are right outside or a short few-dollars Uber ride. The restaurants in the building are also excellent. Emely and her team do a great job managing everything. Nothing.
- Lucky (5/5): Passable - Reasonably clean. Good location. Great staff. Loud aircon in bedroom. Mold in shower. Old dish scrubber in sink. There is no power outlet behind the desk. Oven and hob lights not working. Nasty view with moldy walls and a sliver of ocean.

- Claudio (7/5): Good - poor reservation service. the contact with the reservation service super difficult and slow. also the person who has been in charge of that seems doesn’t have complete information about the reservation even after I have shared reservation code…too slow (hours to answer by chat and don’t answer the phone call) to provide the information and clarification about our questions. I clearly seen many opportunities to improve the quality of the service.

- Mel (10/5): Relaxing and enjoyable stay in a fabulous apartment and building with all the amenities. - Excellent amenities (wonderful pool, well equipped gym, valet parking, spa, and more) and great service. Apartment was comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated, well appointed, and had a lovely view of the bay.

- Cj (8/5): Great location in the heart of the city. - Great location and we found a great convenience store in the back of the block. Great facilities like state of the art gym, nice pool, the lobby had a really good pool table. The refrigerator water filter needs to be changed. The water didn't taste very good. Had to buy bottled water.
